He assessed the bridge and my mouth and cemented it back in (no crack). I was so happy and was there approx. 1/2 hour, and, there was no charge because my insurance covered it. I've been to other Portage dentist that not only try and talk you into unnecessary treatments to pad their income and Doc Kip and all the staff have a positive, welcoming, and listening level of engagement. In Portage I dealt with arrogant self important Dentist that thought all others were beneath him and not entitled to ask questions. There is also a shortcut for you a few days before your appointment: they will send a link for you to fill out paperwork. THANK YOU. I do not like to do this in person anymore, but rather in advance where I can take my time and do it in my own comfy chair with coffee in hand. Kindness: The dental staff is extraordinary. The hygienist I had was welcoming, kind, and efficient. Gentle: No pain during my cleaning or exam (this has happened before, so I am really aware of it). They also took care with my TMJ, and for once after a dental appointment, I didn't walk away in pain. Dentist: He was also kind, efficient, and smart! I really liked him! Parking: Right there in a public lot, perhaps 20 steps max to the door. I didn't see a handicap spot; perhaps it was around the corner where there could be a curb cut?
