On Mon, We'd, and Friday you can have the most incredible snuggly pug named Clark sit on your lap during your appointment and offer comfort. In fact I don't even need them to be a dentist anymore. If I could sit in the chair, listen to an playlist, sucking gas and petting this puppers it might be as close to heaven as you can find in this bleak and fading world. I call back later, they say a "word salad" Response if my son's future appointment will be covered. "UH, yes, ah we take insurance, uh, they should reimburse" etc. So I ask what will be the bill. They can give exact amount of what you are billed but, BUT EXPLAIN "you should get reimbursed from insurance company "delta". If you continue to question... you get the same information repeated, OVER AND OVER!!! Then you will be called "rude" because you want to know what's covered, what you have to pay. They don't care. They get sarcastic, condescending, stuff like "you want to speak to Michelle?" "You want me to call delta insurance?" of which they do neither. Then "we won't see you, blah, blah blah. They laugh at you and do NOTHING of what's been asked. Nor do they check with "delta" nor get anyone else to help. They enjoy useless word salad responses that don't help and endless "you're rude!" When they don't help. My suggestion? DON'T GO THERE!!! Save yourself useless FRUSTRATION! If you go there... merely ask "what's this going to cost?". They assume you PAY ALL UP FRONT and "insurance should reimburse". Tell them "YOU WAIT FOR REIMBURSEMENT!". or just go elsewhere for better service.

The office is small and serene. The staff is warm and welcoming, and they clearly knew the patients who were coming in, even me on my first visit. They take the time to get to know you and explain everything they're going to do, and then pull up your x-rays and charts and photos to show you and point out/explain everything. Any issues they talk to you about, give you options, and explain in detail. They have a number of things to get you more comfortable, from medications to sedation to movie glasses (!!!), too. I really miss being a patient there, but I've since moved out of state and cannot drive to Kzoo just for a dentist appointment!
