He gave me a great price for replacement. He was a pleasure to talk to over the phone. His personality is phenomenal. I went to their location to have the windshield replaced. There was another customer there that had a dog. I'm afraid of animals and he had her to have the dog taken out of the waiting area. I was thankful of that as I was standing outside. Hank said it would be 90 mins. I went to my moms house who wasn't far away. Hank had offered to have his wife take me. How awesome is that!? I'd already arranged for a Lyft. Surely enough 90 min later Hank called. He gave me all of the do's and don'ts for the next 24 hours. Most importantly I couldn't do any stunt driving. . The repair was was phenomenal. I had to wait around a month and my car still wasn't fully repaired. Parts were missing but they told me they would just call and pop the pieces on when they recieve them. I picked up my car since I was spending money on Lyft. I followed up for MONTHS. The guy answering the phone would happily say my parts didn't haven't come in yet and I never recieved a call back. They confirmed it can drive but I noticed they skimped on replacing parts. They mixed and match old pieces of my car with new pieces and had a shoddy paint job. My car insurance gave me the checks to give to them and they took the money and ran. Oh yeah, my rims have a specfic plating/paint job on them and I asked for the one side of my car that recieved the repairs match the othe side of my car. They said no. They stated along the lines of the paint job/plating for the rims was beneath them because it was "cheap". My original rims have a sleek black finish and they decided to put thos gray cruddy paint on it, oh yeah and it's chipping after years later. Meanwhile my other side, which was painted prior, is still in great condition. A waste of time and money.

One of the workers Doug put a new headliner in my car and tinted my tail lights and did a amazing job. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Doug! However, my issue is with management. They had the parts to install new headlights and bulbs on my car for over 2 weeks and it just sat there untouched in there lot. I was not a priority to them, there #1 priority are custom jobs for specialized vans for a commercial company. They had a " we'll get to it when we get to it" mentality with my car. They removed my car stereo so that it wasn't stolen from the parking lot and when they put it back in only 1 of my 8 speakers worked. They said they would need to charge me to even look at it. My stereo was working great before they touched it. The manager/owner refused to speak to me. Very unprofessional. The job they did on the headlights was very sloppy, loose wires hanging everywhere, with the wiring harness flopping around. I have flickering in my headlights (although I can't blame them for the flickering) I certainly won't be back to have them look at it. Lastly, I had coilovers put in and one is extremely noisy and sqweeky, charged me to look at it but not fix it. They also did an alignment on my car after I told them it pulls to the right, and of course charged me, yet didn't fix the problem. I have given this shop well over $2,000 and my car still isn't right. Not happy.
