Absolutely horrible, leaking window and nobody is fixing it!…read more Short Story: My Girlfriends window is leaking after they replaced it, and the car is smelling horrible due to standing water. They broke trim pieces while they did it. I complained, and are sending me in circles without any attempt of fixing this. They are not picking up my calls anymore and I am GHOSTED. They will not give you a receipt until you annoy the hell out of them. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS or office, the guy on the phone will only give you email addresses into nirvana. (If you google any of their addresses their is NO SHOP, they are all random addresses) IT IS ALL JUST A BIG SCAM, at least their customer service. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Long Story, If you have the time.... I have gotten mine and my Girlfriends windshield replaced due to rock chips. On my car they have decided not to show up to the original appointment after calling them, they told me that my appointment was moved without notifying me. (I stayed home from work that day). They then cam later and did my car and it was OK. The real horror story was my Girlfriends Car. It was cold and snowing that day so they asked if they could use my heated Garage to do the shop. (I did) Car was done and I was letting the glue cure in the heated garage for a couple of days. After a couple of weeks my girlfriend realized a foul smell in the car. We realized that both passenger as well as driver side floor and padding was soaked in gross water. We realized that the windshield was leaking. Called Skyview, they asked for an email, so we wrote an email. Since 3 weeks I am calling multiple times a week trying to schedule the windshield replacement. Since then I have not received 1 call back or an email or any attempt to reach out to me to fix it. I hear different excuses every time I call, "waiting for a new window", "window got broken we are waiting for a new one", "there are only Junior Techs available no senior", so on and so on.... Furthermore, did they break plastic trim pieces around the car that are now flopping in the wind on the interstate. (They didn't even care to glue it down or anything) Another thing that is strange, I paid cash both times and both times because it was cheaper than card and they do NOT give you a receipt. For my Car it took only a day or 2 to get it after i called but for my Girlfriends it took 2 weeks! Every time i called them I asked for a receipts. what the internet has told me trying to figure out how to contact them: CEO Amir Jerbi, and the guy on the phone John Robert. (But i think they just got so many complains that Amir names himself John now.) All addresses are wrong, the only thing I found are from Tax records - 336 W 1ST ST STE 113, FLINT, MI 48502. Even their Indiana numbers connect to Michigan, so I think it is just 1 or 2 guys running this, and having a couple of cars running around. (maybe they are even external contractors doing the work.....) Sumup: I am deeply regretting my decision to go with this company. We have a car now that we can't drive in the rain and has to live in the garage. We have put hours of cleaning her car in and trying to get rid of that awful smell. Hoping that this negative review will motivate them to fix the windshield or refund me my money otherwise I will take them to a small claims court to get my money back.

So thankful to these guys! Came out and fixed a crack in my windshield I knew was going to spread…read morebut thanks to Sky view was fixed! They worked with us and our schedule and came to our home and fixed it. Very professional and clean work!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience here I feel it's necessary. I came in for…read morea simple, straightforward job and left with new issues that didn't exist beforehand. While I understand issues can happen, the fact that these problems appeared immediately after my appointment feels far from coincidental. This raised serious concerns about the integrity of the work being done. Unfortunately, it came across less as genuine service and more as a quick cash grab. I can no longer trust this establishment and would caution others to think twice before bringing their business here.

Seems like once the masks came off the customer care went out the window. Took my car in for some…read moretire wear and had some things done -- whatever... they did it. But when it came to pay, the store credit (from some damage to a previous wheel set install) that they told me I had preciously ago was "nowhere to be found". Wouldn't you know it, the guy doesn't work there anymore. So they got my money with a blind promise. Thanks Belle Tire. After spending thousands of dollars with you over the years, you're all take. Then I hop and drive away only to find that not only is the problem not fixed but the mechanic that took my car for a ride had slathered brake dust and tire grime all over my steering wheel, door handle and console. Yep, nice. Classy. So they took my money, didn't fix the problem, and gave me a dirty car. The oic below is after wiping down my steering wheel -- was clean when I gave it to them. Assistant Manager offered to wash my car if I brought it back. Gee thanks. Sorry Belle Tire, it's time to shop somewhere else. Nice to know that you don't care anymore.

I had a nail in my tire (tire was still fully inflated) and my husband took my car to Belle Tire…read morefirst thing on Monday, 3/16/26, morning to see if they could patch it. They told him that we had to buy a whole new tire because they were not able to patch it. This may have been a money grab, but we trusted them. They said they had to order a tire and then "worked" on the car all morning and told my husband it was ready for pick-up that afternoon. We paid $228.85 and picked up the car that Monday evening. I drove my car to and from work for the next three days, which is all freeway. On Thursday, 3/19/26 evening I was shocked to see that the same tire had a nail in it. My husband called Belle Tire and they asked for his name and then said to bring the car back in, which I thought was odd. When we went back in, they admitted that they never put the new tire on the car that we had paid for. Go figure, they then took 10 minutes to put the tire we had previously paid for on the car. I was FURIOUS that we had been scammed. When I questioned this further, they said they did not know that they had made this mistake, but when my husband had called and said his name, which is a unique one, they said to come in right away, leading me to believe that they were fully aware of their error and were waiting to see if we would notice. After they actually put the new tire on, they offered us a free oil change for the next time we come in. No apologies, no refund and no discount offered for their major mistake of fraudulently charging us for a product and service that was not delivered that directly put me in danger. I have no interest in ever returning to Belle Tire for an oil change so they again can say they did a service for me but not really do it. When I left Belle Tire after actually getting the tire I paid for, they knew that I was displeased, to say the least, about being scammed but again offered no apologies or solutions for that. When I pressed further on a recourse of action, the guy we were speaking with said, "well you already paid for it." I would think that a company like Belle Tire has the capability to process a refund. I then asked for the Manager's name and contact info and was provided Bruce's card but was told he would be out of the office until Monday. My husband has called Monday and Tuesday and Bruce is still not in the office. There has been no follow up and we still have been offered no solutions for the product and service that they scammed us on.
