A lot of other places I would get the run around with prices and schedules but this was very professional and right on point! I really liked that they offered samples that were hung on the wall to see the different levels of tint where other places would just tell you "about what it would look like " or some number that meant nothing to me. Point is I knew what I was getting, made me feel more confident and I was thrilled when I picked it up. Only con is my remote starter antenna won't stay on the windshield anymore

Super nice guys, very good about communicating to me (and I observed other customers being checked in with, too) about what our expected wait time was and costs. Also, they were $100 cheaper than the two chain auto glass shops I talked to - who couldn't even fit me in on the same day. (Bonus - TV in the waiting area was on some quality educational Saturday Morning TV, so we were all getting our learn on a bit, too.) Clear with post-install instructions. Windshield has, at this point, made a trip to Indiana and back with zero problems - in rain and heat! Price is great! They quoted $220. Mr. Glass quoted $655. Safelite quoted $905. Mr. Glass and…read moreSafelite both insisted that recalibration of the sensors is required. Chris advised, "usually not required, unless the damage is due to an accident." The $220 includes a lifetime warranty for wind and water leaks. I have one small gripe. They removed my windshield before verifying that the (one) windshield they had in-stock was usable. It was not usable - chipped. Thankfully they were able to find another windshield at a nearby distributor. The repair was completed only 45 minutes late. It was frustrating watching other customers arrive and depart while I waited. The downsides? Sketchy neighborhood = low rent. Waiting room is spartan and not exactly tidy. No coffee. No WiFi. No TV. Yard sale seating. But saving $400-$700 makes these inconveniences ... irrelevant. Will I use MCAG again? Yes! (But I would not let my wife go there alone.)

It went from a bullet size hole and cracked across the windshield within hours and further overnight. It's been over a week and it didn't crack more then 12 inches or so since. Rimon, the Safelite tech was at the condo by 10:30am, he seemed nice and arrived before his text messaged estimated time. He told us it would take about and hour. He showed us how much he would be collecting for the windshield replacement, it would be $353+ and showed me the bill before we parted to let him do his thing. He said he could call me when he's done. I said yes. He was done after 45 minutes or so. I got a text from Safelite as well as a call from the tech when he finished. He asked if I would be driving it soon or today at all. I said maybe later. He was happy to remove the setting tape for me. I said it was fine. He suggested letting it set for a couple of hours if possible. The tech was quick with running my credit card and a receipt was to be sent to my email. He was deft, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I like this easy and convenient process and will definitely do it again. Hoping it's a long while before I have to replace my windshield from road debris again though. The tech reminded me that there's a lifetime warranty on the windshield. Good to know. The non-OEM glass was made by Fuyao.
