After finding out I lived right around the corner, he was willing to get me in and complete the repair before the job he had to go on in less than an hour and a half. I hurried to get everything straight with my insurance and met Dustin to have the repair completed. He was able to finish my repair, and a lot of other paperwork while waiting for mine to cure, in less than 40 minutes and was leaving to another job as I walked out the door. if i could give them zero stars i would. took 3 weeks to get my car in, then they had it for 3…read moreweeks before they caimed the frame was twisted and it was a total loss...took another 3 weeks to get my car. in that time they didnt even put the car parts back on the car and claimed they couldn't ("its like trying to put square pegs into a round hole due to the frame being twisted.") took the car to my mechanic and we put the parts back on in 1 hours time and the frame is totally straight...only issue is the part that goes around the front headlight, slightly bent. when i dropped off my car they said they would give me updates twice a week...they never called me once with an update. worst auto body shop ever...avoid this franchise, they are the worst!!! Just found out they removed my windshield washer fluid reservoir and didn't put the part back on the car or return it to me...as far as my knowledge they must give back all parts taken off the car...potentially illegal...nice driving in Michigan winter with no washer fluid....this place is a joke!!!

Another repair service said it would cost several hundred dollars even if they discovered it just needed an update. Would they have been that honest and told me I just needed an update? Probably not.
