The young guys checks it like 5 minutes and proceeds to tell me there's nothing wrong. I'm no expert at cars but I knew my heat wasn't getting warm. Each and every time time they have been throughout, friendly, and trustworthy. On my last oil change they ran a complementary overall vehicle check and ended up finding a problem, that if left unchecked, would have been very expensive down the road. And without me even having to ask, they brought me back and showed/explained the problem, along with answering all my questions. Communication during all services/repairs has always been easy and timely. VIP's customer service is top notch as well. When my car had to stay there for a few days, I was offered (at no cost) a ride from and back to the shop to pick up my car. (I lived very close at the time and realize that may be a factor going forward.) During the last repair, they were also able to give me a loaner car, which took away so much of the stress that comes along with having a car in the shop. Craig was awesome, helped us out as much as he could, did everything he could to fix things and always worked with us to make sure we were on the road to get to work. A few years later I'm in the automated car wash and my brake lines blow out. I take it to Craig who gets me back up and running with no muss or fuss, and was again super flexible with me on making sure I could get things done on my schedule. Now, our other car needs brakes and some other work done. Local shop in Ann Arbor tells us $1200 just for BRAKES. Took it to Craig who once again was awesome, quoted us everything and walked us through what needed to be done. There's a reason we go to him, and it's because he's always given us awesome service and I feel I can trust him with my vehicles.

They charged me $1,100 dollars for a front end job that should have cost me $700.00. And they messed up the part that they put on and denied doing it after another shop found it, I had to pay another $200.00 to have it fixed. Luckily, they felt sorry for me and didn't charge me labor. I had a line that was leaking replaced on my car and it started leaking two weeks later. Their work is suppose to have a one year warranty. Now a wheel bearing is going bad and I have a $100 deductible, and only have $200 for the exhaust. They refuse to help me out & fix the exhaust for $200. That would be so helpful for me, and would be such a nice gesture from them. I'm 64, raising 2 grandkids on a fix income. I'm disappointed and disillusioned
