I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. It felt like this person did not want to be there, she made it very uncomfortable and not relaxing. They say this helps hair loss and split ends on their website however my hair was yanked so much I may have lost a few extra strands, my hair is now extremely tangled, and my scalp is hurting because of how much she kept yanking my hair. I came because it seemed there were over all positive reviews and it was near my house but this was a nightmare I couldn't wait for the technician to stop touching my hair this was not worth $150. Ive been to a different head spa before that was way cheaper and it was the complete opposite from this experience I had here at bollywood head spa. At other head spas Im treated gently and leave so relaxed. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else.
