The receptionist repeated that I was there for a "repeat," but their definition seemed to go beyond what a customer would reasonably expect. In the past, they also took photos before starting, but this time there was no consultation or photos--just being placed in a room to wait. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut.
