When it was time to leave, Kayla attempted to add the automatic switching of the equipment so that we would have no issues when unplugging and replacing it at home. Unfortunately, the system would not cooperate. Back at home, we were on the phone with customer service reps for almost two hours to no avail. Finally, we were connected with a rep in the Philippines who successfully assisted us in replacing the equipment. She also called back later that evening to ensure we didn't have any additional issues. She was most helpful. Upon returning the equipment to the store, I was told I could not do so because my name wasn't on the account. I saw that Kayla was still there and opted to wait for her. It took a while, but when she was free (after closing), she quickly assisted me with returning the equipment under Mom's account. She also showed me on her computer screen where there was just one set of equipment as the old set was returned. I will say that when we arrived there were a few customers in the store just after they opened at 10 AM. Within 10 minutes, the room was full. However, when I turned around again shortly, the staff had waited on and assisted the majority of the customers and the store had only a few remaining, including Mom and I. Great job on getting things done.

He saw the shocked look on my face and told the couple to wait. He calls me up and I explain the situation again and also told him they were to look at my phone. He said he couldn't help me. Asked him if I was just wasting my time and he said yes. So I left fuming. Went to the Verizon store in Easton to see what they would say. I had a Fios employee physically assault me at my home in front of my kids. The police were called and it was handled on the legal side. Verizon did nothing, zilch. They did not even apologize. In fact, my only contact (despite filing a report online) was they had an 'investigator' call me and try to write the incident off. No apology from the manager (Mike) of the assaulting employee (Brian), no follow up at all from Verizon, nothing. Shameful, and concerning. I cut my wireless service last night, and I am in the process of cutting Fios. Beware.

I have been getting mailings and emails from BOOST Mobile, notifying me that I was eligible for an…read moreupgrade to a new A15 phone for $15. I had 2 lines that I purchased at the same time, so both lines should have been eligible. When I arrived at the store, I was told that it would cost over $330 to upgrade. He quoted an activation fees, and new sims cards and the cost of the phones. I reminded him that the mailing said $15 . His response was that they send those mailings to everyone, but you have to come into the store to get a price. That explanation made no sense to me. He was literally trying to scam me in broad daylight. He said that his system didn't show that I was eligible for an upgrade. That was suspect, as the mailing that I received has my cell number on it, and it clearly stated that I was eligible for the $15 upgrade. If I'm an existing customer with the same number, why an activation fee??? Why new sims cards, when he could just transfer them to the new phones . These folks are dishonest!!! I attached a copy of the mailing. This is an excellent example of "Bait and Switch." The only way they got 1 star rating, was because a Zero was available. The initial reason for the visit was to replace my wife's phone. it was DEAD. At the time I wasn't aware that it had insurance on it. He pulled up my account but failed to mention that I could use the insurance to replace the defective phone. This is another reason why I believe that these folks are crooks. Buyers Beware.

This is a scam operation. They sold an "unlimited" data plan for direct signal internet wireless…read moreservice on AT&T. I had to invest $1,500 up front in equipment and labor. I also had to pay $125 a month for unlimited data. Without warning, after 5 months AT&T shut off all customers. Cambio told us they were going to offer a pay as you go rate for data. It never happened. Never got service back and have been without internet for 2 weeks. Even worse, they kept billing the monthly $125 after service was cut-off. Apparently, they were using SIM cards that were for not for whole home router usage, and AT&T caught up with them. Avoid them at all costs.

Packed up and left with no notice leaving many customers in the lurch. Now is attempting to defraud…read morepeople in another town. Steals money from customers and then packs up and leaves. Stay far, far away.
