They are impressively fast, efficient, careful, professional, and polite. They didn't even take a quick break and just kept pushing. We were honestly amazed by their performance. To top that off, their rates are budget friendly too! With the quality of their service, you're definitely getting 4x more than what you paid for. Will contact them again for future moving needs.

Ilya (the owner) was great to deal with, really friendly, gave helpful tips, and clearly cares about doing a good job. They were very careful with all my stuff and with the walls, which I really appreciated. They had everything needed for the move, even things I didn't think of (like a cover for the mattress to keep it clean and easy to carry). The price was fair, and overall it was just a great experience. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again without hesitation.

I don't advise you let such dishonest people into your home, nor should you trust them with your…read morepersonal items. These guys showed up with minimal supplies, parked their red Tesla, in my driveway, blocking in both me and my neighbor, despite there being ample parking directly in front of our house. It never crossed their minds, that blocking this communal driveway might be an inconvenience to the people who use it. How can a moving company arrive at a job underprepared, then bill the customer for procuring the very supplies they should have initially provided? Furthermore, we were charged by the hour for the two employees who went hunting for supplies. While two movers went supply hunting, and little to nothing was being done in our home, we were charged an hourly rate for 3 movers, because the moving company failed to bring necessary supplies, and by "supplies" I don't just mean boxes. I'm talking about the scissors, tape, tools, dolly, etc. We had been pleading with them for weeks to provide us with a detailed receipt because the charges for supplies were so inflated that we suspected an error. It required our assistant doggedly pursuing them day after day before they finally furnished us with an itemized receipt. This is not an honest company. It is poorly run, with poor leadership. If Yelp allows it, I am going to attach a copy of the invoice so everyone is able to take a look at exactly what this moving company sent us, the inaccuracies and inflated charges. Please keep in mind these charges are in CAD not USD.

Lightning-fast replies, proactive confirmations (yes, they texted me a few days before!), and an overall sense that someone competent had my back every step of the way. The movers showed up on time--and in this day and age, that's basically a magic trick. Polite, efficient, and so quiet I barely noticed my couch was flying out the door. They wrapped the whole move in exactly 3 hours, just as quoted, even though I padded an extra hour thinking "no way they'll nail it." And the cherry on top? Best price I was quoted and the smoothest payment process ever. Invoice arrived as the move wrapped up, paid online with Visa in seconds. Stress-free, surprise-free, and somehow... enjoyable? 10/10 would let them lift all my heavy stuff again.
