I've been a customer for three years, and for most of that time everything ran smoothly--until it didn't. About two months ago, the concierge service that pulls my trash cans to the curb suddenly stopped. When I called and texted to find out why, I was told that Skyline doesn't provide that service and never has. Interesting response, considering my bill specifically lists "valet service," and my Ring camera has years' worth of footage showing someone doing exactly that, so why did it stop? After a little digging, it turns out the issue wasn't that the service never existed--it was that Skyline apparently stopped paying Harry, the person who was actually providing it. And honestly, if you weren't getting paid, would you keep showing up to work? I know I wouldn't. So no, I don't blame Harry. I blame Andy. Andy insists the service was never offered. The only problem with that statement? I still have the text messages from 2023 where it was offered and discussed. Funny how written records tend to have a better memory than people do and receipts that document trash service with valet service for 72 dollars, yet others are charging way less. The most frustrating part isn't that the service stopped--it's being told something never existed when there is clear documentation, billing records, and video evidence proving otherwise and being accused of lying. read more

We have 4 Companies to chose from where I live and everyone else can keep their schedule. No longer the most resonable either so I am dropping them. Andy has monthly catastrophes where/when he pulls the Munds Park truck on Monday. This always results in a Thursday or Friday late pickup of your garbage. So being, we have to manage our garbage to Andy's catastrophes. A good value especially to PT residents but literally 3-4 times a quarter the above scenario. He doesn't even bother to notify us MP residents anymore, ity is understood. read more

Trucks often break down and they are then one or two days late picking up. We are seasonal residents and often leave early Tuesday morning for a week or more, so reliable Monday pickup is a must, or the bins sit out and we get fined by our HOA. They are not reliable. And they never return texts or voice mails and the office NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE but leaves a message telling you NOT to leave a VM as this is inconvenient FOR THEM and will be ignored! They tell you instead to send a text to yet another number, and then they ignore that. I canceled our service several days ago and they still haven't picked up their bins. Will they ever? I would never use this company! I signed up in 12/23 and was told I was on "AUTO PAY". For this being the case I didn't check my bill as I should have. Two weeks ago I get a call from Kaitlyn telling me I was never on "Auto Pay" because the last employee did not set me up!! Then She prceeds to tell me I owe them $528.00 to catch up! I was taken back so I paid it.....Which I Never should. I sent an E-mailk the next day askin g for an Adjustment of which I will pay half....got e-mails from Andy & Kaitlyn inform me they would not do it. I agree I should'nt have paid but shocked. If you go to Yelp or Goggle you will see MAN Y COMPLAI NTS!!!!!!! 1. Other complaints :When I first started with Skyline, I set up for recycle services. My my recycle wasn't picked up for a month. I contacted them weekly to have it picked up. The only way I could resolve this issue is to have the recycle container become a trash container since I already paid for 3 months. I canceled service but was still billed. I had to create a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. When you can reach the owner, he always promises you he will take care of everything. He never follows through. Do not use this trash service! 2. Doesn't pick trash up in a timely manner. Says he be there tomorrow, tomorrow is 2weeks away,I've canceled my service and still have his equipment. The guy doesn't stand by his word. 3. I would advise not to use skyline waste for trash service. Almost consistently wouldn't pick up the trash on the scheduled day and many times didn't pick up the trash at all. Honestly, one of the least competent companies I have worked with. They refuse accountability and are extremely deficient in communications. In some cases the deficiencies come across as dishonest. My neighborhood endured so so so many missed collections. Skyline Waste is NOT reliable. Don't be swayed by their low prices and promises-- you will be disappointed. Just take a look at recent reviews... Okay, here's an update: My circumstance was similar to Denise V. (Feb 9th 2026). Skyline failed to auto charge us for over a year. Fast forward to late Jan '26, Kaitlyn calls and asks for us to pay the last ~14 months. She blamed the mishap on previous office staff not entering payment information correctly. But I couldn't help wondering why it has taken so long, and why they had not contacted us sooner -- they could have left a note after the second month. Anyway, even though it's really not the customer's problem that a company is unable to properly bill, I went ahead and paid the back log. Now three months later, they want to drop my entire road from their client list. Their reason our road is bad -- however, they inspected the road when we signed up and we were given assurances it would be fine (from Andy himself). I can't shake the feeling that they serviced us for the last couple months just to "buy" enough time to make the ~$600 autopay balance clear, then cancel our accounts. Canceled our service because they were dumping the recycle into the trash truck. We were not getting what we paid for. Still waiting (4 months on) for them to get the trash cans off our property. I've made about 4 or 5 phone calls and sent multiple emails and still nothing. Its no way to run a business. read more

Anyone reading this should note that more than half the reviews to date are one star. My issues are generally what was already stated by others so I won't go into lengthy detail. I canceled service several months ago and at this point I just want them to collect the cans. Even that simple task appears to be too much for Skyline, and they flat out ignore my emails and text messages. You may be tempted to give them a try to support a local business but I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

I have been using Skyline Waste for over two years now. They have reliable pickup days and Andy even notifies the customers if there is any delay to service. Since I am only at my Flagstaff home in the summer I appreciate that I can pause service in the winter when I'm not there. I like doing business with a local company such as Skyline. read more

We've lived in several different cities in Arizona, and Skyline Waste is by far the best service we've ever had. They don't tear through neighborhoods exceeding the speed limit like another company with green cans. Skyline's cans are kept clean and in good repair. Anytime I have a question or issue the owner himself will talk to me. He communicates regularly regarding any changes in schedules and even letting us know if they will be late. And considering how often our roads are a mess due to snow and ice, they are RARELY late. Thank you Andy for the great service! read more

I prefer to support small businesses when I can. I will list some facts, and then give my opinion about the trash service through Skyline. -I had service with skyline in Parks, AZ for 2 years at a house I was renting - weekly pickups were missed/delayed occasionally for various reasons through the 2 years in Parks(e.g. weather, truck issues) -Skyline was notified a month prior that I would be moving to a new area that they still serviced(Williams, AZ) and that I would be transferring it to my new property -The trashcan as of the day I post this is still at the rental property I left in Parks, AZ(I moved July 1st, its currently December 2nd) -Once at the new address it took almost another month to get a can from Skyline -They missed our pickup the first week of November. And the second week as well. I called them the day before our 3rd missed "pickup" for November only to learn our service was canceled as they were no longer serving our area. I was told I would get reimbursed for the missed month, and that my can would be taken that same week. Its two weeks later(5 total), I have over a month old trash in a Skyline can waiting to be taken and have been charged AGAIN for another 3 months of service, and still havent been reimbursed for November. I do not recommend Skyline, at all. It has been a pain, you pay a bit less than other trash services but its not worth the headache when they are inconsistent, fail to perform, communicate, and refuse to take accountability. I have seen others in local Facebook groups discussing their problems with Skyline only to be called liars by the company page. Stay far away from Skyline, its not worth it. read more

Just when you thought it couldn't get worse with Waste Management, then here comes Skyline. Let me preface with the good. The office gal Kaitlyn is the only reason I put up with the horrible service as long as I did. I only had the service a couple months. In that time they missed my trash numerous times. It was tough as I had just moved in, and the lack of service had me constantly behind on trash pileup leading to $20 dump runs twice. The times they actually did collect, the canister apparently squeezes easily therefore trapping garbage, so now basically I was getting half dumps when they did actually collect. After my second dump run and garbage piling, I had to cancel services. For $2 more a month it was well worth the switch to Jj services who never missed a pickup yet and has larger stronger bins, so an empty canister after each collection! Also, during inclement weather they still Showed up, working hard at 9pm to ensure their customers service. Lastly, when I cancelled service, due to the last straw of not collecting on the day/weekly pick up, so asked them to come get canister with trash they never did! After multiple promises to get it, and months later, I have a full Skyline canister still sitting out front. I have called, texted and threatened and they wont get it, so I guess I will drive it to their office and dump it where it is most convenient for me or try the landfill. This was the absolute worst. I have not used Skyline Waste for 6 month due to their inconsistent pickups but they continue to charge me for their service. I thought I had taken care of this problem in December when they had to credit me back $99. But no, they charge me again in April. FREE TRASH SERVICE! My realtor and I have been trying to get Skyline to pick up their cans from the previous resident for more than two months now. I decided to go with WM based on these reviews and turns out I made a good decision. The cans are always out on the curb and so they love to dump the cans on Monday but never take them. If anyone needs to drop some trash please feel free! Except now, unfortunately their property is knocked over in a snow pile since they refuse to get their cans and the snowplows needed to come through. Side note, nothing is more embarrassing than a business owner that argues with people over their reviews. Check out the Google reviews for some comedy. Real classy lol. read more

Signed up with this company in January 2024 and had very poor service with them only picking up a couple of times out of 5 or 6 opportunities. Canceled their service and went with another company which does a pretty decent job. We were willing to eat the initial $99 charge for signing up for their service because in fairness they did deliver cans when we signed up, but then took over a month to pick up the cans after we canceled and also continued to charge our credit card (in fact just charged it today which is several months after we have canceled). Poorly ran company and I have advised many people to stay away from or transfer service from. Just flat our incompetent and lacking integrity in all aspects.........stay away. read more

I just started service with Skyline Waste for both trash and recycling. On the very first day the company sent out a truck and picked up the regular trash, but they failed to pick up the recycling container. I called them three different times and spoke to someone named Andy on the phone. he stated repeatedly that a truck would come out and pick up the recycling bin. The truck never came to pick up our recycling materials. When I went out to the house again the very next day I saw that the recycling bin was not picked up.
