My coneys didn't have mustard or onions on them and I also ordered a chili cheese burrito and they didn't put cheese on it. I called them and they told me that it was because I ordered it from GrubHub and that I had to add the mustard and onion from GrubHubs website. I'm not happy about this at all. We came to Skyline Chili on 9/29/24 in the pouring rain. Exhausted from our day....Was my husbands birthday. We live in Naples, Fl but born and raised in Cincy. Raniyah greeted us at our table with open arm. She is so polite and courtesy. She made us feel so wanted and attended to our every need. I tried the 5-way while in town, as the chili was recommended from a few colleagues before my visit, and was surprised. I was skeptical because chili and spaghetti isn't something I'd mix on my own unless my cupboard ran dry, but the 5-way was pretty good and I'd order it again next time I'm in Cincinnati. For starters, I'm not a normal Skyline customer as I don't prefer fast food spaghetti all that much. But I do eat there maybe once a month to change things up. My girlfriend wanted the Buffalo chicken salad which is a normal order for her. Today however, there was so much water from the lettuce that we literally drained 1/3 of a cup (yes I measured) of water out of the container. Not sure how you could prepare a salad that way to serve it but seems like laziness to me but I could be wrong. Needless to say the lettuce was not anywhere near crunchy and it was tossed in the trash. The chicken was also wet and had minimal flavor so that as well went to the trash and she's left with crackers and hot sauce. For me, I typically only get conveys and fries but today I decided to change it up. I ordered the #4 which is a "small" 3-way, coney and a drink. Now, maybe this is due to my minimal experience with this but I either got a child's 3-way or I am out of touch with portions at Skyline. The size of this 3-way blew my mind. The container was smaller than the coney container and the spaghetti and sauce did not even come up halfway in the container. Had I not drove 15 min home I would have returned it to get them to fill it up. It was sad the amount of spaghetti in that container. And to top it off, there was more water than sauce itself. The taste was like I remember but again, disappointed to say the least. After I drained the water from that, I ate it in 4, normal sized bites. That's how small it was and how little spaghetti there was in there. To top all of this off, the coney which is my normal go to, did not have the white cheese I ordered... I got normal cheese with onions and mustard, which I did not order. And I got no ice in my drink randomly??? Anyhow, this visit pretty much sealed the thought of if I'll ever go back to Skyline, even as a favor for someone else. The girl at the window was nice as they always are there but $9.00 for a #4 and to get the world's smallest spaghetti is something I won't soon forget. A $17 dollar total meal resulted in 2 grown adults fighting over the 14 non crushed crackers in the bag(the rest were crumbs) and 2 packs of hout sauce for dipping. What a meal! read more

Ok so I am for California so when we come to visit family I always ask to go to Skyline Chili. I love cheese and that they put a ton (and I mean a ton) on my Spaghetti. I get teased by my family as I have to consult the menu... yes I know... *sigh*. I usually do the spaghetti and my husband does the coneys and then we share (sharing is caring) he usually adds the hot sauce and also crackers to his part of the spaghetti. They also have a burrito version (at least one our of cousins says they get it) and I have been told it is tasty however I have not tried it yet. The other great thing is I can go next door and get ice cream (black raspberry... as we established I can't get it in CA). I can not comment on food quality over multiple visits as I usually only come her once or twice a year. I also can not discuss portion size and for the most part it seems to be the same but as I said I don't really remember the sizes from visit to visit. But the take away here is that there is a ton of cheese and this is only found in this area so enjoy it when you can. read more

For a spaghetti lover who doubles as a fan of chili, this place seemed like it'd be heaven. Native to Texas, I wasn't sure what to expect from "Cincinnati Style" chili served over spaghetti with a mound of cheese. I was told this style of chili differs greatly from what Texans are used to. It's true, the chili is a lot less tomato based and was more like what you'd be served on a chili dog. However, that does not mean it's not delicious! You cannot walk in expecting gourmet chili with al dente noodles and finely grated parmesan. This is carby, meaty, dairy-packed goodness. A regular portion packs a wopping 800 calories. I had to avert my eyes from the nutritional truth of the menu. I got an oddly named "3 way" with diced onions added. You also could choose beans and onions as a vegetarian option. Not as savory, but still good. There are several sizes to choose from, so you don't have to commit to a huge plate of pasta if you prefer smaller portions. Your meal is served with a small dish of oyster crackers to accompany what ever chili dish you choose to punish your arteries with. This is definitely not for everyone. It isn't fine dining in the least. I will say the noodles were a bit too overcooked, but if you don't walk in with sky high expectations, you will most likely leave satisfied and full. read more

This location is great because it's right off the 275 Wilder exit in Northern Kentucky, which is where we stay with family. Tried to order a cheddar potato for lunch today but was told that they are only offered during lent. I find this excuse unbelievable since they also offer a 3 way potato which contains chili meat. Or do they only offer 3 way potatoes during lent also? This business has very limited vegetarian options to begin with so I think it would benefit them if they tried to appease all customers. I know for a fact that the Skyline location in Highland Heights offers potatoes year round. I guess I will spend my money at that location instead.
