All started out well when he came and cut down a pine tree for me about 25' high.it was falling over from the rains. I then asked him to get me a very particular tree to plant in its place. He eventually came and planted one before telling me he was there.when I went looked at it, it was the wrong tree. I asked him if he could take it back. He said yes. I found the tree I wanted at Johnson's Nursery and bought it. He came and took the other tree then planted this one. Then he calls me and tells me he can't get a refund for the tree and wanted me to take it and pay for it even though it was his mistake. Stupid me, I paid him in cash. He never gave me an itemized receipt, even though I asked 3 time, never gave me the tree or never refunded me for it. I had to leave the state to tend to my aunt who had been put on hospice care and I asked Alatini to put the money he owed me in my locked mailbox and my son would get it. He never did and I haven't heard anything since. I gave him a month to resolve the issue. He charged me $1,600. Way over priced.

He came on that date and brought his crew.. They got down to business right away and were crawling all over my trees cutting off branches etc.. Brian knows his business. My trees needed shaping..
