I called ahead, set an appointment, and was in and out the same day. The process was simple--especially since I was paying cash--and there was zero pressure at any point. It really felt like the focus was on service rather than selling. Overall, a smooth, efficient experience. I'll most likely be back to explore their battery warranty options once I've had a chance to review the terms more closely.

During the conversation, Tony explained they have a "no haggle" policy, although I personally did not see any signage stating this, nor was it displayed anywhere on their website. The asking price was also noticeably higher than the TruCar price, though he did say he could bring it down closer to that advertised amount for me. I explained that I was already using the TruCar value as my reference point and still wanted to negotiate because, in my opinion, the vehicle being sold as-is and having some issues, still seemed overpriced compared to similar cars on the market. He continued to repeat that they do not negotiate, but said to let him know if I changed my mind. Overall, the experience felt very sales-oriented. Tony is clearly experienced and personable, but I would encourage buyers to carefully review the pricing, vehicle condition, and any paperwork or financing applications before moving forward.

The pricing he gave me felt seriously inflated, especially for a truck he didn't even have on the lot and needed to source from another dealership. He became extremely pushy, constantly pressuring me for a quick answer because, according to him, he had to "lock it in" elsewhere. I specifically asked questions about the "max trailering" package because I wanted to understand if it was worth it. After doing my research, I decided I didn't need it and didn't want to pay an extra $5,000. That's when the attitude really shifted. He kept pressing for a "final answer," and when I told him I had doubts, he abruptly said he would be "bowing out." Trying to still move forward on my own, I simply asked him which dealership the truck was coming from so I could follow up directly. His response? He told me to f*** off and refused to share the information. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly shady behavior. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you value transparency and basic respect as a customer. F this guy, dont work w him . Hes got a pushy attitude snd a two face, he really lived up to the "used csr salesman" shadiness.

It honestly felt misleading, and I even considered taking it further. Thankfully, I decided to try Longo Lexus instead, and the difference was night and day. The entire process was quick, smooth, and refreshingly transparent. Pricing matched the original estimate exactly--no surprise add-ons, no upselling, just honest service. A huge shoutout to my service advisor, Kelly Yang, who was incredibly professional and thorough. He clearly explained the work being done, set accurate expectations for timing, and even applied a promotional discount. After my prior experience, I walked in expecting the worst--but was genuinely impressed by the level of care and integrity. While it's a bit of a drive for me, it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Longo Lexus if you're looking for reliable, straightforward service without the hassle.

Last month, I had reached out to Longo online to request a quote for a 2026 Lexus NX 350h Premium. I notified them of the price I had received from a different dealership and was told they would "match" any competitor and also honor a discount I had received using the Costco Auto Program ($2500 off). They even notified me of their special APR rate for March 2026. Things seemed to be going well, but they didn't have any inventory and the car I wanted would not arrive until the following month. They also said they could not honor the APR for next month since it was a special promotion only for March. I called Crown Lexus and they were not going to receive any new NX hybrids until April, but the salesperson from Crown said their dealership would honor the discount from Costco and the special APR rate even though the car would not arrive until after the promotion was over. I called Longo back and notified them of what Crown was going to offer and instead of matching the offer, they said they'd only give me a discount of $1500 because there was a "shortage" of the NX models. I was a bit disappointed in their response and ended up going with Crown Lexus and reserved a car that was assembled in Japan. Also, check their inventory because the cars are assembled in either Canada or Japan. If the VIN number starts with a 2, the car was assembled in Canada.
