We weren't sure what color of stain to go with and he patiently laid out 7 different colors for us to review on the floor and he explained the mixture of colors to help us get to the color of the floor we desired. He was also very efficient with time as he finished the project on schedule and arrived at the home on time too. He kept us informed throughout the process and we are really pleased with the outcome of our floors. We highly recommend Glauco and Ecoflooring for your next project!

They also did some caulking work around our front steps using a special caulk Alin recommended. Alin was very professional - from the minute we first spoke on the phone until his follow-up after the job was done. I am very pleased with the way in which he was able to match both the color and pattern of the 23 year old stucco on our house. He did the work he committed to do and the only delay was the result of weather that was too cold for the stucco to properly cure. I thought his prices were fair and the quality of his work is first rate. I would not hesitate calling him again the next time I need work done on the house. Thanks, Alin!

Excellent roofing service. Superior workmanship. Knowledgeable. Uses only the best materials…read more Great customer service Had roof replaced, said if there are any problems EVER, just to call them and they will take care of it. Roof should last 20-40yrs. No wonder they are highly rated by the BBB and in Home Reports. I checked them out thoroughly. I actually got quotes from 8 companies before going with NorthSIDE Roofing. (Note of Caution: by mistake I called NorthRidge or it could have been NorthEdge Roofing. These are not the same. NorthRidge/NorthEdge actually never called me back.) I actually called all 3 main companies D*R*, F**(advertises a lot on radio), R*D*, as well as 2 other smaller companies (S*R* + R*R*) and 2 independents. Most were cheaper but I just didn't get the feeling that they were going to do a good job. With the largest roofing company around here, they immediately gave me a discount on the callback, whoa red flag for me. I felt like the 2 larger roofing companies were substituting volume vs quality workmanship. Anyways Northside is not the cheapest roofing company but you are getting quality workmanship, experience and superior materials. That's important when a roof is protecting your house and it's contents. Danny (co owner) nailed sample shingles up so I could decide what color would look best. Actually I had him move the shingles a second time to a sunnier spot so I could see the true color. Also they took pics of the work in progress for me. Flashings were good, lead pipe boots, drip edge is good, shingles lined up perfectly and nailed securely so they won't slide later on, ridge vents were good. Everything up to code. As well as replacing rotted boards on the roof, they repaired some rotted soffits facia boards, painted the new vents, chimney flashings, cleaned out my gutters, caulked the leaky end caps in the gutters, readjusted my gutters, covered the bushes grass and cleaned up every night. This company has been around for 30+yrs and their crew are longtime employees (not subcontractors like some of the other companies) so they have tight quality control and are experienced workers. Only downside is they don't have a large number of crews. As a result, they are busy and Danny comes later than when he says he'll be there. It's all good though because I know when he did come he spent a long time going over the roof and answering all my questions which is why he was probably late for his appts. Got a very good looking roof now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for new roof replacement or repairs. Utmost confidence.

Northside Roofing has done many skylight installations for customers of the skylight manufacturing…read morecompany I work for, SIG, all over north Atlanta metro area. We have heard only good reviews. Danny also installed skylights in my co-workers home. He does a great job, and has a great crew, as the first reviewer said. (I spent some hours on a roof with them all, taking photos of an install). Watching the crew in action, I can say they are all business, are very conscientious, and Danny Wiley, their leader, is very knowledgeable and skilled, and worked along side the rest of the crew. They went the extra mile on the skylight installation of a five panel custom skylight, installing the glass separately because the skylight was so large, then afterward making a handsome diverter to go above the skylight. Northside will probably not give the cheapest roofing estimate, but it will be fair for the excellent results. A good roof is extremely important, as is a good roofer relationship. You want someone who will be back in the case any issues come up in the future. Highly recommend!

I spent lots of money making sure those were not the issue. The only issue left was the flashing around the chimney. Frustrated with being gaslit by Joel, I went to another roofing company. I was tired of arguing with Joel about it. There was no way he would ever accept any responsibility. He spent most of the visit telling me about his other lucrative side businesses and asking to give him the opportunity to sell my home through his new real estate company. So the other company charged me and actually FIXED the issue, I was finally free of this issue. I asked Christian Bros for a portion back and they sent me a long letter written by one of their lawyers continuing to gas light me about the issues. Really just another typical company out there that has no interest in backing up their work. They just want their money and then to never speak to you again.

Hey y'all! Now, I…read morehave always preached that we should do our best to support our local businesses and I recently had an experience working with one that I feel went above and beyond and I'd like to share it with our community. After some recent storms here in Stone Mountain, I noticed a few damp spots on my interior ceilings. Being we had only moved here a year ago and I had never been on my roof, I wanted someone to come give me a rundown of the damage. I truly expected some outrageous cost of replacement that we couldn't afford and a lengthy wait time. After all, the big-name roofing companies have never given me a reason to believe otherwise. I can honestly say I was impressed with EPIC Roofing. Not only does this company offer a FREE, no-strings-attached roof inspection, they do it with a smile. You will not find a nicer team to work with. I had no idea my roof could be filed under my insurance, but they were confident in what they found and voila! They even helped me through the insurance process. When the adjuster came out, they were here to help me understand the coverages. Who does that? That is a level of service you don't find every day. The best part about my experience was this: It was seeing an insurance adjuster on Friday and then having my roof replaced first thing Monday morning. No more stressing about water coming in over my refrigerator. The replacement was complete in a single day. No tarps, no waiting. Done. I am over the moon with my new roof and the personalized service my family and I received from Epic Roofing. I very highly recommend them for any roofing concerns you have. Fast. Professional. Courteous. And the inspection is TOTALLY FREE! If you even think you might be having roofing trouble, please call Lynn at (770)616-6218!

Long review, but such a great experience and company!…read more We recently had our roof replaced by Nexgen Roofing after a hail storm with golf ball-sized hail, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, this local company absolutely delivered top-notch service. We worked closely with Oliver, our sales rep, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, communicated quickly and clearly, and made sure we always knew the next steps--without ever feeling pressured. Going through insurance can be tricky, but Oliver helped us navigate every part of it with confidence. On the day of the roof install, which impressively was completed in just one day, I made a bit of a last-minute request to have our chimney topper painted since the crew would already be on the roof. Without hesitation, Oliver made it happen! He was on-site almost the entire time, ensuring things were running smoothly, and after the crew finished up, he personally walked the entire property with me, answering all my questions and making sure everything was perfect. There was a minor hiccup during the install--one of our gutters got dinged up--but again, Nexgen's customer service really shined. Oliver took full ownership of the issue and had it scheduled for replacement within just a few days at no cost to us. That kind of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is hard to find these days. We also had the pleasure of meeting a few other members of the Nexgen team, and every one of them were/are friendly, professional, and just genuinely great people. It's clear this is a company that takes pride in their work and their customer relationships. Honestly, I can't think of a single negative thing to say. Nexgen went above and beyond at every step, and I highly recommend giving them a shot for any of your roofing needs. You won't regret it! Huge thanks again to Oliver and the entire Nexgen Roofing team! PS: The roofing crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after everything was done too. Great crew!
