Absolutely Unforgettable! - A 45th Birthday Adventure For my 45th birthday, my husband, best friend, mom (yes, my 72-year-old mom!), and I signed up for our very first skydive at Skydive Perris. From start to finish, the experience was incredible, and I can't thank the team enough. The website, paperwork, and instructional videos were user-friendly and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Upon arrival on Saturday, October 12th, we were warmly greeted, and immediately felt comfortable. The office was spotless, smelled great, and had amazing videos playing to get us pumped for the adventure. After finishing up some paperwork, we headed to the Bombshelter Restaurant to wait, where my daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed some delicious French dip sandwiches while we soaked in the excitement. Our "fly team" -- Jon, Ryan, Kibang, and Mattro -- were absolute rockstars. They explained everything, got us geared up, and kept the mood light with humor to ease our pre-jump jitters. As we boarded the plane, they went over everything again, making sure we were prepared. However, due to unsafe weather conditions, our jump was canceled that day for safety reasons. While it was disappointing, I deeply appreciated the crew's commitment to safety. Skydiving can be dangerous without perfect conditions, and I'm so thankful for their professionalism. We rescheduled for Sunday, October 13th at 8 a.m. and once again, the team greeted us with the same enthusiasm. We were lucky enough to have the same fly team, and they seemed genuinely excited to help us realize our dream of skydiving. By 8:15 a.m., we were suited up and ready to go. This time, the weather was perfect, and there was nothing holding us back. I was the first to jump, and I can honestly say it was a life-changing experience. The feeling of free-falling through the sky, the rush of adrenaline, and the breathtaking view -- it's something that words can hardly describe. The drop, the free-fall, the parachute opening, and then coasting in for a smooth landing... absolutely exhilarating! Watching my husband descend with the biggest smile on his face and seeing my 72-year-old mom land with pure joy was just as incredible as jumping myself. She checked skydiving off her bucket list and might even do it again! A huge thank you to the entire Skydive Perris team for making our experience so memorable. From their attention to detail to their focus on safety, we couldn't have asked for a better adventure. We're already looking forward to our next jump. Take a deep breath and imagine yourself sinking into sky. Sometimes you've just gotta throw caution to the wind, and I'd say SP is definitely the place to do it. Skydiving at SP was such a wholesome experience. Beyond the adventure of the skydive itself (which I'll get to in a second), there is a delicious camaraderie within the community on the airfield as soon as you make it outside of the parking lot. Everyone (staff AND patrons) says hello and every other person tries to engage you in some chill conversation... and not in an awkward way! It is just such a friendly environment that I would honestly go back to just hang out and chat with people on the field for fun. After checking in at the front desk, I was directed to the back to get suited and booted and meet my tandem instructor-- Raffi. He was the absolute highlight of my journey. He was so kind, chill, respectful, and confident in a way that made me feel totally safe and at ease with the journey ahead. And believe me, when you're about to put your life in someone's hands, you want to trust them. He explained what I should expect and gave a brief tutorial before going up. I skydived once before at another location, and my experience at SP was completely different. From the community-feel on ground and the jump itself. After freefall, sinking back towards the ground can make for a really weird/ awkward experience if you're hooked up to someone who isn't friendly or communicative. Raffi was extremely cool, calm, and collected and his words spoke to my soul while reminding me to respect and drink in the beauty of the world from above. Do not get me wrong-- he was not overly talkative, but I think it's so amazing that my thrill-seeking adventure became so much more than that, in an exciting and therapeutic way. I definitely have a refreshed sense of skyding after diving with Raffi. After making sure I was comfortable, he let me take over the controls for a moment, and we did some kinda cool tricks on the way down. If I had the opportunity, I'd jump with Raffi over and over again! My sis jumped with Pedro, and she had an awesome experience with him as well. This was super long winded... Your job is to respond to these reviews and vouch for the company understood, but that does not make you and especially not the way we were treated right. To the alcohol policy there is no where indicated not to drink once we had arrived, and it especially did not indicate not to drink from the bar you guys have there. What was included about the alcohol policy made it unclear that we could not drink once we were there, only that we could not drink prior assuming especially since the door to the bar is right next to the door to check in that meant prior to coming. read more

I had a great time tandem skydiving. We drove from city of Los Angeles to Perris, CA. We made an appointment for Saturday but the there was a wind warning so our appointment was pushed back to the afternoon. We decided to reschedule for Sunday and we jumped around 9am. The process was easy and simple. The instructors are really cool. The plane we jumped out of seemed a bit sketchy. If you'd like to record it's extra and the person that films jumps an altitude before you go and once you jump with your tandem instructor the film person catches up to you in the air. The film guy was cool! Would definitely be back. The food was pretty good too, I had a crunch chicken salad. They have a small pool that you can use while you wait and benches you can sit on while you wait. The atmosphere was very peaceful and lunge like. It was elderly men that were simply socializing in the restaurant, I believe one had owned the facility at one point. read more

I jumped on December 2nd 2023 and it was fantastic. I highly recommend Instructor Ryan Whipkey seriously he was detailed and fun. My friend was the one that picked him for me and it was perfect. Keeping the energy positive and fun yet serious in doing all the safety checks. Reminding me of the parts I needed to do to make it a good time. I made my reservation very easy online and then needed to call in a few times and every interaction was delightful and cheery. Greeted with a smile from I believe Marissa sorry if that's incorrect. Loved that the person doing my waiver Sara (I think) sorry girl if that's in correct. You were a joy. Every person there was fun, smiling, kind and just full of positive energy. I jumped tandem as you can see in the photos and it was a blast. You can also do what they call accelerated freefall but I wanted to enjoy and not work. So good!!!! Destination Sorry blue shark plane pilot, didn't catch your name but you scored 5 stars too. I loved it all for different reasons. The plane ride, thanks to all the instructors on the plane! All were fun and I got to learn a new handshake. The blond female instructor, you rock! Love seeing females excel in sports. The exit was not scary, looking down was really fun however I was so busy remember "get in the banana position and keep your head back" I didn't get to enjoy it enough. Free Fall! This was my first tandem skydive and it didn't disappoint! It was terrifying but at the same time exciting! I am so glad I went to Skydive Perris! I never went skydiving before and this was my first jump. The instructors/staff were very cool and nice. Hayden was my instructor and he jumped with me. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. He made me laugh so I could relax a little bit, and he was very nice. He also put up with me asking him repetitive questions like if I'm belted into him even though he just told me I was. LOL. My husband and I were scheduled to jump Dec 30th for our 1yr anniversary, unfortunately we were rained out But we jumped today ! Jan 13th and to say it was amazing was an understatement. My husband instructor was Raffi Tokhalyan and mine was Luca Battes I was so nervous and excited I forgot to get a picture with Luca!! but it was an amazing experience, Luca could tell I was nervous and reassured me everything was tightly secured, he was very kind and answered my repetitive questions so kindly my husband had a great time also he even got to steer on his decent I was too nervous excited all rolled into one to do that hahah. So I don't even know where to begin, my eperince right off the back when calling looking for information, lady who answered the phone didnt seem like she wanted to be there by the tone and agitation in her voice like I was inconvenienced her. I just wanted to know if you had special rates for groups of 6, she put me on hold and said she would have to look for more information. What really struck me is that when she returned to the phone to relay information I was confronted with, we dont do large group discounts and its first come first serve. Unfortunately for her I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Sean who was very rude aswell, blowing cigarette smoke in my face in the process of asking him about bulk rates and he advised me that the school does offer bulk rates. All I wanted was to book 6 skydives for out of town clients and was given a rude run around. I requested to speak to a manager and was told she was busy and would return my call. 2 days later I get a phone call from a Samantha at the skydiving school, very nice lady untill I explained that it was part of a wedding and that the family wanted to jump out all together, but she informed me that that was impossible for their oppuration to supply that request, then she gave me other alternatives and explained how it actually worked, finally a woman who knows what shes talking about, she just needs to not be impatient and spastic on the phone. I ended up going with skydive oceanside. Fantastic experience. I'm disappointed because we were set on perris but the staff there just seem like they hate people read more

My sister's arrived here with their aunt. I saw videos and photos of them, which were many and knew the experience was majestic as they had described. I watched videos of malfunctions and knew how to position myself, properly on the drop. I knew how it felt, what could happen if a malfunction happens if at all. I saw videos on a granny who slipped out of the harness. The drogue chute caught in a woman's foot on the freefall. The reserve parachute automatically deploying at low altitude etc. Both my sisters had experienced instructors: Kibang Lee and Tao Yin. My aunt had one of the popular instructors: Colby Lefebvre. All three were excellent according to them. The cameramen: Ryan Easton, Josh Colby and James Perez were fantastic as well although they all had their different personalities. Some more talkative than others. Josh Colby was excellent and had a nice personality. The other guys were quiet, but also good. Regardless of the instructors, the process of filling out paperwork was a breeze, but the time it took to skydive was about 3 and a half hours which was not too good. It did relieve stress a little bit and I got to enjoy the viewing from the pool, the other solo divers and the restaurant next to the landing post. I also saw several planes take off one by one. This is from when I came after my sister's visit. Now my visit, my party Included myself, mother and father and aunt again. My aunt wants to get certified for her license and so she needs to do another 20+ jumps which she will eventually accomplish. My instructors included: Kibang Lee, Veronica Giraldo, Tao Yin, Kenny Beach. My mother had the pretty female instructor, I had kenny the fast talker, Tao was with my aunt and my father had aggressive Kibang Lee. According to my mom and dad, my mother's instructor had 7 years experience, Kibang had 16 years, my instructor kenny had 13 years and Tao was unknown but he probably had 10+ years experience. All the instructors are different, mine was sarcastic in directions which was funny but I did not get to glide the parachute down because I probably made him nervous lol. My hand was numb from the pressure of the strap and he got stressed out. The cameraman were included in our package which was the most expensive add on for 189$ each. It was the red carpet package. This round we had: Ryan Easton, James Perez and James Colby. They had done this several thousands of jumps and probably were exhausted from the day so limited their interviews and photos, which was reasonable. EXPERIENCE: I'll make it as detailed as I can. Yourself and about 20 other people board a small plane that included a bunch of solo jumpers, cameramen jumpers, tandem jumpers, 2 pilots and wingsuit licensed jumpers. Some were young and some were old. It was so full that people were squished sitting on the ground and were not able to put their seat belts on. Your instructor sits behind you and gives you goggles. You get no helmet and no earplugs and it makes the experience more vivid when you drop. As the plane started flying higher and higher in circles, I felt a little ticklish in the stomache. The view was amazing. I didn't feel terror or stress as the plane started ascending higher in the air. The kast perso. Who boarded the plane was the last to descend down the freefall. My tandem instructor and cameraman went after the first 5 or so people. We squatted down and rocked back and forth 2 times before leaning into the atmosphere. Once my instructor and I dropped, I felt the stomache sensation for about 2 to 3 seconds into the freefall as the drogue chute opened. THE FREEFALL: after descending at terminal velocity of about 120 mph, my position changed from strap grip to superman pose, you get notified prior to the jump in the plane on what to do. Since I did the indoor experience I knew exactly what to expect so the instructor didnt tell me what to do lol. This time the wind rushes through your face and the air resistance was intense. I had difficulty breathing for the first 10 seconds of freefall even though I was in the correct pose and the cameraman was rolling. It was an intense gush of air pushing against my body that my ears became blocked up and my lungs were inhaling alot of fresh cold breeze. Next thing you know the instructor pulls the parachute and then you are staring at earth and everything below you is tiny. The view is extraordinary and this was the best part because everything becomes subsided. You can finally hear and talk to your instructor although I was unable to control the parachute because my arm was numb from the pressure. THE LANDING: I landed on the ground with putting my legs and feet forward and it was a little rough but nothing to insane. The cameraman interviewed me and that was a wrap. The experience was quick and was a blessing. I enjoyed it so much I'll do it again when I have the time to do it in the future. read more

I did tandem skydiving several years ago, but this time I was on an outing with my 4 year old son. We went to March Air Museum then wanted to swing by SkyDive Perris to eat lunch while we watched some sky dive action. The food was pretty good at the Bomb Shelter Cafe. Tables are inside or outside so we sat and watched the jumpers fall from the sky. It was an awesome airshow and we had a lovely time. After we ate we sat in a chair on the grassy area and got our own airshow. You don't have to jump to go there and have lunch on a beautiful day. The gift shop had small and inexpensive toys and flask stickers. It was lots of fun read more
