The beer is great, service is always good and they have a good seating area for both small and large groups. They also have an outdoor patio. they have 4 VLTS, but unfortunately there is no ATM machine. They make you go to the Reddi mart at the end of the complex if you need cash,, they do not do cash back either. Lots of regulars come here that live nearby. Servers are partial to the regular patrons, less friendly to average customers coming in. All in all it's a good place to come in for a drink and a bite

I was there with a large group of people, who have been to this establishment several times on Wing…read moreWednesdays in the past. The past experiences have all been fantastic and with a standard wait time for a large group. This evening was a completely different story. I am not sure the young woman's name, but I was with the group at the back of the restaurant. I got my ice tea with no ice in a timely manner; however another customer had to ask twice for his root beer, which in the end after an hour, I went up to the Bar and grabbed. As well, another customer had to ask twice for his beer that he ordered and when it didn't come out, he too had to go up to the bar to receive his beer. During this time, several other customers have arrived and been helped with drink orders and food orders being taken. My food order was taken shortly after 6pm, and at 720pm the waitress was told to come deal with our table as we were still waiting...... that was when we were informed, she hadn't put our orders in as the "page" was missed. I told her to cancel my order and that I wasn't paying for my drink at this point, and to bring the manager over. The manager was highly unprofessional and arrogant. I was pointing out that we had people order drinks twice and still not received them until we went up ourselves to get them. That is when the manager came back and said it's due to the fact that the large group was allowed here tonight, as the policy is to not allow large groups on Wing night. Which I find funny as I have been to three other event nights with this group on wing nights, one earlier this year. He then proceeded to laugh at myself when I said I was a server and was informed by him that he feels sorry for anyone who deals with my energy in person. Your server never once came to check on my table, we had to grab her each time. She was more focused on the larger tables around us, as they all were getting refills of their drinks, their food in a timely manner and their bills. I can understand large groups are harder on the staff, but when people who came in after yourself are getting drinks, and food..... when you ordered before them, and then you have to have someone else not from your table ask the waitress to do her job and take care of our table as others are noticing we are all just sitting there. That is horrible service and not only will I be sending this email, but I will be copying it and posting it on google and yelp, as well as Facebook. Not sure what happened, as like I stated before, the past times I have been there with this large group, everyone has been handled in a timely manner, but to have a full table forgotten and then the waitress to say she forgot to put the food orders in, as she "missed" the page but it took over an hour for her to even stop at the table plus she had to be asked to check on us by other customers, that's not right.

We asked if there were any game day specials and were told there weren't any. I ordered the lettuce wraps and they were ok. I was still hungry so I got some wings to share. The wings were on special so that was good. There were several TVs by our table so we all had a good view of the game. When it came time to pay, it took a while as many others were also wanting to pay. It was an ok experience, but I prefer other places to watch a game.

The gentleman who helped us said it was no problem. Our food arrived on time and everyone's order was marked. The food was fresh and the portions huge with excellent prices! A lot of people chose the calzone which came with Caesar salad. Most of them only ate half of the calzone! A few of us had lasagna which included a slice of garlic toast. Again huge, I shared mine and brought the other one home. The burger was big with lots of sweet potato fries, looked nice and juicy! I would definitely order food from here, not sure about the restaurant since I haven't been there...yet!

Having tried the location downtown and not leaving impressed, I was hoping for a much better experience and it was. At first our hostess showed us a long table and high seats but we asked if we could sit at a table for 4 or a large booth and she said the booth would be good. It was a very comfortable and spacious. There are TVs around showing golf, hockey, and I think curling. The brunch menu starts at 10am until 2pm on weekends. The skillet hash and frittata appealed to me the most and I went with the hash. The server let us know that the food was taking a bit of time but she asked the kitchen to rush it. It didn't seem too long of a wait. The skillet was hot and it came with 2 eggs cooked to my liking, chunks of potatoes with lots of cheese, mushrooms, red peppers, corn beef, and I think onions too. The skillet was pretty oily but the food wasn't too heavy and greasy. I didn't eat all the cheese though. The portion size was not huge but enough food for me for a late brunch. Our server was friendly and attentive. The service is way better than the downtown location. They have daily specials and I would come back for taco Tuesday, pasta Wednesday, or wing Thursday. It was a comfortable dining experience and not too loud and crowded too!

There is a bar in the heated patio for those who like to enjoy the outdoors, inside is a more quieter section and then the "pub" area near the back of the restaurant which has another bar and live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. The menu has daily drink and food specials. I really enjoy the beef dip here, the meat is thinly sliced and tender and comes on a nice bun with fries. Other sides such as a salad or yam fries is available for a minimal additional charge. There are several flavours of wings (Thursday special price), three unique poutines definitely have to share. The soy glazed salmon bowl has a good size piece of salmon with green beans, other vegetables and pickled ginger. My husband enjoyed it but not sure if he would order again if it he had to pay $22.75. On Fridays this bowl is $5 cheaper. The spaghetti and meatballs look like a small portion and comes with a piece of bread. It did look good and my daughter confirmed that. The service here is just fine, no complaints. Servers are usually young ones but efficient. Gender neutral bathrooms so don't be surprised when you open the door and the first thing you see is a urinal! Nice place to go before or after gambling. However, it was clean. Service for Good Friday was terrible. Simply not enough servers for the amount of people. It was slow the other time too, but not as bad as Good Friday. Service was okay once we were able to get someone. The kitchen was backed up as well, so it took a long time for our food to come out. Food was good. Although I found the batter this time to be too doughy, but pleasant enough. There also was a burger which was delicious. Fries were tasty and thick cut. I will definately come here again to try out more of the food. I think this will be a crowd favourite for a watering hole.
