If I could give 0 stars I would. If you list your business hours from 10am to 8pm then you need to be open during that time frame. Twice now I have experienced their delayed opening due to a special event. The delayed opening means they open at 12:30pm. Not cool. If you have made plans days or weeks in advance with another person and plan to show up at 10am since that is when you open, your day at that point is screwed. There is no excuse for this and I definitely don't plan on coming here again in the future. You guys charge way too much to jump and we as patrons have to deal with this crap. I don't think so. Such a terrible way to run a business. I've had parents drop their kids off for a playdate and then we can't get in because they have decided to open late for a special event going on. So we were stuck outside having to wait for a few hours. Its unfortunate that this is the only jump place in town. Otherwise I would go to a different one. Defy was way better than Sky zone. Its too bad Defy sold to crappy Sky zone. read more

The last few times we went the place has gotten way worse after it changes ownership. It used ro be a place we loved. This last few visits its seemed run down. Lack of supervision by staff. There needs to be more attendants walking around the trampolines while there are a bunch of children. Children keep running across jumpers which poses a safety issue for everyone. This is a huge liability. read more

This place is literally falling apart at the seams. There is tape everywhere. The trampolines are completely falling apart. The basket ball court is so destroyed that it's unusable. Also, it's filthy. 2 stars for having a roof and space for kids to run on a rainy day. Such a shame that is so dangerously horrible in terms of repair and maintenance. read more

I just wanted to let people know that Defy/ Skyzone is still super fun! We had last visited before the change in ownership and I was hesitant to return due to all the bad reviews I'd seen. So for anyone wondering, at least today all the trampolines were functional, dodgeball and basketball were open, zip line was manned by a staff member upon request, there were several staff members walking around and they were friendly and helpful. The only things that weren't there from before were the spinning thing (don't know what that was called) and the area with the projector and balls. There was a lot of duct tape reinforcing vinyl seams that have come apart all over the place but overall everything is in good shape. Kids had a great time. read more

Homeschoolers are invited on school days until 3 p.m. for a reduced admission price. It's not crowded on these days and is great for making new friends and enjoying ongoing friendships. My grandsons have enjoyed it this past school year. read more

Kids can bounce off walls, trampolines, balls, foam pits, etc. It's a great place for a kids birthday party and let them run around. My kid had a great time with his buddies running around the place. 8/2023: Defy was apparently bought out by Sky Zone in June 2023. At that time, my so. And I were told his membership was grandfathered in and we could change memberships at a cheaper price. My son went in in July 2023 and was denied entry saying he no longer had a membership (he is 12). He explain to the manager what the employee had told us and the manager was super rude to him and said she didn't care. He called me, I showed up, and then she proceeded yo be rude yo me and tell me she didn't care and this is the way it is. Even when I shows we have been paying for a membership. We will NEVER support any organization that talks down to one another; yet takes their money. read more

Just started coming and HIGHLY recommend it and getting the "elite" membership. We're here right now on a Sunday afternoon and we able to bring 4 friends for free with us since they are running a "free Buddy" program for members until the end of September. The guy checking us in (Kaden) was super patient and took great care of the group to get us all checked in. We've also been coming for the last hour before closing time and the staff under their new ownership has always been great this past month. Our kids always have a blast and get some great exercise. Big fans and if you check it out the monthly membership is basically the cost of going one day so check it out!!! read more

This is a fun place for kids, but they might consider changing the name to "Defiant" for the number of parents walking around with the attitude that they don't need to wear a mask during a global pandemic. If your family cares about this then you will likely want to stay away because it's not enforced. There are a lot of fun activities for kids here and it's great to get them out of the house and exercising. Just be careful if you're immunocompromised. read more

With the new ownership this place has taken a serious nose dive. The cost is outrageous, $25.99 for 90 minutes and the place is in terrible condition. There are several things ripped and broken. No employees on the floor and no enforcing of safety to rules. Kids were running the zipline. We had a reservation and arrived 10 minutes early. They were extremely busy but they still stopped the line to sign someone up for a membership and it took us 25 minutes to get through the line meaning that my kids lost 15 minutes of jump time and the employees don't care at all. To top it all off they wanted $8.71 for 2 small bottles of Gatorade and they turned off their water fountain to try to force people to pay those drink prices. I can't wait for this place to go out of business. read more

This place has the worst customer service. We tried to call to change reservations three days in a row. They do not answer the phone. Then we went to the business and they got mad and said we needed to call first. This was after waiting in line for 15 min. We talked with the manager and said it should be fine to just come in whenever. Then it took over 30 min to get checked in. Had one person working while three other employees sat on phones. Changed ownership last summer. You can tell. They did not accept my daughter's prepaid card she earned in a local school fundraiser and were completely unapologetic about it. Trash and empty cups everywhere. I only saw five employees, including the two ladies working the front desk. Two young men working the floor appeared to be hiding behind a stricture and shooting the breeze. Definitely not paying any attention. One other male employee who seemed to be managing the place was present but seemed to be very annoyed in general. Water fountains shut off, and bottled water vending machine was empty. Bottled Gatorade and canned Starbucks beverages almost totally out of stock, too. The slurping machine has four flavors, but only two worked. For $11 and change, we had two. I also bought two bottled teas. The worker gave me the members discount. Really, one marked up price is not enough? Many of the locker doors are broken. They changed the lighting, too. It's darker and has lost some of the fun ambiance. It's really too bad. We like going there a few times a year. It was a treat, but now it's not so much. I don't plan to go bad unless it changes hands again. read more

Overall experience was awesome. Attractions were clean and well maintained. My suggestion for this location would be to put some form of safety rope or net around the mat for the zip line attraction. This was our first time to Defy and an employee was yelling at the children who ran were running through it, including my son. I know he wasn't trying to be rude, but most small children won't know the dangers unless there is something visible to stop them and yelling won't help. Other than that, my experience was great and ill be taking my boy there more often. read more

This place is really fun except the socks they give you are horrible. They slide off really easy when you're trying to get out of the foam pit and it's super uncomfortable. It's also really easy to get ankle injuries here. I hurt my ankle at least twice every time I come here. Another bad thing about this place: on the door it says you must wear a mask to enter, but less than half of the people there weren't wearing a mask. I didn't feel very safe there knowing that the staff doesn't care about the safety guidelines. Other than that it's a great place for birthday parties and overall super fun. read more

I had my second experience at Defy Silverdale this last Friday. This was a two star experience for the following reasons. Their marketing for "15&up" night is incorrect. My friends and myself all got babysitters and planned to have a fun night out with adults. When we arrived, there was young children everywhere. When we questioned the front desk staff, she stated that unfortuntley their online marketing is incorrect (along with the reader boards inside the facility). She stated "corporate" manages those and there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager, as we had spent $35 per couple for an hour of jumping that was not going to be 15&up only. She stated she was the manager. She repeated multiple times "do you want to jump or not? What do you want me to do?" She did not offer us a discount or a free jump pass for another time, she has no intention to make this right. I asked for her to waive the fee for my socks, since it was already 20 minutes into our jumping time due to the excessive lines. Yes, we got there early. She said she couldn't do that. We let it go and began our session. There was no customer service and the manager did not care we were unsatisfied. I ended up injuring myself within the first 5 minutes (which was due to the hard padding that was along the trampoline). The floor attendant was more than accommodating and brought me water. He also gave me a free pass to come back in jump, he was empathetic and definitely cared. I ended up fracturing my ankle. Two stars over all for customer service for the front desk staff. Also be careful, there are many surfaced throughout the facility that can cause injury. I don't intend to come back here. read more

Customer Service MATTERS. At Deft there is none. I was planning on buying a membership but after coming here 2 times I realized that would be a poor investment. The stress & attitude & lack of qualification at the front desk made me decide against it while I was literally in the middle of signing the contract. This place is a ton of fun. Not just trampolines but all kinds of fun obstacle courses and even a zip-line. However, they need to figure out the check in situation. I prepaid and signed a waiver online for an 11 am reservation on Sunday. It took 25 mins to check in. I was okay with that but what I was not okay with is the gal at the check in telling me that she would start my 1 hour time at 11:30 but "only this one time". WTF? You can't efficiently check in people then you make it out to be my fault that it takes 25 mins to check in even though I prepaid and signed your waiver online. Other than that, had a great time and will definitely go back. Hopefully they can figure out the check in quirks to make it more efficient. read more

We visited Defy for the first time today and we will absolutely be taking our 6-year-old grand daughter back. The facility is very clean and cheerful, mostly using Seahawks colors. The apparatus is more varied than Boom Shaka in Olympia. There are trampolines but also a lot of ninja warrior-type obstacles. We were also very impressed by the staff that was watching and helping kids use the various equipment. They were not only instructive but also very encouraging. They really seemed to care about the kids and helping them succeed. We are probably going to purchase a membership as we plan to use this facility a few times a month. Great place to go especially in the fall and winter. read more

We did a birthday party package for a joint birthday for our children, the staff was so accommodating and friendly. They brought in pizza from round table and cupcakes, they have a little beverage fridge that the kids loved full of water and kid friendly soda(caffeine free). The room also had storage for all the kids stuff that was out of the busy walk way you normally use, we had a great party coordinator who was so helpful check in on us often. The manager that checked us in was so friendly and helpful when we had more guest than expected. I can't recommend the party packages enough, for the price it is totally worth it to not have to do any set up or decorating. Best of all our kids loved it!! read more

This really is a fun park to play at. My friends and I had a blast, there's staff to be found everywhere, facilitating. Couches on the park floor for the people who aren't jumping to stay close to enjoy and watch their kids or friends too. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is the experience at the front desk. We came in a large group, half had bought tickets and signed waivers online while the other half figured they'd fair in the regular line. The regular line was moving quicker than the "express lane" so I hope they figure out a way to make that check in process quicker. The regular line was twice as long, but my friends were done either before or at the same time as the rest of us. We had tickets for the 9:00pm to 10:00pm slot, arrived at 8:50, but weren't through the "express lane" until about 9:20. What was also disappointing was looking up and seeing their screens state that Friday and Saturday's from 9pm to 11pm is "15&Over only," but there were kids everywhere. Apparently that's supposed to be for Saturday's, not Friday's too, so that was misleading. I hope they update their signs and figure out the check in for people who did plan ahead. It's still pretty new, so I'm sure they're still working out the kinks. I'm definitely going to be back. It was a blast once I had my bracelet. read more

My sister went here and I was with her for all her calls arranging things. The staff would tell her something was allowed and confirm what they said, but when they got there the owner was rigid and awful, denying everything the staff said was allowed. She implied my sister was a liar. She argued for more than 10 minutes, and was horribly passive aggressive and rude. If you are looking for a service that absolutely does not care about the customer then this is the place for you. She removes and edits most other negative reviews on google and her business page (which while not technically illegal is beyond petty) and constantly blames the customer instead of taking responsibility for her shortcomings in management. You can see this in the negative reviews she allowed to stay on google. The only reason her business is successful is because she has the monopoly on trampoline parks in this area. read more

If the kids didn't have fun, this place wouldn't have even deserved the 1 star!! We had a birthday party here, the information was never constant between employees. We had made our reservation a month in advance. We called multiple times for clarification on how many people we could bring, if there are any other parties at the same time, and if we could bring food due to our kids having allergies. We were told one thing, then when we arrived we were told something completely different. We didn't end up with a party room and had to use the general use areas. This was due to the employees holding us up at the counter due to poor information and not informing us of other birthdays and a first come first serve basis on the party areas. We had to tell people they couldn't come because the employees kept saying a 10 person minimum on the party. It is actually a 10 person maximum that is included for the party, everyone over that is regular price. The kids did have fun jumping. But I would definitely not have parties here. read more
