Our first Christmas experience was in 2022 and we've been coming ever since! It's now something we look forward to each and every year! The staff is absolutely amazing, very welcoming and friendly and focused entirely on you having an amazing experience. We've done a different room every time, this year was the Mystical Manor and it was a blast! The kids were able to help in so many areas and there was plenty to do so we were all participating the entire time. This year is the last year for the Christmas Story room so we booked a special visit for after Christmas and enjoyed a wonderful discount for booking the day of our visit! We'll definitely be back next year and hopefully for years to come, it's one of the best in the country! read more

I love Kitsap Great Escape! I've done 4 rooms here and they've all been so much fun. Compared to other places, the cost of this one is much more affordable, especially if you take advantage of their 20% off certificates! The game masters are all very fun folks and the rooms are very well thought out. Highly recommend! read more

Love all the options in terms of levels. Makes it a great experience for all. My youngest took lots of clues so he could win my oldest did not. They all had fun read more

I wasn't 100% sure what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I was very entertaining and the room kept everyone engaged. Great for team building, family fun, or a friend's outing. It was so much fun we booked another experience as soon as we were done. The employees were very helpful and the room was set up very well. We had four people in our group and I thought that was a good balance. I highly recommend this business. read more

Submergency was incredible! The set design is impeccable and it's even more impressive knowing it's all built from scratch! The puzzles are challenging but rewarding and the story is just plain fun! read more

Our third room in a year! Tonight was Kidnapped. We have also done Terminal and The Submarine. Tonight's was by far the scariest. Do you have what it takes to get out of the apartment before the suspect returns to the scene of the crime?!?! Andee was our host and was so fun!!!! The customer service and interaction is AMAZING!!!! We have never had any complaints. Come try your hand at Kidnapped!!! If you dare read more

This was fun af. We were a group of 6: 3 adults and 3 kids doing the Whippleton Manor room. Andee was a wonderful guide, fun and helpful when when we needed it. I was impressed with the room and the level of challenges. All of us were able to participate at some level: ages 6-65 read more

A++++! This was my first experience with an escape room and I honestly didn't want to go...didn't sound like something I would like. From the moment we walked in, beautifully decorated, clean, they even have phone chargers in the private lockers. Staff was wonderful. We all had a great time. read more

Made the road trip to do my wife's 98, 99 and 100th rooms (my 102, 103, 104). We scheduled in order of what people indicated were easiest to hardest. Sector X - nice effects, linear (knowing this helps!). A couple red herrings that throw you off so it's not super easy. 2ppl - escaped 23 min remaining The Terminal - it's a subway station so we really enjoyed the unique theme and the props were great. Literally left this room craving a Fanta. Lots of fun and some features we hadn't seen yet. 2ppl - escaped 16 min remaining The Stolen Relic - a typical theme for escape rooms but certainly not one we have tired of. This kind of room is our jam and the puzzles right up our alley. Our favorite of their offerings. 2ppl - 22 min remaining. They indicated they're changing a couple rooms this summer. I will be back for the new ones! read more

This was my first Escape Room experience ever and I really enjoyed it! I loved the front desk guy's enthusiasm, our escape room The Terminal, and just the whole experience overall. Kitsap Escape Rooms set the bar pretty high for our first experiences. Pricing was pretty steep, but it was a one time occassion - my brother's 14th birthday! There were five of us. For our team name, my brother went, "um...um... um..." unable to think of one. Then the front desk guy asks, "how about Three Ums?" and thus our team name was born! ;) The Safety video was as hilarious as it was informative too; meme game: 100. As for escaping the room, and many desperate hints later lol, we made it out with 48 seconds remaining. We all had a good time. My only hope for next time is that the AC works, because even with the fan in the room, it did get bit hot with us running around. They said they were working on it, so chances are it's already fixed. Also, locating them can be a bit tough, so be sure to walk in that area pictured to see their pop up sign in case a car is covering it. The first mystery was trying to find them! read more

Never been to an escape room before so came in with no expectations. Just hoped we wouldn't be bored or frustrated. Just the opposite! We had a fantastic time thanks to the great rooms and even more, the great staff and game master. It was just the two of us - almost completed the quest... now that we know what it's all about, we will be back to do another one! read more

It's hard for me to find some my three daughters will agree upon (15, 20, 22). This was an absolute blast. REALLY professionally done. Like, top notch escape room. My kids didn't argue once the whole time, and that says a lot. Well done! Thank you so much! read more

We got to come here on a work event, it was so much fun. Our game master was the best! She's super funny and easygoing. The rooms aren't too bad (we got to do all three : relic, sector X and terminal), all the puzzles were interesting but not extremely complicated. They offer clues when you need help and our game master embodied her characters amazingly. Would 10/10 recommend. read more

Wonderful experience! So much fun and top notch staff. They made the experience memorable for the whole crew of 6. Thanks!!

We escaped from Sector X! Puzzles were just hard enough to make you work, but not so hard it stopped being fun. The game master was great about letting us figure things out but jumping in with a hint when needed. The best part was that Sector X is a sci-fi themed room, and the set was really well done, lots of hilarious and exciting touches. We had a blast and can't wait to go back! read more

There are very few escape rooms over on this side of the water so I've really been wanting to like this one...however, it is just not worth the money and FAR TOO EXPENSIVE. We have done two of the escape rooms here the stolen relic and the terminal. The stolen relic was probably a 3/5 and the terminal more like a 1/5 so overall 2/5. The details: Price: This escape room costs $40 PER person regardless of how many people are in your group and regardless of the time. So for a family of 5 to come and do an escape room for 1 hour that is $200 ($207 with tax). This is insane. I've done escape rooms across the U.S. and have always received tier pricing for multiple people. In addition, an escape room at 10:00 am needs to be cheaper than one on Saturday at 7:00. If not, the escape room better be GREAT, not mediocre or just passable. These are mediocre to just passable. Room Logic: The terminal was a linear escape room where you need to solve one puzzle before the next opens. I would classify this as more a beginner room. Usually an escape room has at least a few cool 'puzzles' or something different or unique and in addition some great decor/props. This room was really lacking in both. There were really no innovative puzzles to solve. Everything was very mundane. Get this code open that, find a key open that, etc. The only real prop was a soda vending machine but it didn't even look 80's (which was the theme of the room). There was no paper and pencil included just a mounted small whiteboard inside a locked room that you couldn't use until half way into the game. There was really nothing fun about the room. The stolen relic (I can't even remember the name, I think this was the name) was better than the terminal both in decor/setup and in the room logic. While this room was still linear it wasn't as painfully obvious (solve this clue and only one box will open, etc.). There was also 1-2 interesting logic puzzles to solve. Much better of a room than the terminal. Still not worth $200 for a family of 5. Overall I want to like this escape room but they need to improve their rooms and also start reconsidering their business model. Next time will book a couple nights at Ocean Shores instead for the same price as an hour here. read more

First time doing an Escape Room. It was a great experience. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

My daughter and I went to the Stolen Relic room and had a blast. Challenging but very engaging and an interesting story. Room was full of surprises, but you'll have to find out for yourselves. read more

We had a great adventure. It was fun for all five of us. Great value in something different to take your tourists.

Went here for my birthday celebration and wanted to try out their escape rooms. Previously have done some others elsewhere but wanted to try a new place. Firstly , the detail and room props are wonderful. It's super immersive and that part was a lot of fun. The person who helped us at the front desk was amazing, they were super friendly, and went into full detail of the rooms for us. The game master we had was good at communicating... But they seemed like they didn't want to be there, or someone who didn't enjoy their job. She was extremely monotone and unenthusiastic. At one point one of the items in our room didn't work and malfunctioned , so she came to fix it and was just kinda like "this breaks all the time..." In this Eeyore type of response. And at the end when we did complete the room she in the same Eeyore type voice was like "congrats...... You saved the puppies and the kittens... Woo...". It was a little lackluster and almost took away from the excitement of finishing the room. The biggest complaint I'd have compared to others though is that the room could be more challenging. We chose the "medium" difficulty one and we finished it with 28 minutes to spare. Other places we've gone , most people don't escape and if you do it's usually within seconds or minutes to spare. Looking at their Facebook page escaping with anywhere from 10-28 mins to spare is a common theme at this place, which to me personally means you should make the rooms more challenging. We didn't utilize any hints, had people who had never done escape rooms and yet we finished it super fast. Escape rooms aren't cheap so you do want to get the full moneys worth and it's actually a bummer if it only takes 30 minutes of your time to complete. The other thing is that it was very linear and sometimes hard to have everyone participate. In other locations there are a lot of simultaneous puzzles that can be worked on so everyone can have their hands in the pot all at once and no one is left standing around. All that being said, we really enjoyed ourselves. They did a great job with the setup, the feel of it, it really felt like you walked into a subway station for our room. read more

Fantastic rooms and awesome hosts! Was my first escape room experience and will definitely be going back to tackle the other rooms!

Thank you so much for accommodating my daughter's little birthday group. The kiddos ranged from 13-10, but they had so much fun working together. You can be sure we will have to do this again. They may not have finished in time, but they already have plans and ideas for the next time. read more

Went there with a crew of six. The lobby is welcoming with puzzle decor. The young man explained what to expect. We definitely need to work on our teamwork! We are planning on going back and trying different rooms. Kudos the Kitsap Great Escape for having this family friendly option. read more

The Kitsap Great Escape was an experience I'll never forget. It is literally unforgettable. I enjoyed all aspects of the experience. My team and I did not solve the escape room but it really was so fun that it didn't matter. It just made us want to come back to try again! The staff was great and very patient. They happily helped and watched over us with benevolence. We will be back again and it will be as fun as the first time. It was also very cool that they had a small locker to put your extra things in so that it didn't distract you from the game play. read more
