This Sky Zone had some pretty low stars so I'll start by saying that I do think it's worth more…read morethan the two stars it's been given. Like any other Sky Zone, if you're taking a family it's a pricey excursion. 15 bucks a kid for only one hour of jumping can get expensive if you have several kids! But the staff is friendly and the building and jump equipment was clean. They have an upstairs parents area, where parents can hang out while the kids jump. There are windows that look down into the park from this area. There is a small stank stand with typical offering such as slushes, candy and chips. The seating area by the snack bar is limited. The area to store your shoes & belongings is pretty limited too, unless you rent a locker. I did knock this from a four-star to a three-star review because of the parking lot. There's very limited parking, not enough to hold all the families that are in there by the hour. But most importantly, the entire parking lot, sidewalk, and front entrance was covered with ice. No salt had been applied, it was a literally a skating rink of falls for anyone who entered.

I had a really bad party here. I've emailed them multiple times and haven't heard back from anyone…read more I do not recommend this place at all. Their communication is bad now I'm going to try to dispute this with my bank since I can't get a response from sky zone after multiple attempts of trying to get in contact with someone

So the facility itself is great. It's plenty large for kids to roam around and do their thing…read more They've got indoor zipline, go-carts, trampolines, arcades and a few other things. Kids and adults of all ages will have fun, and generally get your moneys worth. I've seen plenty of grownups having a good time. So far they haven't started strictly enforcing time blocks yet. A few times I've been here, we were able to spend more than a couple hours without anyone bugging us about it. Where they fall short is the concession area. I don't want to blame the kids who are running the area at all. It seems to me like it comes directly from the lack of direction and training. In fact, the whole place seems to be run by high school aged kids and I don't see anyone who seems older than 20. (I'm writing this review while supervising my daughter's party) This is a lot more apparent in the cafe area, but it's relatively the same in the registration area, too. I'm currently seeing about 15 people standing in line, having to wait 20-30 minutes to reach the counter. I had to go thru the line twice. Apparently they couldn't serve me a whole pizza until 1pm first time around because they were too busy. I can definitely see they were busy, probably because of the number of birthday parties they were catering to. But what's not acceptable was the way they were running the whole thing. They've had one cash register open this whole time they were running the lunch rush. One girl is ringing one customer up, grabbing buzzers, pouring drinks, grabbing pizza slices, and running back to the kitchen to grab whatever things were missing from the order, e.g. dipping sauces. Meanwhile, there seems to be a bunch of other kids running back and forth between the kitchen and the birthday setup area, presumably dealing with refills and such. It's definitely packed and busy here, which I expect it to be especially during the cold months where there are limited amounts of outdoor activities. But part of management's job is to properly assess the amount of traffic they're expecting and be ready. I don't feel like that's the case at all. Concession lone is getting longer by the minute as I'm typing.. My tip for everyone is to avoid meal hours. They open around 10am so if you can help it, be here first thing in the morning then leave for lunch, or be here between lunch and dinner. Also, if you're okay to eat a little earlier than usual lunch time, I've found it to be less wait.

The trampolines, dodgeball games, and activity ball pits were fun for everyone. I love that everything has see through nets. Parents can easily find their kids. We are excited to visit again soon.
