This Sky Zone had some pretty low stars so I'll start by saying that I do think it's worth more than the two stars it's been given. Like any other Sky Zone, if you're taking a family it's a pricey excursion. 15 bucks a kid for only one hour of jumping can get expensive if you have several kids! But the staff is friendly and the building and jump equipment was clean. They have an upstairs parents area, where parents can hang out while the kids jump. There are windows that look down into the park from this area. There is a small stank stand with typical offering such as slushes, candy and chips. The seating area by the snack bar is limited. The area to store your shoes & belongings is pretty limited too, unless you rent a locker. I did knock this from a four-star to a three-star review because of the parking lot. There's very limited parking, not enough to hold all the families that are in there by the hour. But most importantly, the entire parking lot, sidewalk, and front entrance was covered with ice. No salt had been applied, it was a literally a skating rink of falls for anyone who entered. read more

Yikes. There are few places I actively avoid in The Fort, but this is absolutely one of them. The parking lot was icy and didn't seem salted at all after the previous night's snow. We slipped and slid into the front entrance to two cashiers open and the self-serve kiosks, inoperable. In the time it took to be seen by one of the cashiers, I signed waivers online on my phone and tried to purchase tickets online too but couldn't navigate to the checkout page because of a "system error." Paying for an 8, 3, & 2 year old for 90 minutes cost just under $80 and we brought our own jump socks. There were few employees in the jump areas, who were distracted, aloof, or slow to operate the trapeze and swing return. No one was regulating double jumpers or enforcing safety rules and they didn't seem to be concerned for smaller kids or the dangerous stunts grown adults were pulling. The facility was not clean, one Ninja obstacle was closed down, there was no clarity of process for any attraction, save for the signs posted at each station, which you are meant to individually seek out and instruct your kids on before using, but don't expect other parents to do the same! There are so many other child-friendly facilities in The Fort and I will be sure to suggest all of them first before Sky Zone is ever an option again. read more

My husband and I brought our 10 year old, our 9 year old and our 2 year old to this sky zone location. I was highly disappointed in the fact they did NOT have an area for our 2 year old to jump. They would continually tell me that he can only jump in one area because there are big kids (high school) in another. I'm sorry, but if your location can NOT tie off an area for younger children than you are wrong and should NOT be allowed to charge full price. Anyone that has younger children understand that young kids do not have the concept of staying in one area and that they're not allowed to jump everywhere. Your employees did do their job by telling me what the rules were but shame on management for not properly managing all jumping areas. I do not recommend this location and highly suggest management implements a toddler area ALL OF THE TIME. read more

I took my 18 month old daughter and my friend took her 2 and 1/2 year old son and I can tell you it was unsafe to say the least.They took our money and said there was a toddler area and there was not. We had adults and older children jumping through us. Spoke to a manger whom was not at all helpful. This will seem rude but she was a child as well. She explained there was not enough employees to open a toddler area but yet they had no problem taking our money. Extremely dangerous place for children. They don't and won't care. I came from Wabash, so i trusted this place would be good for my sons birthday party. We came on the 28th and I am very happy with the experience. The worker at the front desk , i'm pretty sure his name was Dylan, but he was extremely helpful and was dealing with a very long line almost completely by himself. I could tell he was stressed but he made sure to check my party in and get us all set up while still dealing with a huge line. He asked another one of the workers who our party host would be and nobody knew so he took it upon his own hands to set it up for me. That's the only reason why it got 4 stars cause i feel like the party system is a little unorganized. My daughter has been begging to go to Skyzone for years. We live very rural (no where near a Skyzone) and once she saw it was right next to the rink she was supposed to skate at (it ended up being canceled), this was HUGE. The Skyzone is clean and the staff was great keeping an eye on the kids. Because of Covid they were also continually wiping stuff down. We visited twice in 3 days and I highly recommend. read more

We were greeted by a gentleman who was kind enough to tell us and show us what this place was about. We wanted to try it out for 30 minutes which was $10 +2 dollars for the socks, the lady told us we can keep the socks and reuse them that way we don't have to pay for them again. Which made sense. This place was really cool but I don't recommend it for kids four and under. It was our first time going, my husband and I took our toddler with us thinking she would love it since she's always jumping on top of our bed. But sadly when we got there the guy who works there told me that I can not jump in the same square with her. Since it was a new environment she got really scared. I was really bummed out. She wouldn't try it and we didn't even get to really jump Cuz she kept crying. If I new we couldn't jump with our toddlers I wouldn't have came. Overall it's a really nice place for kids five+ but I really really really don't recommend it for toddlers. I will be going back there with my nieces and nephews hopefully we will have a better experience. read more

This Sky Zone has dramatically decreased in cleanliness over the last few months. On our last visit the place looked like it had not been vacuumed in months and everything is disgustingly dirty. Which made me very uncomfortable. We pay for a membership here and I'll give it one more try, but then we'll have to cancel our membership because it was so gross. Which really stinks because it's the only place to go like this in Fort Wayne. More importantly then the cleanliness was that there was a handle rail on a set of stairs over by the large swings with large exposed screws (looks like the handrail came off and no one is fixing it) these screws are right at toddler eye level. Literally an eye will get poked out if they happen to trip. Really really unsafe and no one seems to be doing anything except standing around. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean! Pick up a broom and a vacuum, please! read more

Saturday nights from 8p-11p it's GLOW (glow in dark, music and a couple laser lights in a very small corner near the entrance. It's $15 for 1 hr, $20 for 2 hrs and $25 for 3 hrs. I didn't see anywhere online that you have to purchase a neon shirt and wearing it is mandatory. That should be said online somewhere or for the price, should be included. Plus, you need to purchase their socks for $2 as those are mandatory as well. So for 2 hrs it was $25/27 which seems quite pricey. read more

Caitlin came over with the friendliest warmest energy and managed to give us clear directions and suggestions to be safe and have the best time. Today I visited this Sky Zone with my 2 children (ages 10 and 12), my nephew's (8 and 10), and my sister with her toddler (age 2). This was the first time I had visited the Sky Zone in Fort Wayne, we were visiting family for the Christmas holiday and thought it would be fun to take all of the kids. The Sky Zone near my home has a dedicated toddler area (this will later come into the story). When we arrived we were quickly escorted to the computers to sign waivers to speed up the process at the check out counter. This was nice and a lot easier than signing waivers online from home. The facility was clean and seemed well staffed. My kids quickly took off to the dodge ball area, it is their favorite. At the time we were there only one court open and the staff was breaking the teams down based on size of participants, which I felt was great. The staff let the different groups take turns with their games then about the time we were ready to leave they opened the other court for the smaller kids since there seemed to be an influx of people coming in. Another thing I like about Sky Zone is that they read their customer needs. Now for what bothered me. As I stated earlier this was all of our first time visiting this facility and asked at check in about the toddler area and the girl said yes they had a toddler area. Once we got inside to the trampolines the toddler area was off to the left of the smaller children and there wasn't an easy way for my nephew to navigate to where he was supposed to jump. He was intimidated by the size of the other children around him and refused to jump. While trying to get him to jump his mom was on the platform and I (in my socks with my jump time sticker on) was asked to move from the area, I wasn't allowed to stand there (later in the hour I saw many parents standing on the padding next to where their children were jumping). Long story short, my sister had talked to one of the employees, he called a manager over and spoke with her. Once we left my sister sent an email voicing concerns. She quickly received an unprofessional email in response accusing her of foul language and not following rules. She never once cursed and as far as following rules, she never stepped off of the platform onto the trampolines or the padding (since she had broken her foot and ankle recently had the Sky Zone near her home). Overall, I'm saddened by the experience and treatment we had today. Our exciting outing for the kids was jaded by poor customer service. If the matter had been handled by the manager in different manner and had the owner of this franchise had responded without false accusations perhaps the matter would have been dropped. However, just want you to know how this franchise is managed and what the owners think of their patrons. read more

Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this facility. I attended a birthday party there which was also my very first time at Sky Zone here in Fort Wayne and the customer service to the family and friends who had paid for the party was beyond rude. I was rudely informed by a staff employee about the rules for holding a birthday party at the facility because the children had used silly string in the birthday room. As a parent who was just attending party with her daughter, I found it unprofessional for them to confront me with the mishap and not the parents who purchased the room for the party. As parents and employee were helping to clean up the room, I noticed how the employes kept complaining about the mess of the room and were "huffing" while they swept the floors. It was beyond disgusting to watch such horrible service as I am a business owner myself here in Fort Wayne and I would be horrified if I ever knew my employees acted the way that I had just witnessed. Overall, the trampoline experience was okay. And just okay. I love trying new things for my family and the exercise my family can get, but for the $80 I spent for a whole ONE hour, I would have rather taken my family to a hotel and allowed them to swim all day at the pool for that price. Not sure if I'll ever go back. It was such a horrible experience with the customer service. I truly hope the managers and owner can redeem their reputation as I'm not the only one who has state this problem at sky zone. read more

Not for small kids and parents. Took my 2 year old here yesterday as soon as they opened so it wouldn't be busy. Paid for an hour pass plus the parent pass. The entire 40 minutes we stayed not a single other person was on the giant trampoline. But despite that I was told we were doing something wrong probably 5-10 times in the first 10 minutes. Couldn't be in the same trampoline square as my child. So I was bouncing a bit in a square next to her to show her and someone came over and told me I had to stop because I only paid for a parent pass instead of an adult bounce pass. Which I thought I needed a parent pass to be with my child? And despite no one else being there we were continually told to stay in our small 2x3 section of the trampoline. Which meant I had to keep grabbing my 2 year old and telling her she could only use this 1/5 of the trampoline. This and many other small annoyances with the whole process and staff ruined it for me.I I DO think this would be fun for older kids; but for people that advertise for 0-3 year olds it was a horrible experience. read more

I have been taking my two daughters to Sky zone since they opened. Recently Sky Zone sub divided the jumping section into smaller areas (4 section based on size). The business continues to sell sky passes without regard to the demographic of the people jumping. After waiting for a half an hour (of and hour pass) for my youngest daughter to try to get a trampoline, I address my concerns to a manager. The manager replied, "We are really busy." I asked if my daughter would be able to jump on an adjacent, unused trampoline, I was advised that would not be permissible, because of, liability reasons. The business seemed about as busy as usual for a Sunday in November. Had the business been able to provide the information that my daughter would not be able to get a trampoline for half of the hour that I purchased, I would have been able to make a more informed decision to wait or not. read more

Went here today with two toddler girls for the toddler jump. We are here from out of town so we were desperately looking for entertainment for them so we decided to try this place. It was extremely over crowded and should have definitely put a limit on the amount of kids jumping. They only allow them to jump on two courses which caused my 3 & 4 year old girls to get bored very quickly! The price is reasonable for the specified toddler jump time so that factor made it a little less painful when they said they were ready to go 30 minutes in. We will not be back. read more

If you have a small child that would want to jump in the same square as you they won't let you. You have to jump in different squares.

Let me start off by saying, this is a great way for kids to burn energy. And the staff for the most part, is very good with the younger kids. They have a LOT of patience. We have been here twice now but there are some rule/set-up issues I have with this place. My son is 3 mo shy of 2. The first time we came here he waits in line to jump into the foam block pit. Once in there he didn't want to come out (brings me to my first set-up issue. Have a separate foam block pit for toddlers that they just play in. They can't jump far enough to get into the big one anyway and they just want to play in it). So I asked the girl who worked there if she could just go coax him out. Since at other trampoline parks (in New York) they did this for the kids/parents and I didn't have socks on to walk on the trampoline area.She told me "no," she couldn't touch him. So I asked if I could go get him and she told me I couldn't and I couldn't touch him. So I simply stated that he was my son and I COULD touch him, because if I didn't all the other kids would be waiting quite a while, and pulled him out. (The next time we went, another guy who worked there clarified that if we have to pull the child out, he can't go back in. Which made more sense. (I think the girl needed a little more training) The next issue I have is the trampoline part. It is sectioned off in small squares only one jumper can be in at a time. Which makes it difficulty of you have a younger child you want to jump with or if friends want to jump together. And as a parent I couldn't jump in the same area as my toddler. I had to jump in a different section (with only 4 spots) along the outside of his. So if there is more than 4 parents wanting to jump with with their toddler, you have to wait. In general, this place needs to get bigger trampolines so more than one can bounce on one at a time (like every other trampoline place has) and lighten up on their rules. The other places seem to be doing just fine with the basic rules (no horse play etc.) read more

We had our daughter's 11th birthday party here in September 2016. I usually do big parties and take care of every detail, but I just had a baby and was unable to throw the awesome party my kids have grown to expect. The Sky Zone staff were very friendly and did a great job filling in for me. They took care of everything including keeping the kids busy as we waited for all of the guests to arrive (so no awkward standing around). I really feel like they went above and beyond. We just received a personalized card from our party host that just put the cherry on top! My daughter said "give them the best review ever!" I was told that they weren't a great place to throw parties, however, they have changed things and we definitely approve. read more

I visited Sky Zone in Fort Wayne IN during holiday break, hoping to get the same, fun experience as Helium trampoline park near Milwaukee, WI where I live. I brought my 2 year old, and neices and nephews (4 yrs and two 1.5 yr olds). We arrived right when they opened, and it seemed we had the place to ourselves. I had been talking up the place near Milwaukee so was very excited to show my relatives a good time. The staff showed us the "toddler area" and explained that parents could not go over the orange line. OK we had 3 under the age of 2 years old, so we clearly needed to help them get the hang of the place. All of the staff were high school aged or younger, and hovered around our kids waiting for them be on the same trampoline or cross over the toddler area so they could redirect them. Kids under 2 years old don't really understand that their jumping together on a trampoline is breaking a rule. Even though I purchased jump time myself, several members of the staff scolded me for being on the trampolines in the toddler area, when I was simply trying to coral the kids in our group and supervise! Their rule about only one person per trampoline should not apply to toddlers, they barely make the trampolines move when they jump. I couldn't believe how the staff were on us like hawks. Definitely made for a stressful visit. We signed a waiver, so leave us alone and trust that we will watch our own children. If I could give this ZERO stars, then I would. I can't wait to go back to Helium trampoline park where they have staff monitoring the trampolines but they let you have fun with your children. read more

This is a really great place! All the staff members and managers are VERY friendly and extremely helpful! I came in not having a clue what it was about and the manager offered to take me on a tour of the place so I could have an idea what I was JUMPING into (pun intended). The cashiers were extremely helpful and got me all checked in fairly quick considering it was busy. I had my younger brother who was under 18 who did not have a waiver filled out and it had to be filled out by our parents. I was discouraged at first but the cashier helped out with getting that in. We called our mom and they even talked to her over the phone and walked her right through the process... only took a few minutes. The experience on the trampolines was just as well! The staff watching everyone made sure that we followed the rules and stayed safe. They were very engaging and friendly and really seemed like they enjoy being there too! They do separate by age and size but that's great for safety reasons! There was a bit of an issue getting started late but after kindly speaking to the manager, they extended our time and made it right. I will say that they told me they could only do that since they weren't too busy and not to expect too if they were since they do have a capacity number; again for safety. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place. It is truly a family friendly place and a great place to have loads of fun! You can tell they are very safety cautious which is what really separates them from other trampoline parks. Will definitely be coming back!!! read more

So I am in from Columbus and we have a sky zone and Get Air there. It is such a great way to be with your kids and jump. Thought it was a great idea to take my son and a friend while we visited but I was very disappointed about how many rules and regulations this place has. I couldn't even jump with my son!! They had me segregated on the opposite side of the place. They have ruined this place with what was a good concept. read more
