Skyzone is not worth it after certain hours. Especially glow in the dark after hours. Kids from all ages together at once. Parents pull up to the front of the establishment drop off 3-5 kids and drive away. No parent supervision, no employee supervision at all. They do not have the manpower nor the discipline as employees. Largo police officers (2) were there, they did walk around but I feel they did the minimum. Feels like they are forced to be there and time is dragging on for them. Why are these kids allowed to bring in backpacks, come in hoodies? They are coming to "jump" and "sweat" you see most of them walk around Skyzone trying to look for problems. Male bathroom doors are left opened, but kids among themselves watch out for the adults while they vape in the bathroom doing what is called "Ghosting", which is hiding the smoke by inhaling and not letting it out. I understand parents need a break, I understand kids need something to do, but at what cost? Please don't say "kids will be kids" "let kids be kids" or "are they harming someone?" The response here is, if your child doesn't have access to vapes, this is where they get it and this is where they are trying it. Also young girls mingling with grown teenagers. Bins for shoes and belongings should be removed, have lockers that you could rent. One child got his gray Nike slides stolen. Employees just need to be strictly working and not hanging around with their friends while on the clock. Spoke with the manager he was nonchalant, based his response kids are allowed to bring backpacks but no weapons. Police officer was there and made no comment, he seemed like he didn't even care. I did make a point across based on vaping and how they are minors and it's illegal and the managers respond: "Ahhh kids are bad." As a parent I do not recommend this place for the after hours glow in the dark event. Unless you are here supervising yours. read more

Sky Zone is honestly such a solid spot. The vibes are always high, the place is actually clean, and they don't make you wait forever at the front desk, which is a huge plus. The whole staff is pretty on top of things, but Evan is the real MVP. He was super helpful and actually seemed like he wanted to be there, which made a huge difference for us. This review is on our visit to the Largo FL location. Please explain why there are 6 employees in the parking lot yelling, cursing, using racial slurs on each other and essentially behaving like wild heathens. These are the people who are around your children when your kids are playing? Hmmmm. Problematic. We are an African American family and my son hearing these boys freely throw around racial slurs on one another using the N word so freely is very problematic. This is certainly not a family friendly location and I can only imagine how embarrassed I would be if I were to throw a birthday party here and my family and friends witnessed this behavior in the parking lot. I was expecting to see some trampolines but was suprised to see how big the place and see what a large variety of activities there are for kids to do here! If you're in the Clearwater, Largo, or St Pete area and have kids that love trampolines, definitely try Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Largo! A typical place for kids to burn off all the energy, including adults. Plenty of areas where kids love a good challenge not just jumping from one trampoline to another. There's a climbing wall, a kids size ninja course, high slide and a jumping wall. The owner was courteous and honored the free socks coupon for checking in. The place has different play packages also great for locals and daycare spring breakers. Sign your waiver and you're ready to go after paid admission. My only suggestion is to have a system similar to chucky cheese where minors have a color band matching their parents band. It is so easy for an adult to take a child whose parent is overwhelmed with the other kids playing. My little one would like to come back. Thanks for having us. read more

Super fun! Great adventure for kids, teens and adults! Think of the show Ninja Warrior and they replicated different things from that along with trampolines, foam pits, and a dodge ball section. They have where you jump board to board (like the beginning of Ninja Warrior) and they have two "Warp Walls" which is 10' and 12' high. Climb up ropes, across a rock wall, and through other courses to try to complete the course. 3 different size basket ball hoops for everyone, battle section, and kids parachute during toddler time as well. Fun place to burn some energy. Great for all ages. My 3yr old had so much fun in the jr ninja area. Very clean. The only complaint is the price. We went on a Thursday afternoon at 2:30 and for my husband and I and 4pairs of socks for 90 minutes it cost $94. We were shocked when she told us the total. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I don't even know where to begin.... My daughter booked a birthday party for this location. She upgraded the party to include 20 kids. First off they didn't want to give us the the pitchers that were included with this $700 birthday party. When they did bring them they counted water as soda... plain water in a pitcher... so we all show up with decorations at 3pm to decorate the party room. We were told they did not have enough rooms and we could not get our room that we booked, until 4:30! We asked where our table would be to congregate with the kids & parents. Oh, they don't have any! So for $700 you do not even have a table reserved to host your party. They put a cart by the side of the desk, at the entrance and said stack our stuff there. Well kids kept grabbing things from our carts. No one watched them. Therefore we had to stand at the entrance & babysit our carts so no one walked out with our stuff. They said we could take our carts upstairs and wait for the party room. We all get up there, while we wait for the room. We were then told we had to clear out of that area because someone had a party booked at 4:30 and they needed the entire "parents deck" for this party...how do they get the entire second floor & for the entire time of their party? They also had parties bringing in coolers full of food yet we were told we could only bring in the cake. I told them we would move our stuff as soon as they had our room that we had been waiting for over 90 minutes. Suddenly our room was ready... We go to set up our own party to find the tables are so sticky the tablecloths stuck to them. The dust was so thick it was falling down from the ceiling. There was grease all over the walls, an overflowing trash can, etc. the room was spacious but we were ushered in this room & then rushed to hurry up. They came in at 5 and turned the lights out on us. They said time to finish up... really!? We couldn't even get refills for our overpriced drinks. No one helped us set up. No one helped us serve the kids. We did it all ourselves. Then, the extremely rude girl at the desk literally argued that we should tip 20%... the party ended up being $750... you did not even refill a pitcher or help serve yet you want 20% gratuity & you only gave us the room less than 45 minutes. Our kids were still finishing their cake & these people are bringing stuff in for the next party! For the price they charge you should get the room the entire time of your party! The rudeness, nastiness & filthy building are uncalled for. We asked for a manager, got an eye roll.. They make you sign waivers yet they do not take safety precautions at all. There are shoes, clothes, mats, trash, etc.... EVERYWHERE! On the metal steps, on the chairs, literally no one picks up a thing. A staff member injured himself & was laying on the floor. Everyone just walked over him & left him there! Most people here were not wearing wrist bands or the proper socks. No one cared to check for them. You could just walk in & jump.. no one would stop you. They somehow added extra people to our group & charged us though. Who knows if they were really with our group or not. This was literally the most unorganized birthday party we have ever had or been to. What a joke! This place needs to be shut down!!! Do not waste your time or money!!! They have very few chairs or tables yet the few they have remained covered in food & trash the entire time we were there. I will not be surprised if kids don't get sick from how nasty this place was. I came home feeling like I needed a hot shower & I didn't even jump. I took my son since it's literally beside us. He had a blast until the last 2 minutes of our stay. He was walking towards a block to get up on and decided he was just going to jump in his block. He was all by himself and no one around him. All of a sudden an older teenager decided to jump where my son was and caused my son to twist his ankle. It was so bad I had to rush him to med express. He was screaming so loud in pain that no one stopped to see if we needed help, the kid just looked at my son and then at me and walked away like nothing happened. If I wasn't tending to my son I would have yanked his butt!! Needless to say the next time we went back I spoke to management and told them what had happened and they where very sorry. So parents watch your kids every move there and for the other kids...please watch where you jump! At Get Air Trampoline Park they are $3.50. There was no mention of the hight or age of their " little leaper" events, I had to email. The responses were late and borderline rude- just a one line message with no greeting etc. And instead of emailing me back about the toddler question, they sneakily changed a description on their website. I have decided against putting my time and effort into visiting this park as they are overpriced and not helpful at all. Came here for a birthday party today. Been to other locations in the past and this one clearly has better service! Actually impressed at the party organization. This location actually has separate party rooms and but just one very large room where all parties take place, like other locations do. The party hostesses were around at the proper times and had the room all setup when the guests arrived. They served the pizza and cake and also helped during present time. They even made an effort to walk around the party to ensure parents were ok with food and drink needs. The place is kept clean and has staff throughout the trampoline park as well. read more

I brought 5 kids here and when 4 of them complained about a worker that wasn't helping them on the slide, had ear buds in, was listening to music and had a #TeamGay item on her belt. When I asked to talk to the manager, a few teenagers came over. I asked for someone older in charge, and well the answer was clear: this place is run by teens and early 20's kids. When I asked them if #TeamGay was appropriate for an establishment that caters to children, they all firmly said yes and told me to leave if I had a problem with it. I left after all the children told them their concerns. I called to get the actual manager's email address and was given the run around by Darian, a lead on the floor. He hung up on me twice and told me that the manager firmly supports the LGBT community and still wouldn't give her email to me. Gabrielle Garcia is the general manager and I finally got her email from him. So instead of me being treated with kindness and respect, as a mom that's concerned about what is appropriate for an establishment for children, I was treated like I have an issue with someone's sexuality. What I actually care about is that 4 different children in my care were offended. The way I was treated when I talked to Darian, the lead in charge, was what took it to a whole new level. Don't walk run away for this place. It was horrific!! We went to a birthday party her a few weeks ago. The party was scheduled for a certain 6 and they party wasn't given the room until 730!! By then the poor kids party had come and gone and they were given anything in return. Let's talk cleanliness for a second... by the time the room was given To the party it was still dirty from the party before it. The mens bathroom had NOT ONE working toilet. All of them were overflowing onto the floor leaving the kids using the restroom with wet disgusting socks that they just went right back out and jumped in. This is a SERIOUS health violation if you ask me. We go to jump parks often and this was the only one I would go as far as leaving a negative review. Before the birthday party was even over, I was looking for the corporate contact info - sending an email to voice my concerns and disappointment. I was left standing around after being told the room would be ready in 15 minutes, then being told we dnt get the room until 1.5 hrs after the original time.In addition to the food being incorrect. Overall not seeing any of the promised benefits of booking an overpriced party there. Several of the children also got sick after playing there. They charged my credit card an additional fee without my permission or knowledge. And it didn't stop there. I have been to Sky Zone's in 2 states and 5 cities and this one has the best atmosphere for kids. They let the kids have fun and they make sure every area is open, many sky zones close off areas for repairs and don't repair them. This one is always open in each play zone and they do a great job at Glow time on the weekends. My kids never want to leave and today we have to get our kids out of the house and off devices. I love this place. So do my kids. Another random kid just won a ball and came and gave it to my 5 year old! Sweet kids here. My teen comes with friends sometimes and they love it too. The employees keep control nicely. They are consistent and fair. Dodge ball could get ugly, but my kids happily play for hours in that area! No tears or complaints of unfairness. They keep the big kids from being unsafe with the little kids. (I have both big and littles.) There are enough places for parents to observe but I like to jump and climb too. It's fairly expensive but we got a deal for a monthly pass. I wish it was open on Mondays. It's clean. The bathroom floors are dry (which is important since most everyone is wearing socks.) The pizza is $18 but we had leftovers both times we have ordered it. read more

Please do not go there! All my family's experience was horrible. No communication whatsoever, all the employees at the time of our event were all teenagers. I had to ask when they were going to announce pizza, cake? I was told on all my 5+ calls different things from what I actually received. Our room was dirty once we arrived,our cake was not handled with care and we had to figure out how to fix it. Our supposed host looked like it was their first day because whenever I ask anything there was no clear answer. My event was rescheduled and without a notice my price went up (because I as a new customer should have known that at a certain hour it's Glow so it's more $) I found out by comparing my original receipt and the rescheduled one. When the two times I spoke about this both times I was told with a not understanding and mean attitude that they couldn't do anything, besides reschedule again. Also when the party was ending the party after us kept coming in if we were gone knowing it was still our time, our "host" did nothing again. Finally, various children got hurt, because the lack of supervision, we saw big kids were running into the Little Ninjas corner and they hit kids on purpose on the face white the "attendant" was on TikTok. It looked like a gym from the outside just based on the exercise logos on the walls/windows, but as soon as you entered, you're inside every child's dream. There were trampolines everywhere you looked. There was a section that reminded me of Ninja Warriors, there was rock climbing, basketball, dodgeball, and so much more. There were kids everywhere living their best life's. I went for one of my coworker's kid's birthday. The private rooms were cool because they were located on the second floor and the parents could look over the edge to watch their kids. There were also bleachers and tables for the parents to watch downstairs. This is a great place to bring the kids to wear them out, so that they nap the rest of the day. All it takes is one parent to make a baseless accusation, as happened to our group tonight. Fortunately everything is on video tape. This did not,however, prevent Police Officers from detaining and questioning our group of kids. The risk is NOT worth it.
