Not a good experience here. We pre-purchased a Groupon. I saw why the entry for two kids was so cheap. This jump place isn't as professionally sound as near by businesses or their genre of business type. They posted a Groupon for purchase by the public and reads walk-in's are welcome. We walked in same day as Groupon purchase and had to wait in line for a bit. There was only two people working and they were both busy attending to a summer camp that came in. When it was finally our turn to use our Groupon to start our kids jump time we were told we can't use our Groupon unless we purchase additional items such as socks for each child. THE ENTIRE SUMMER CAMP DID NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL ITEMS SUCH AS SOCKS. The children from the camp wore their socks they arrived in. They refused our Groupon purchase without the additional purchase of socks and we were told to take it up with Groupon for a refund. I asked that the owner make a courtesy to allow our children to jump since the other children from the summer camp did not have to make an additional purchase of socks. There was no mention of this on their Groupon at purchase and there were no professional signage with this rule or extra charge. Here is a lesson in business for the owners of "The Airosphere" on Ware Rd; There is a trampoline park located right behind your business. They have a trade in sock policy that's clearly posted in their store and on-line. WE GOT OUR GROUPON CREDIT BACK AND WILL NOT RETURN TO AIROSPHERE. After obtaining our refund in Groupon we drove to the trampoline park right behind your business and paid as a walk in AND THEY EXCHANGED OUR CHILDS SOCKS FOR FREE!!! read more

very horrible the worse experience by far in my entire life for any party I have thrown for my kids in the past 11 years would not recommend this place to anybody the whole staff was inattentive to all the guest glued to there phone an not very helpful of me an my family also the when I came in nobody knew I had a party an they pricing was not as said when I booked the party the charged me an extra 430.47 on top of my deposit an couldn't explain to me why it was so high when I booked my remaining balance was 117.63 nothing added up an to make it even worse the bathrooms were horrible looked as if nobody cleaned them in weeks and when I called to speak to there corrupt than made me out to be the problem of everything an insinuated that I had a larger party than what I said which wasnt true an that I messed up there restrooms which also wasnt true this place is a never return on my list read more

Since my first visit in 2020, I've been here twice. Once to host my son's birthday party and one recently this past weekend. I can't bring myself to come back to this place anymore because it has been ridiculous. Birthday Party: For the price you pay, they don't even give you enough utensils and party supplies. We had to keep asking for more plates and cups because we paid extra for extra guests. They were still stingy. The pizzas were embarrassing. They were a tortilla with marinara sauce and toppings. We paid $15 per large pizza and I would've been okay with them heating up Digiornos because what we got was not worth it. Recent visit: My son is only 15 months old so we opted for the Toddler Zone but figured he might want a bigger space to run so we decided to do the big zone and he was charged as a full adult. Most kids until 2 are free or discounted but not at this place. For 2 "adults" for an hour, we paid almost $50! I can't recommend this place and I don't plan on coming back. It's sad. read more

This place has poor policies, overpriced, low quality food, and poor customer service. Our family has been in attendance twice for birthday parties in a 4 year span - Unfortunately not much improvement has been made. It is not customer care focused for an establishment that is geared to cater children. Instead, they provide the bare minimum and set unrealistic rules, ie. denying a paid party goer with 30 minutes to spare access to jump. Better yet, staff should not be threatening to "slap someone" in earshot of family patrons. I feel sorry for the young ladies that work there because it seems the adult staff are not setting a positive example. Never again. read more

If you haven't been here in a year like myself they do have there own socks now you have to use which are $3 a piece and the prices have gone up but not by much. For the most part everyone had lots of fun it was a little messy at the tables and some spilled Gatorade's but I notified the front and they took care of it. But if you need a fun jumpy blow up place for kids to play this is a good one in the area for all ages read more

For the price its a good deal. Theres almost always a Groupon for the place which matches a couple of their other day-deals. My kids are aways totally worn out by the time we leave. I will say this visit that the employees were nice and friendly! However, restrooms were not kept satisfactory at any level, 2/3 are not able to be flushed currently 7/8/22 and the evidence is there. Super smaller than what I expected. Nonetheless a good time for kids on a rainy day. Super clean facility. I've been to a million inflatable gyms and trampoline facilities in NY, so this place unfortunately didn't meet the hype or my high expectations. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and we all got a little cardio in. The inflatable space was just too cramped for me. Much smaller than what yelpers described. 30 minutes is sufficient to get through the entire Airosphere. Small amount of arcade games to play as well. It was so tiny we almost missed it off the back road. Scored a GROUPON deal 2 for $18 and Thursdays is also the B1G1 Free deal. For the money, it was something to keep the kids active and off of their Roblox accounts. read more

The kids love it here which is why we come back. We get the Groupon every time we come to save some money, which is good considering the prices for the food and drinks! I spent $22 for 3 drinks, popcorn and a small bag of m&ms. The red icee was disgusting, something was definitely wrong with it so we got blue which was fine. My sister ordered fries and wings and after 1 hour, went up to see what was taking so long. No one even started cooking the food yet and they claimed bc of the birthday party going on, they were unable to start cooking and it would be another 40 mins. We got a refund since we would be done jumping. I ordered the popcorn and it was only filled half way for $3. No supervision in the main arena so kids are beating each other up. They require parents to pay full price if they spectate in the arena. The computers for the waivers were all broken also. The kids don't seem to mind except they were starving. read more

This place is dirty and very dark. Hardly any of the lights were on over the inflatable part, there was urine in the seams and the "arcade games" were awful. I will never go back here. They overcharged for socks. Even though they clearly say $3/pair I got charged $9 for two pairs and no receipt offered. The employees weren't paying attention to anything besides the stack of candy they were eating at the register, which is probably why my $3 socks cost me $4.50. read more

We came here for a work event and unfortunately a parent got hurt. The moon bounces are not very firm and there's spaces in between parts of the balloons that can be dangerous. I do not recommend going in the moon bounce if you're an adult. The food is not very good either so I'd recommend eating before you come. Fun leave for kids but I wish these kinda of places wouldn't have arcades. It distracts the kids from what you already paid for and spend more money . Tons of fun stuff to do here. It is definitely the best inflatable bounce house place there is. Great place for birthdays as the kiddos can have fun in many different ways. There is a gaming area where you can play games or win tickets and cash in on prizes (game cards come with birthday package for the group). You can bounce and play games in the huge inflatable zone. There is also a toddler inflatable zone that is good for the littler ones. This place can be fun for all ages, even adults. The cliff jump is great fun, I enjoyed that the most. A few very tall slides for some classic fun. Also some great competitive stations, the kids love climbing the inflatable wall, or trying to climb the wall to dunk the basketball, and the kids really enjoyed the rope race (not sure what to call it but it sure was fun). Some other classic bouncy areas and a huge obstacle course finish off the list. Definitely many different things to here to keep the kids bouncing and happy. Very large place that can accommodate large parties or even busy weekend days. Surprisingly their pizza from snack bar was delicious. It came with the party and adults and kids alike tore into the pizza like savages. Overall seems like they put on a great show and fun for birthday parties. Also looks like a great place to come when you just want the kids to get out and expend some energy in a fun way. Every Wednesday from 10-12 is toddler time! We just missed it but ended up having the place basically to ourselves. The place is HUGE! And clean, which is unlike some other bounce places I had been before. The staff was so helpful in getting us comfortable with where everything was and specifically the toddler area. They knew our names (knowing I had pre-purchased a ticket!) and were extremely friendly. I imagine older kids would have just as much fun if not more, but we'll definitely be back! read more

We had my son's 4th birthday party here yesterday, and he loved it. It's clean and well maintained, the party host got the pizza out on time, and kept the lemonade refilled. It made it easy for me :) my only compliant is that on top of this being a very expensive party, what we paid (over $500) only included the children's jump fees, and the parents were told they had to pay $26.99 apiece to jump. Some did, but most chose not to, and because the area is so big, you can't actually see your kiddos jump from the seating area unless they are in the toddler only area. We would love to see at least a discounted rate for parents attending a birthday party. Otherwise, we liked having the party here. The kids all had a great time, and we will be back. read more

My friend and I took our daughters to this indoor inflatable playground. We happened to go on a day that everything was down for a while. We had to wait 30 minutes. We had a blast. It was super fun and I totally want to go again. The employees were inside the actual bounce area interacting with the kids and adults, which I loved. There were children in there that parents didn't join in on the fun and the employees would play with them. Everything was cool except... welllll in the ball pit by the slides was very dirty there was lots of debris and I even found a plastic bag that I turned in. I feel like the should walk around with a vacuum and vacuum before inflating it. Check for debris. They just inflated it so there wasn't people before us, so this was days old debris. You sweat a lot in there and sliding into a bunch of debris wasn't fun. It all sticks to your wet skin . So we just avoided that area which kinda sucks because it would've been fun if it would've been clean. read more

This facility had one of the biggest bounce courses I have ever seen! My friend and I took our kiddos but I think we had more fun lol We found a groupon for this facility I believe it was $21 for 4 people for one hour so I just had to pay $8 for my toddler! they did have a small bounce area for toddlers that he visited for a little bit but of course, thinks he's big so he stayed with us! We went during the day since my friends are from Orlando and were on spring break and there wasn't one sole in there so we were acting stupid having the whole place to ourselves! It is great that they don't charge you to wear special socks if you bring your own! They also have a small arcade area and party areas but we didn't explore those too much but my only tip would be to not fall in the cracks of the bounce house! I fell in one crack and bruised and burned my elbow and is still in slight pain over a week ago but that's not the facilities fault that I don't know how to jump lol I can't wait to go back! read more

We decided to have our son's 6th birthday party at this venue (formerly Boing) and don't regret it one bit. Everyone- parents and children- HAD A BLAST jumping and flipping in the huge play area as well as playing the tons of games in the arcade. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating- especially Isiah. The owner made sure that we were more than satisfied with everything. The facility is clean and smelled fresh... we even witnessed employees wiping down the arcade intermittently with disinfectant. This is a great place for its target market. It took over the old Boing which was the first trampoline park in the Brandon area. It's easily 3/4 play area and 1/4 arcade zone. They ripped out the trampolines but otherwise the footprint is pretty much the same. The new business is a nice bridge between the Toddlers to 10 year years old kids targeted by Pump it Up inflatable place and the much more physical Skyzone Trampoline Park. What they've built here is an inflatable play area that blends some ninja-ish obstacles, super tall slides, and bouncy houses. They really do well in catering to ages 8-14, and Id say 14 is the maximum before obstacles seem too easy. I do like how there is a (very) small toddler zone that is physically separated from the older kids zone. But honestly the toddler zone is so tiny, it's better to take them to Pump It up wher time they have free run of the area. I do app reset the adult "living room" are where we can sit back and relax while kids play, enjoying free WiFi. Staff is very friendly. Open area are very open almost to the point where space is wasted but its probably not a big deal. After all, there is only so many kids that can be crammed into the play zones. I got a great Groupon deal to come here, the nice thing is that you don't need to buy those special sticky socks. Just bring regular socks. read more

I did not even know this place existed! But now that I know I will be back. We took our family here for a birthday party. Both my 2 and 9 year old had sooo much fun and really, I did too! They also have a good selection of games and prizes. Even their pizza was pleasantly yummy. What I liked about this place in comparison to others is that is just one giant inflatable. So you know your kids are in there somewhere. You don't have to check multiple bounce houses to find your child. You can pretty much see everything. read more

I purchased tickets for my kids online before showing up. Upon arrival was approached by an employee telling us they have an event going on. It was a karate camp of 300( number given by camp employee) kids and not much room anyone else. My point of this review is to make sure you call ahead to make sure an event is going on.
