And Our guests couldn't stop raving about the gorgeous property! BRIDES AND GROOMS BEWARE! was not my wedding but as a member of the bridal party I am truly disgusted at how the owner treated us the day of. my suspicion is the check had already been cashed so she didn't think there would be any consequences For treating us The way see did but who knows. I feel bad they have to interact with her on a daily basis.one can only hope they get adequately compensated for it. The Dj asked my Mother myself and my sister to come bustle the dress. So of course we did. This was the first huge issue because appeartly at the wedding factory the was an issue. The owner made some shitty remark(which to be fair at this point we just thought she was another staff person so I toke her for the low hanging fruit and moved On) . we got the dresses fixed. Then when it was time to line up to be introduced she told us to line up outside on the covered porch. We again not knowing who she was at all asked the Dj if we could line up in the ac at least. Keep in mind it's literally footsteps away from were she initially said. Thats when she had to to tell us she was in fact the owner. So we went and waited outside. When my sister the bride came out. She said "are you bustled" so I proudly informed her that yes she was in fact and thats what we had been doing in the house in the first place. gave a discussed look and informed the group we were behind schedule. So I smiled back and informed her weddings usually are. So I thought it only fitting to include that she's the sole reason for the one star review .she also denied that items were left in the brides house when we literally found them ourselves. please make no mistakes. I will continue to drag this company until they right their wrongs. Honesty is not their best policy and they were downright ignorant when we voiced our concerns both on the day of and the days after. Reviews that do not fit their narrative are deleted and they only keep the ones that rave about them being the best. To me, that is not honest. Not only was the venue unprepared the morning of, they also allowed us to open the doors ourselves and walk right in! No welcome from the owners or planners. Here are just a few things that really shook me. The lack of communication is #1. There will be signs on every piece of furniture saying to not touch them, tacky. The "Bridal Suite" and "Grooms" space will be so close in proximity that you could hear a pin drop so don't plan on making a toast with your girls or having a shot with your guys without the world hearing you. (Thin walls) If you're planning a wedding here get ready for some flaws that will be unbeknownst until the day of. Have a great day! And don't even get me started on their landscaping! I came to a wedding as a hairstylist to the bride and then also attended the wedding later that day as a guest. The bride house is so cute and was set up perfect for getting ready with the bridal party. Multiple vanities with mirrors set up and very easy to do hair and makeup abs spread out because it's spacious. Attending as a guest - all of the staff from the bar, to the food, to the photographer and even the officiant were great. They were friendly and welcoming, and even quick to accommodate my vegetarian meal for dinner. Everyone has a blast. The food was very tasty and the decor was beautiful! I have already recommended the la belle group to multiple brides who have asked me if I know of venues. The place is perfect with so much space to hangout and and mingle and the beautiful mature trees on the property make the most amazing background option for ceremony. I was a bridesmaid for a October wedding. While the property is pretty the main aspects of having a wedding there are awful. Where to begin.. Even in October is was still in the high 80's low 90's. There was no fans anywhere on property to cool anyone down. We had older family members that attended the wedding and due to the heat had to have one of our friends go purchase fans so we didn't have to watch our family members pass out. While we were able to get ready in the building with a/c once we left we were locked out. Employees even saw us and acted like they didn't when we asked to cool down between pictures. We were all soaking wet and with satin dresses that left us soaked and it showed on all pictures. We asked for a cold drink or anything at one point. Was told by an employee after one of the guys walked around to find someone that they did not supply anything. Bottle water really? And this was never told to the bride to supply these. Or we would have brought drinks. Once again it was high 80'S . We were given dirty looks just asking. Mind you there was not another wedding that night. They could have waited an hr at most for there clean up. Instead they did it in-front of us. While we pretty much begged to come in to cool down. We were lined up in no set order. Bride had let the owner know how she wanted us and her wishes were not seen through. This made the entire wedding party pictures look awful. Twin sister wasn't even able to stand next to her sister. She was the farthest away. Something that can never be replaced. Bride was very clear on every aspect of her wedding. Nothing was done as she requested even after owner agreed to everything. Bride/groom table had the wrong colors. (Remember she agreed to everything bride asked for and was assured it would happen). Table settings were not correct and once again wrong color. The entire property was very dark. We found it very difficult to even see fellow guests/family members. Bugs were awful! Nothing to control them even tho it was a evening wedding. Bride had made her own card box that owner knew about and instead they placed one out. Out of 60+ guests bride only got 8 cards. Others saw an employee switch the boxes when noticed. Guest book was not seen by 80% of guests due to where it was placed and the fact there was no lighting. Bride had requested to have a memory table with our loved ones that had passed. Several pictures she had dropped off where not even there. So mother of the bride was not even honored on her special day. When family members went to find out what happened they were given nasty attitudes and blame was placed on several other people. Bathroom was pretty much a porta potty. There was no way a bridesmaid or the bride to even attempt to use the restroom. That left the wedding party and family members to wait several hours to go. Now to the most horrific aspect was the food. Bride chose chicken and pork. First set of table received fully cooked pieces but the majority of the party got half cooked or in my case 100% raw food. Once it was brought to the attention of the staff they requested they get pork instead. Once again guests received raw food. A good part of the family speaks Spanish and did not understand what was being said so that left myself and others to go to the guests and pretty much remove their plates. Staff blamed everyone that's wasn't there (including the wedding planner that should have been. (She left right after she lined us up) Needless to say most of the guests left without eating any of the food since the raw juices and touched the other sides. I would not recommend this venue to anyone. Entire experience was awful. Thank god we had very understanding family and guests so the bride/groom were not waking around on their special day saying I'm sorry. The La Belle Group is an absolute scam!!! Phyllis never returns your calls once you start to make payments. They take weeks to cash your checks. (If I had the means to be able to sit on monthly payments I couldn't be going with this place. I could afford a real venue!) I ask a simple question as to when she plans to cash my checks and I get attitude back. I ask for a refund and read through the contract and she tells me there is a $1,000 rescheduling fee,(conveniently) which is not in the contract. That her property will be closed for construction for awhile and that it will be too late to schedule an ALL INCLUSIVE wedding! We paid a total of $1737.14 and all I'm asking for is $977.14 back. This place does not care about the people they are serving and that was there main selling point when we toured the venue. This plastic Barbie and her over weight Ken doll just want to steal peoples money. read more

I came in for a tour they did not even know my name, the tour was rushed and the tour guide paid me no mind. Minimal information was given. I cannot say enough about The La Belle Group and how wonderful, flawless and beautiful our special day was. We had a 150 person wedding with a lot of high energy guests and the team here did such an incredible job keeping everyone entertained, fed, and hydrated on such a hot day. There were literally no complaints from any one person and never a dull moment throughout the entire 5 hour ceremony and reception. Phyllis was a calm, professional, and loving presence for me as the bride and showed a lot of patience with our bridal party. Kendell was the coolest and most fun officiant, super respectful of our non denominational request for a ceremony and it did not go unnoticed by either sides of our family. Our DJ, JR kept the party hoppin' - there was always someone dancing. Our bartender Heather with 3 C's Catering met us at the end of the aisle with drinks, kept my champagne glass filled all night and handed me waters when I couldn't even remember to drink, truly a lifesaver. Bride here :) I can not thank Phyllis, her husband and staff enough for making our wedding even better than we had ever imagined. From the start Phyllis was so kind and helpful, she made sure she understood what we pictured our wedding to look like and blew it out the water! I mean all my guest were talking about the small details and how everything was so beautiful! She was meant to do this she has such a kind heart, has an amazing attention to detail, responded to my texts very quickly and just over all was there for us every step of the way. She checked in on me, not only to see how I was doing but to ask if there is anything else she can do... that just shows how genuine she is and how much she really cares about all of her brides. Alright, so my fiancé went here as a tour for our wedding coming up in November of 2018. At first when you check this place out on Google, Facebook, and even Yelp, this place seems sketchy. Let me tell you something. DONT OVER LOOK THIS PLACE. It is absolutely gorgeous, Phyllis (Owner of The La Belle Group), is so sweet. She will answer any questions you have about the venue, dates, decor, bar tending, ANYTHING. Their minimum guest attendance is 70. So keep that in mind. But for 70 people, at around $4,000, you can't beat it. This price includes EVERYTHING, well almost. The only things you'll have to provide yourself is a DJ, and a bartender/alcohol (and no they don't require you to have a bartender to serve the alcohol). They have a bridal suite as well as a groom's suite. If you want a completely affordable wedding, you want all the great amenities to go with it, you want all of these great options to decorate your wedding. Book it now. Phyllis is booked for awhile, so act now. Seriously, do it. read more

I attended a friends wedding at this venue a few months ago and was completely blown away with how beautiful EVERYTHING was. From the ceremony space/chapel to the dinner under the oak trees, it was absolutely breath taking!! The staff made the day for my friend flawless and they were even nice to the guest which is a rare thing to find at venues now days. The owner really out did herself. I still cant believe the deal my friend got with finding this all inclusive venue! And the FOOD was DELICIOUS!! I will definitely refer this venue to all of my friends! read more

My daughter's wedding was here. The place is beautiful, photographer is awesome, but the food is awful. They had one bathroom For 126 guests. They have another one inside the house,but once the wedding starts it is locked up. Staff on hand needed direction, but were nice. I have been debating on writing this since my daughter's wedding in November 2017. After seeing that the owner took her photos down from the FB, I have decided that I need to do so as our experience was awful. I am a single mother who worked 2 jobs to make sure my daughter had the wedding she wanted. The venue looks like not a good area but once you go behind the gate it is beautiful. The girls arrived and there was garbage out front from the wedding the night before, and they were starting to clean up. By the time I arrived several hours later, it was still there. The decorations were done nice and they did a great job on going into "rain mode". We had given our DJ the run down and realized with the wedding hours I was off 30 minutes in what I gave him so I gave him the sheet the owner wrote the time line down on. I advised him to go by this. The photographer showed up late. Was dressed like she just rolled out of bed and I had to tell her what to take pictures of, still get ready and still greet some of our family. I found her on her phone 3 times even before the wedding started eating snacks. Once the wedding started it was a beautiful ceremony. The photographer took pictures and not one of them was just mom and daughter and/ or daughter and father. I again had to tell her what to take pictures of and if I wasn't then my daughter or Aunt was. Once the reception started it went by supper fast. I got two bites of my food and they took it away. Some people didn't get food and when asked were told they couldn't bring it back out. Again, I was looking for the photographer at all times and running around like my head was cut off because the staff was horrible. Then the photographer wanted to go hom earlier so they did the ending shot and she left. That is when they started taking the seats down at 8 pm and pretty soon people were leaving when we had the space until 9:30 pm. When asking the owner she was snippy about it. My daughter and son in law were upset so we packed up and left by 8:30. When my daughter tried talking to the owner about it she was rude and condescending. Stating that they had a huge wedding 150 plus guests the day before and were tired. My daughter's wedding was small 60 guests but that shouldn't matter. The owner had the photographer send the pictures with a rude email about how they are not fixed because that is stated in the contract when my daughter asked how long til she got the photos. The photographer took 900 photos of the same stuff with different lighting and only about 100 if that can we have touched up and look right. It was a horrible experience and would never recommend this place to anyone with the way we were treated. Like I said, I wouldn't of said anything until I went looking for a good picture of just my daughter and her father ( that the owner took)- not the photographer and it is gone from their FB page when it was there after the wedding. I wanted to have the picture printed and given to my ex-husband since there were NO pictures taken of just her and him . Look somewhere else if you are wanting good service. Gave it two stars for the ceremony and the decorations only. read more
