Two of my grandsons have birthdays in December...the 10th and 12th. So the party was on the 11th. My grandkids and their friends had a wonderful time. My daughter was happy to see her kids having fun. But to put the cakes and presents on a rack is down right....stupid!! Some teenager got ahold of one of my grandsons cakes and stuck his/her fingers in it and destroyed his cake!!! The employees threw the kids out, and gave my kid a discount on the party..but this in my opinion, should have been handled differently. Those evil kids who destroyed the cake should have been held, their parents should have been called, and a police report should have been made about it. They should have been made to repay my daughter for the cake, and half the party. The cake that got destroyed was for a child whos non verbal autistic and it was his first ever birthday party!!! It's terribly disappointing the negative vibes I get from the patrons at sky zone. I have an adult daughter who has developmental disabilities and even though it's not blatantly obvious or severe enough for you to say hay that girl has issues it's so disgusting to me to try and spend time with her in such a judgmental place. So sky zone is for everyone I asked management myself before even buying membership. The place is over run by toddlers and little kids which is great they need a place to blow off their energy and get exercise and socialization I am totally for that but I'm sick and tired of the judgment from the parent or guardian of these kids acting like you have no business being there with your child. It really sucks and it reminds me of Colorado and California with their entitled behavior. So I canceled my subscription I'm not interested in being around nasty people if it's a choice. I have seen grown ass adults with their children and teens my daughter is in her early 20s but looks like a 16 year old. And we just want to have a place to have fun and socialize but this is not it. They have fantastic activities really fun things to climb on and jump or swing but no specific age group has direct access and if this is a policy they want they need to make it very accessible to be known this is only for little children. Or maybe have schedules where certain age groups have access without the bullcaca. Also I felt uncomfortable trying to jump on a trampoline in one spot for fear some little kid is going to run past and I might step on them or fall myself and hurt them by accident. I really think that they should have a schedule where certain time is age appropriate so accidents don't happen and everyone can enjoy it. That being said the staff is nice but we were harassed by an older woman with her toddler and I wish someone would have approached her and said something because she doesn't have ownership rights to anything and we were not even in her business she was just offended because we didn't fit the cookie cutter. read more

Literally just full of immature workers. why does it take 5 minutes and grabbing a manger just to get a refund. you pay for something and they're like "let me check if we have it". like why the hell would you take my order if you didn't know you had that item in stock. not to mention how loud and obnoxious a few of the managers can be, and they have zero empathy for the customers. I was told in order to cancel membership I would need to log onto my account 3 days prior to the recurring charge . It was scheduled to come out on May 20th, I logged in on May 17th. There were no options to cancel, my membership was not showing at all. The money was drafted from my account on the 20th . I was told that I did not log in on time and could not get a refund for the $107.00 that was charged. I have 4 young grandchildren that I am raising and can't afford this . I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue , I don't know who else to contact . read more

first of all..if I could give 0 stars I would! Ive been there many times (my kids love the trampoline park) and can say every time was an unfortunate disaster but this last time was the final straw!! secondly ,for the money spent you can guarantee to leave this place wishing you'd spent your money elsewhere!! I took my 3 young children here for one of their birthdays only to have been completely disrespected by the immature young staff after my kids where being bullied by older kids that got dropped off and left there without anyone to hold them accountable for their actions to which one of them actually got in my face cussing and threatening me and my children when a young girl who worked there came in at the end of it all and had the audacity to yell at my children to not be disrespectful (who were a lot younger then the others) I of course was not going to put up with that when management then came (that was a total joke)...he didn't know how to react or what to say..he literally just stood there shrugging his shoulders...smh the whole place is run by immature teenagers who have no clue how to run a business and i damn sure won't be back and I absolutely do not recommend taking your young children!! fyi I was only one amongst many other parents that had altercations with them over these disrespectful teens!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We walked in at 9:25. When we finished our waiver at 9:27ish. We stood at the register for about 10 minutes waiting to pay. Once one associate walked up and helped the membership members. Then another associate walked up and informed us we weren't allowed in unless we paid for a membership since we weren't allowed to jump after 9:30. While maybe I should've went online and reserved the time. It was a last minute decision, so I didn't think it'd be an issue. After I was told this I told her that we'd been in line for around 5-10 minutes and didn't mind if we had got our full time. She said with an attitude well the clock says 9:36. That's when I said forget it and walked out. It may be a policy but at the same time you should at least give us the benefit of the doubt and let us jump for the remainder of the time. If I had a dollar for the amount of incompetent employees that work here, I would be rich. I go up to order nachos, I ask if they have them, two employees tell me "yes", I pay. Then the employee at the register, Jessica, says "let me check in the back to see if we have them". Keep in mind this was after I already paid, sure enough there was none in the back. So then she had to give me a refund, which required 3 other employees apparently. Not to mention the fact that there is quite literally almost no employees supervising the various obstacles that are there. I also saw a teenage boy bullying younger kids and cussing them out, the employees did nothing. There was a young blonde girl talking to a group of boys her age, she was oblivious to what was going on around her. If I had the option for negative stars I would put that. There are usually very short staffed and the young employees don't usually know how to answer questions. Getting someone to answer the phone is even harder. Despite all of that, in February (pre covid) we tried the 3 month membership so our kids could just during the cold. What a waste of $50 a month. We were charged in March, despite the quarantine. We were never given a refund like they said they would. They reopened and began charging so emailed and asked to cancel. They wouldn't let us until we were charged for 3 months. So they said they would "freeze". But the very next month we we charged again. I have it in the email documented that they wouldn't do that. They didn't ask if we felt comfortable coming back. They didn't ask if we just wanted to cancel our membership like every other membership we have. They just keep charging us. It's poor customer service. NOT a Kid friendly or Family Friendly environment! We were there for a birthday party. There are no safety protocols in place ! Young kids working who are not even doing their job. Parents dropping off their young kids and leaving them there, fights breaking out. None of this should be taking place in a family friendly/ kid friendly Trampoline park!! Their should be safety protocols for families with children to make sure no one else can leave with their children. I mean there was no one checking wrist bands. Workers on their phone and talking to some younger girls not helping the other customers at the cafe ! I will not be taking my child back here until these issues are resolved! Thankfully we were in our party room when the fight broke out and our children didn't have to see such violence. There should not be 12-13 year olds anywhere with no parent supervision. This is NOT a safe trampoline park. A child broke both of his wrists, the next day a child broke both ankles, then a couple days later a 20 year old broke his leg several places. A local orthopedic dr said they should open an office there because they see so many people that have been hurt there. It is UNSAFE!!! read more

My son and a few friends went to Defy Friday (June 15, 2018) to celebrate his birthday. The visit was moderately enjoyable; however, the stations they wanted to use the most were closed. No notice was posted before paying, and no discount was offered. Dodge ball, the zip lines, and an obstacle course were all closed. Dodge ball is the number one reason for even going. If there are going to be that many activities closed (on a Friday evening) I believe some type of notice/disclaimer should be in place for potential guests, prior to paying--or at least some sort of discounted price. I definitely will not make Defy a "go to" for entertainment for my family. Disappointed to say the least. It would have been worth the drive to go to Launch or Sky Zone. read more
