I just went there last week, and there are so many issues with this place. 1- Bathroom was so filthy, you can see that they haven't cleaned for a long time because of the dust on the toilet and the amount of fecal all over it. 2- I was walking with the gift all over the place because the gift basket had a different name on it. Even though, I complained about, the employees didn't care 3- I couldn't find hand sanitizer in the main area 4- One of the bathrooms sink was broken, so it was a huge line just to wash hands. 5- The employees gave sodas for the birthday party, but not water, my kid was very thirsty after jumping. I had to go back to my car to get some waters 6- The employees had no training in doing admission, and no desire to learn. The line for the checkin was huge, just one person was on the job, and 3 other employees just looking while drinking sodas. Not willing to help! Haven't been to this place in over 5 years. I'm saddened to see how poorly it's been maintained. The green padded flooring around all the trampolines have never been replaced and poorly maintained. The place is dirty and doesn't seem like its ever cleaned; frankly disgusting. With all the Covid paranoia, I'm shocked at the all dirt, dust and grim all along the walk ways. The restroom was the biggest shock; the men's room urinals look like they haven't been cleaned in a week; filled with gum and trash. Furthermore only one sink had running water and only one soap dispenser was working; each on opposite side of the counter. The mirror and counter was also filthy and needs a remodel. I wish they would just clean and update this place. It's a great spot but very poorly cleaned/managed. Where's Undercover Boss when you need him. I'd do zero stars if I could. Good fun and worth it. I brought my 11 yr old with 3 friends, armed with Groupon (as much as I would pay for this) and they ended up there for 2 hour long sessions. Bathrooms are clean, staff was low key. And because there was the Garlic festival it was not crowded for a Saturday at all. They enjoyed each part of the space- dodge ball a big hit, so was the air pit and climbing wall. Clean and not overly rule crazy. Bathrooms ok except for paper on the floor which is a symbol of lazy patrons who are not thoughtful. Nothing gross. Once again I'm sad at those who give a low score review. So few kids places are nice and fun to attend at all ages. We will come again. Lots of bad as in not healthy snacky food so I'd skip that. read more

This place is awesome. I booked my 7 year olds birthday party for a Saturday at 5 pm. It was our first time here so I didn't know what to expect. We walked in and there was my daughter's name on the register saying check in here for x's party! Went in and got everyone registered and got them their wristbands. Our party host Sofia was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to give us the best party experience. The pizza was good and they brought it out for us once we were ready to go into the party room. My only suggestion is that if you do book a party arrive at least 20 minutes early to be sure each kid gets their wristband and electronic waiver forms signed. Brought my 2 year old son here for the first time and I was shocked! The jumping area was filthy, garbage all over the floors and in the trampoline zones. We also noticed modelo beer cans on the sofas and floor... some were smashed and some still had beer in them. Older kids about 15-16 were jumping rough and doing flips in the 6 and under zone. I brought my son here this past Wednesday morning. This place is turning into Skyzone, but it's the same owner. The tall guy at the front counter with the lead shirt on was extremely rude. He was not welcoming at all. I watched his interaction with the other staff members, and he was very rude to them as well. Clearly, there is a hostile work environment in that place. The place itself was filthy. There were clumps of dust and dirt everywhere and used bandaids all over the trampolines. The tables and chairs were broken and dirty. There are couches in the lobby area that are all ripped up. The vending machines are pretty much empty. The stunt pit is out of order, and there is a jousting pit that is incredibly dangerous. There is no padding around the edges, and someone is going to get hurt due to exposed wood. I doubt the tile floor itself has ever been cleaned. It had so much grime on it. I will be contacting the county public health department and the city fire Marshall to report multiple health and safety violations in that place. We will NOT be back. read more

My daughter has been here for about 5 or 6 birthday parties. If you go on your own it is a bit pricey at $16 an hour. If you go on a birthday party you will get a coupon for next time you come for buy one hour get one free. You have to buy their socks which have the nonskid on the bottom, they are $3 if you need them. You can not go in regular socks. It was so nice to have a change from everyone going to Pump it up for birthday parties. That got old quick and seems more for younger kids. They have 2 areas of the trampolines, one they do dodgeball. Kids love the rockwall. They have a few party rooms. Also, adults are allowed to jump! read more

This place is fun. The teenagers working there are nice and all have positive attitudes. Weekends can get especially crowded with birthdays. They're able to have 4 birthdays at a time I believe so it's super busy. We've had cheese pizza and it's ok but also we're not expecting a 5star pizza at a trampoline place. The staff here is NOT kid friendly. They either need new people or have to do better about their training. They are not attentive whatsoever, there were kids shooting the ball into the basketball hoop from outside the designated area & the employee just stood there slouched over the railing. The kids had fun but there are some things management should be aware of. The back foam pit area should always have a staff member present for safety and didn't. They seemed severely understaffed. Also, the new structure that you climb up and slide down a pole... what is that? It looks dangerous. A staff member should be present and demonstrating how to actually use it. Do NOT book a party here! What a major disappointment! So much money for 45 minutes of being completely rushed- understatement of the century! There were no carts to put our belongings into because they over booked the day. Our things were on the floor. Then we were late getting into our room. The kids had to quickly eat pizza. Before they were finished, they started on the cake; before we finished the cake, the party coordinator told me we had 15 min. for presents. I tried to rush my son. Kids were leaving before I could even say good bye and pass out favors because the next host came in with her cart for the next party. The next hostess sprayed tables before we left. I was so disgusted and my friend noticed my frustration. They said they would never have a party their. I spoke with the management who apologized that they only have 15 min. to set up! Came for a birthday party and while the kids had fun, this place is terrible for being brand new. The staff is ill prepared and have no idea what customer service is. The staff member who served pizzas couldn't tell us which pitcher of soda was what, threw used utensils onto the counter for people to use to get pizza and was EXTREMELY pushy when our time was coming to an end. Has the potential to get more business then other places like it but they need to invest in some training for their staff. We attempted one Thursday afternoon to visit the business,so we quickly purchased tickets off the website and loaded my family of four plus one and headed north to Gilroy. Unfortunately they were closed when we got there. There was a homemade sign taped to the door saying they were closed due to.. blah blah, blah. We decided to continue North into San Jose to a different trampoline park. You see.. the trip to Rockin Jump was supposed to be a treat for my 6 year-old son for performing better in school. We thought for sure it would be easy to reach someone at a latter date and request a refund. The next day we called the business and there was no answer so we left a voicemail message. That would be the first message of many. The company has still failed to return our call. After noticing some questions being answered via yelp by Jorge the owner. I thought I would leave Post review and ask the Jorge to please return my call. It's just been frustrating because we drove all the way there and they were closed, the website and their answering message failed to say they were going to be closed that Thursday afternoon and their website sold us tickets even though they were closed. There are so many different things to do here besides jump on trampolines they had a really cool climbing wall, dodgeball and The Price is reasonable for everything you get to do. This place is pretty cool. I went here with my cousin and her two little girls when they were in town for Thanksgiving. The buildings roof needs to be redone (not Rockin's issue) but the business was awesome. We go to other Rockin jump locations and never have issues. When we walked into this location it was completely different. They have 10 people in the store but no one is doing anything. The floors have garage all over, there wasn't anyone supervising. There were 5 people on the jump part just standing around talking amongst themselves and not doing their job. This was our first time here and we had a great experience, the place was clean and super organized. We were greeted when we walked in, and the check in was easy. We came to celebrate my sons birthday and the manager Gorge was super nice. He came up to us randomly and wished our son happy birthday, that was a nice gesture. 15 minutes went by, then he also announced it over the speakers.
