Dodgeball remember to block your face lol

Saterday night SPECIAL $20.00 for 2 hour jump time Saturday night fun with the grandkids, what better place than rock n jump for them to run around jump and get all that energy out. Came in on a Saturday night and found out about their Saturday night special which is a two hour jump time for $20. That's a good deal because you're basically paying $10 an hour and the regular price is $17 per hour. Arcade area is now using game cards where you purchase a card you put money on it and then you swipe it in the games to play. This was cool because we got three cards and gave each one their own card for them to play video games. There weren't too many games available there was a Jurassic Park a motorcycle game and a couple of boxes where you can collect the prize, and your popular air hockey.

Same song played for 90 minutes straight and most attractions were closed. I told the employees and they tried to fix it but it just added two more songs to the mix. Went into the bathroom and there was a huge poop in the toilet. And to add we couldn't learn a backflip. It was not a great experience.

    Rip off!

Got here early and the place was filthy... My son won and cleared the $50 gift card and the employees told me that they couldn't give him the card because they didn't own the machine. They said that I needed to call the number on the machine, of course no answer and voicemail full. Such a rip off!

Broken edge covered with cardboard and duct tape- bolts sticking out.

We've been here before for bday parties but this place seems to be going downhill. It appears to be in between owners: sky zone. It was Saturday (12:30) we came in. 2 of the 3 waiver kiosks were down. It's clear that the teenagers who work there don't care and just want a pay check. No one watching the under 6 area as kids older elementary up were barreling through endangering little kids. No one was watching most of the areas and one employee (Allie H) looked as if her life was the worst and seemed to be babysitting/working. There was broken equipment with bolts sticking out. While the kids have fun, it is a parents emergency room and insurance nightmare. Unless the new owners/company improve it, not sure we will be back.

My daughter recently went to a birthday party and she absolutely loved it. My wife coordinated the booking and it was relatively smooth. When we arrived, the check in line process was a little shaky, there was three separate lines and the employees did not know the order in which to call people. There was a separate line for birthday check in's but not one dedicated person managing it. We were directed into a private room which was smaller than I anticipated given the headcount we had but it did the job. They allow you to arrive 15 min in advance to prep and they also allow you to bring outside food and snacks if you choose the MVP package. The MVP package made things easy as everything you would need is included including food, utensils, drinks, icees, arcade cards, no charge for outside food, socks, ect.. The venue was very big and has a wide variety of play areas that can cater any child. There are trampolines, sport courts, stunt jumps, battle beams, and a trapeze just to name a few. This place can keep your child occupied and engaged for hours. They also have a separate mini arcade area if your child wants to take a break. There is a center area where parents can hang out. This area is mixed in with other birthday parties. We also came on a Saturday which was pretty busy but I've heard that their Fridays are overly packed. Overall, my daughter and her friends had an amazing time. We also got a free pass to come back which I brought back my girls for another hour and half. They had an amazing time. I would highly recommend checking this place out for open play and/or birthday parties!

We were told to wait instead of leading us to our room, so we couldn't get the room ready on time for the party. Our server was overworked and forgot our extra order of pizzas, then our drinks, and was clearly overwhelmed. The place was cool, management could have been better. Party rooms were in bad shape, with literal holes on the walls. Much improvement to be made.

I recently found out about this place and it great for kids and adults alike!…read more Kids are in a secure place, with plenty of team members to watch out for and help them as needed. Adults have space to sit and work or watch their phones while waiting for the kids. Or, they can watch the kids playing. I went here for a birthday party but if you go just to play, you can buy a 2 hour play for $28.99 and if you come back within one week of the initial purchase, you pay a $1 more to get a monthly membership. This is a auto renewal each month but you can cancel anytime but you have to do that at least 5 days before you get charged again, which is the same date every month. $29.99 for one month is a great deal, especially because there is no limit to how many times you can go. There is a limit to play before 1pm on the weekend. There is also an Elite membership for $10 more. They also have arcade games and evenings they have a glow zone. I was not there for the glow time so not sure what that looks like. I went to the one on Monterey Rd. in San Jose and the parking can get tricky, especially on the weekend. The team is super friendly and willing to help. They announce each hour that a certain color wrist band has completed their 2 hours. I took one star off because the kids were busy playing, as they should, and not paying attention to the announcement and the team members were sharp with the ones that should have left. There is also not enough seating for the number of kids and parents that show up. In addition, the snacks and drinks are quite pricey but I noticed that most parents bought their own food, which is allowed. Great place for kids to burn off energy and spend time away from TV and smart devices!

It is a really fun place for kids. We had two hours of jump time and one hour in the party room. The kids had a blast. I have three kids. When we arrived at checkin, for some reason 2 of the 3 waivers I had signed couldn't be found in the system, even though I had an email. That didn't bother me too much, I just re-signed it, but wondered what happened. I appreciated that they have a separate checkin line for birthday parties. The bathroom was clean, the food was decent for a party place and they let you bring your own cake. I can see how some people say it's hectic because there are a lot of people and it isn't huge. Might be overwhelming for smaller kids. My 5 and 3 year old kids still loved jumping as long as we (the parents) were close to them. When we got to the party room, our host showed up 5 mins late. He did apologize and I didn't really mind, he was great and helped the kids with their pizza and cake. My 9 year old said it was her best birthday ever! Her friends seem to have enjoyed themselves too. I would host a party there again.

So I was very happy to learn it was reopening under the Jump N Around name, a center in the Monterey area with exciting looking photos. I exchanged text messages with the management for a few weeks, and was told they were performing upgrades and would be open soon. Last week I got a text saying they would open on Saturday 3/18, followed by another saying just a few delays, but Sunday 3/19 at 2pm would be their grand opening. Well this being my birthday, my kids were beyond stoked - we get to go back to Pump'd and celebrate Daddy's birthday!!! They were buzzing with excitement - so happy! So that Sunday we planned our day around "the new Pump'd". At 11am I texted to make sure they would open at 2 and was told "Yes :)" Yes with a smile - hard to beat! So we loaded up the car and drove the 30 minutes down to Watsonville, kids totally buzzing with excitement - "Daddy, how far to new Pump'd?!?" Almost there, buddy! We arrived right at 2 to a totally empty, filthy parking lot. The door was locked and clearly had been abandoned for a while, as there was an overflowing dumpster, fresh homeless camp with bags of old clothes strewn about, and a pile of human feces - with a poop-smeared green sweater used to clean up - right in front of their main door. SOME GRAND OPENING!!! Looking through the door this was obviously not the place, right? The entry area was barren, old front desk ripped out with debris in its place. No tables, no chairs, nothing. I called their phone and got voicemail; texted asking for the new address and got no reply. Surely this LITERAL SH!THOLE was not the refurbished and improved Jump N Around we had been promised?!? A few minutes later the manager from the main location called to apologize...the owner had some story about staffing problems and they would now be opening on Friday. WHAT A BOGUS, HEARTLESS, NASTY THING TO DO, especially after confirming just hours earlier. This wasn't a case of the employee not showing up - the place is a freaking DUMP, an unfinished NIGHTMARE wreaking of death and desperation and smeared with human waste. What was once a joyous place of fun was now a deceitful pit of feces and FAILURE. My son was so disappointed he just cried and yelled. He was promised a birthday jump with his dad at his favorite place, and he arrived to a frightening sh!t-smeared lie of a dump. For minutes he pounded on the windows yelling "I HATE PUMPD! I HATE THE NEW PUMPD!!!" (Heartbreaking - he celebrated two birthdays here and associated The place with love and fun, not lies and sh!t.) His sister was more reflective - "DADDY, WHY DID THEY TRICK US? WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT TO US?" Also heartbroken, she took it more personally. Even more disconcerting is the view from the front window. Expecting the exciting play structures shown on the Jump N Around website - here we see none of that! Three old deflated bounce structures lay discarded on the ground. A new concessions area (?) looks half built, a rough pile of unfinished plywood. A few more outdated arcade machines have been shoved in among the debris, the only possible new addition. And there may have been a couple of new bounce houses, still folded on palettes. But it's painfully clear, like the pile of sh!t that greets at the front door, that the new owners haven't put a whit of effort, energy or concern into making the place fun, safe, better or even acceptable for their formerly loyal customers and their children. I am scared, very scared for this business. This was confirmed as their GRAND REOPENING, but instead of a fun center, they offer an abandoned dystopian hellscape. YOU LIED TO AND HURT MY CHILDREN. YOU RUINED MY BIRTHDAY. YOU HAVE TAKEN A WONDERFUL PLACE AND BEFOULED IT. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND ALL SHOULD BE WARNED. Hoping to salvage the day, we headed to MOD at the Capitola Mall. It was fun, until we could not leave due to a MURDER/SUICIDE IN OUR PARKING LOT! We should never have been there, if PUMPD/JUMP N AROUND HADN'T LIED ABOUT BEING OPEN! I'm very afraid of what's to come. If this is the honesty and effort the new owners are putting into the place, it will never be a healthy or happy place to take our kids. You can't even clean the sh!t off your doorstep or get your opening date right - can you be trusted? FOR SHAME.
