I came here to help a close family with a birthday party as I'm a regular sitter. They were…read morecelebrating their sons birthday party so I got to hang with the little sis as she navigated the area, as the parents focused on the brother and other children and families at the party. Rockin Jump, for as young as their staff seems to be does a great job at keeping the party smooth and managing the jumping areas. So there's an area for toddlers that I could have taken the little one to, as the main area is not really made for toddlers. With all the older kids running and jumping around and there being openish foam pits, it can be more dangerous for little ones who are not being supervised. With all that being said, the little one and I hung out in the main areas and it was so much fun! She loved being around the older kids, watching and mimicking what they were doing. All of the kids were so mindful of her and very careful! I was quite surprised and pleased. And as I mentioned before, there seemed to be staff roaming around making sure things were kosher and even the parents, although having fun and mingling, kept eyes on their kids. Overall I would say it was a great experience and if you're looking for a place to have your birthday party, I feel this is a great option!

I attended a private birthday party here for my best friend's 9-year-old, and unfortunately the…read moreparty experience was pretty disappointing. The private party package was around $400, with about 10 kids attending (includes: pizza, drinks, cleanup, and jumping), and we were placed on the upper level. Just a heads up for anyone booking: there is no elevator, only stairs to access the upstairs party area. That made it a little inconvenient when we had to keep going up and down for forks, other party items, and when it was time to take the gifts home. The party reservation was from noon to 2:00pm, but the preordered pizzas and drinks didn't arrive until about 1:30/1:40pm. One pizza came out first at that time, but we were still waiting on the other two, which made the last part of the party feel rushed. By the time everything arrived, there wasn't much time left for the kids to eat, have cake, and wrap up before the reservation ended. We made it work, but for a private party package, the timing should have been much better. Part of the reason for booking a party at a place like this is to avoid having to manage all the little details yourself, so the delay and disorganization definitely took away from the experience. The space itself has had a revamp, and there are definitely some cool areas for the kids. The facility is huge, and the warrior course and different jump zones were fun. The basketball section was cool too, though that area looked like it was either still under construction or needed some additional work. At checkout, they asked how the service was, and we were honest that we wished it had gone better. My best friend booked the party there so she wouldn't have to stress about the details like she would hosting at home. The new GM transferred there, apologized and said he's working on getting the staff up to par, and mentioned that next time we come in, we should let him know and he'd take care of us. We appreciated the apology and willingness to train the staff better, but that was pretty much it. Overall, the kids still had fun because there's a lot to do, but the party service and food timing really missed the mark for the cost.

Hospitality was not in the trampoline park with us on Saturday evening. The front desk informed us the GLOW jump will be that evening so we would only have 60 minute of our purchased 90min jump (we prepared to gather our belongings 5-10 mins prior per this convo) we didn't expect at that time to be SCREAMED at to leave to the point one of the staff members pushing gestures my kids to rush & move whilst they are putting on their shoes and coats. Very unprofessional.

My son has a neck issue that limits his ability to do things like trampolines and bouncy houses. So…read morewhenever we visit such places, usually for a birthday party, I'm always looking at how safety is handled. Sky Zone does this well. It has several different areas that are segregated, each with a set of rules posted and with staff monitoring like lifeguards. In general, kids are kept from bouncing on the same area - the most dangerous part of trampolines - though it's not explicitly disallowed, and the staff don't interfere if they don't need to. Kids get a sticker shown the time they're on, which keeps it from getting too crowded. After watching all of it, the only place my son and I decided he should not go was the dodgeball area, as he's not allowed to play any form of that game, anyway. I'm generally impressed by how it's run. While the long waiver is intimidating, it's really easy to do, with multiple computer kiosks. I can't speak to the cost of sessions or parties, as I did not pay for it, but the party had its own concierge and a clean room locked with a code.

I just wanted to get to the interview on time. I was really excited. Once I left after about maybe two hours I received a message saying that they don't think that this was the right job for me. How would this not be the right job for me? All your doing is watching all of the kids and the park and handling birthday parties how hard could that be. I am pretty sure a 14 year old could manage that. I mean it doesn't take rocket science to run a trampoline park. I already have lot's of people skills. I also have very good communication skills. I just don't understand why I couldn't get the job. I am currently homeless and I really needed that job. Shit I still need that job. I think that's just plain out petty but who asked me right.

We've never been at one, but we've seen some take place while we've just been there during a free time. They have bins for when toys get icky and need to be taken away from the rest of the stuff. Everything seems to be very well organized, cleaned really well and the equipment is really interesting and different than a lot of other play places. Again, I think it's suppose to be giving sensory needs to a wide range of individuals and children. And it's cool! They also have a calming room with a beautiful mural on the inside as well as an infant room which is a great way to section off some of the smaller kids so there's less likely for injury. The main area does have running around, swinging, jumping, but that's what you're there for! They have dress up costumes, coloring space, a giant chalkboard wall and trampoline. I will say the staff is usually hosted by one or two younger people, there's no real problem with that except when they were experiencing technical issues with their portal to be able to login to register your kiddos. That happened a few times a handful of months ago, but now they've switched to a new system and that all seems 100% better. We've been there multiple times and we will continue to go back, our twins love it.
