I was shocked when I pulled in the parking lot and there were only a handful of cars. When we went in, the place is pretty large, but felt a little empty. There were about 10 slides, a basketball court, and mini go karts. I thought I read online that the go karts were included with admission, but then there were signs saying you needed to buy a wristband. There was no worker in that area and nobody used them during our time there. The slides were fun until you reached the bottom. When the slide ended, you slid onto a rubber mat on most slides. My neck was starting to hurt after a few slides due to the jolt from hitting the rubber mat. I don't recommend for adults. I stopped after about 5 slides. My nephew who is 12 also complained that it hurt. It was really exhausting climbing up all the stairs to get up to the slides. Also, some of the slides and ceiling fans were dusty. Sad to say it was disappointing and I don't plan on coming back.

It's massive inside, so much bigger than I had expected. Your eyes can't decide where to look- the dozen massive slides, climbing gym area, big swings, zip-line... there's plenty to do! All of the kids we were with, including mine, ranged from ages 2-6. To no surprise, they all had a blast. There's something for everyone, including a dedicated section for kids under 5. From a parent's perspective however, there were definitely a few things we didn't favor. To start, there seemed like a lack of staff, almost allowing for too much of a free-for-all. And the staff that were working, were completely unfriendly and looked like they didn't want to be there at alllllll. This is a kids place... even a smile or a little interaction with the kids would go a long way. The one gentleman -working the area where you swing off the bar onto the blow up section- truly looked mad to be there and it was sad to watch the kids ask him for help and receive bothered looks in return like it was a chore. The go-cart section was completely closed/broken down as well. You pay a good chunk of money to come here, so to have a whole area not available to play was a bummer. Having a bday party here can be the whole package though - our group got a big dedicated table on the party side, pizzas, veggies and fruit, and drinks. Unsure of the cost, as we weren't the hosts, but if you're looking for an all-in-one option this would work. All in all, an enjoyable place for kids but absolutely be prepared for chaos and to support your kids in being safe because there's opportunity for injury.

I do think $23 per child is a lot but I believe this includes 2 adults at no cost and there is no limit on how long the child can play. The space is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and I loved that I could play too! I had so much fun and felt like a kid again myself. I also liked that the staff made people follow the rules, they were strict about it, which I appreciated. Also easy parking in the parking lot across the street. There was a good variety of plush and some machines have more popular characters like Pokemon, Disney, Minecraft and Ninja Turtles. They have some mini claws and a few set up with alternative style play (roll a dice using the claw to win). The worker was very helpful for my son and helped rotate plush to the top to be easier to grab what he wanted and even easier to win. I like they have an option to trade up plush (same day wins only) for bigger prizes. Definitely money well spent versus arcades like Dave n Busters or Round1 where games cost way more and have lower payout rates.

We did have one lane of our 3 give us some issues throughout our 2 hour slot and had to find help a few times when we couldn't troubleshoot on our own, but we were given some extra time to finish up, and we had a great time. The bowling alley looks like it's had a fairly recent refresh - updated signage and decor and lots of screens. The older bowlers felt the music was a little loud, and wished you could see the arrows on the lanes but the younger members of our crew seemed to enjoy the vibes.
