We went on a member night without being members, ti celebrate my daughter's birthday because I was told on the phone it was ok to still walk in. When I got there half an hour before friends would arrive I was told I could not walk-in since it was a member night. The manager at the store , BRYAN, was so nice and did his best to let my daughter and her 7 friends enjoy her special day, he tried to call the owners and talked to another manager and , in the end, let them enjoy and used the passes (I had groupons). He also gave her a new pair of socks and a drink for her b-day, very kind man. We ended up signing up for the membership since we figured it was worth it (about 25 dollars per month to jump every day and bring a friend free on Mondays). Overall, great service, the do honor groupons and my daughter had a blast. (And is still having a blast to this date since she is a member now). ps: I did not book a party room, I had only 8 kids and used groupons for 90 minutes of jump rather than booking an expensive party room and jump for only 45 minutes. Party packages with food also only included pizza and my daughter does not like pizza. I did not see any worth in the party packages. It worked well. kids had fun. I would say the waukesha one is better, but this is closer to us. read more

I attended a private birthday party here for my best friend's 9-year-old, and unfortunately the party experience was pretty disappointing. The private party package was around $400, with about 10 kids attending (includes: pizza, drinks, cleanup, and jumping), and we were placed on the upper level. Just a heads up for anyone booking: there is no elevator, only stairs to access the upstairs party area. That made it a little inconvenient when we had to keep going up and down for forks, other party items, and when it was time to take the gifts home. The party reservation was from noon to 2:00pm, but the preordered pizzas and drinks didn't arrive until about 1:30/1:40pm. One pizza came out first at that time, but we were still waiting on the other two, which made the last part of the party feel rushed. By the time everything arrived, there wasn't much time left for the kids to eat, have cake, and wrap up before the reservation ended. We made it work, but for a private party package, the timing should have been much better. Part of the reason for booking a party at a place like this is to avoid having to manage all the little details yourself, so the delay and disorganization definitely took away from the experience. The space itself has had a revamp, and there are definitely some cool areas for the kids. The facility is huge, and the warrior course and different jump zones were fun. The basketball section was cool too, though that area looked like it was either still under construction or needed some additional work. At checkout, they asked how the service was, and we were honest that we wished it had gone better. My best friend booked the party there so she wouldn't have to stress about the details like she would hosting at home. The new GM transferred there, apologized and said he's working on getting the staff up to par, and mentioned that next time we come in, we should let him know and he'd take care of us. We appreciated the apology and willingness to train the staff better, but that was pretty much it. Overall, the kids still had fun because there's a lot to do, but the party service and food timing really missed the mark for the cost. read more

Wasn't expecting a small location so if you're looking for size this one is very condensed. Not one single staff member looked like they were there willingly. Hospitality was not in the trampoline park with us on Saturday evening. The front desk informed us the GLOW jump will be that evening so we would only have 60 minute of our purchased 90min jump (we prepared to gather our belongings 5-10 mins prior per this convo) we didn't expect at that time to be SCREAMED at to leave to the point one of the staff members pushing gestures my kids to rush & move whilst they are putting on their shoes and coats. They just kinda let more and more people in and it's not a very large place, there wasn't even any room to jump, I tried to eat food there and although it didn't taste bad there were multiple bugs on our table, food wrappers and other disposables all over the ground, and that wasn't the worst part. I got a membership because of the deal they were offering, and multiple times I was told by the worker before I bought it that I could "cancel anytime I want". He lied, not only am I not able to contact a single person through email or phone, which I've tried multiple times, I can't get ahold of anyone and there's supposedly a "3 month commitment rule" he never bothered to mention so he could benefit off of it. Also the entire dodgeball area is closed every single time that I've gone for the past like 2 years, so don't look forward to that. my friend gave me a Groupon for this sky zone location for his birthday. So I took him on his birthday and I was told that we couldn't use it because it was members only. they was nothing on the website to state this. After driving 1.5 hours and being told this at the door is pretty disappointing. And today the Groupon is expiring. No long tumble track for tumblers, which sucks because that's the whole reason we came. Actually not a lot of just trampolines period compared to other parks and expensive compared to other parks. My daughter already had jump socks as well albeit from another park and they still made me buy socks because "she was only allowed to jump in skyzone socks". I've never had any other park do this. No cubbies for shoes or drinks yet they don't let you bring closed water bottles into the jump area so they expect you to either just leave your drink out on a table and hope nothing happens to it or pay to rent a locker. I tried to bring a water into the jump area for my daughter despite the sign because there was another mom who was there when we got there that had one with her in the same area so I thought maybe it was rule they just didn't enforce that strictly since the drinks were with parents.. Nope, the worker legit walked past the other mom with the water bottle sitting right next to her and came straight over to me to tell me I had to remove it. So not sure why I was singled out there. Oh, and there was a dead roach on one the trampolines so I'm sure there are more somewhere. And as we were leaving, another mom with another water bottle was sitting in the jump area and the same worker walked right past her too so yeah, I guess she just decided to target me. We went with our grandchildren 5 and 8. They had a great time! The staff was friendly and attentive. We were there on a busy Saturday and what I did notice was that many young children are let to run wild. People do not clean up tables when they leave and some kids just seemed too old. We placed an order from the snack bar. 4 pieces of pizza, large popcorn, hot dog, fries, pretzel, Bosco sticks and drinks. The food cost is expensive. The fries, hot dog and Bosco sticks took at least 20 minutes to come out. The Bosco sticks was hard and cold in the middle. We asked for a refund for the Bosco sticks and they told us they don't give any refunds. The fries were said to be double fried and were not crispy at all and tasted undercooked. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilets looked like they haven't been wiped down in over a week. The sinks were dirty, dusty and had hair by the faucet. The corners on the stairs were dirty and appeared as though it had been weeks since they were cleaned. Just looking at the floors they are filthy. This place is a disaster. There was one person who was assigned to keep order and there was no way he could do it. Total chaos and a disaster waiting to happen. Will not return. Purchased a ticket for my daughter for the glo night this past weekend. The website suggested arriving at 7:30 for an 8pm start. Despite purchasing tickets ahead of time, my daughter was unable to enter until 9pm, due to long lines and people skipping. The ticket was to include 2 hours of jumping....and she only got one. The price of the ticket was not worth it. I understand staffing shortages (not sure if that was even the reason), but there were clearly too many tickets sold as the staff could not check people in, in a timely manner. This place sucks! So I bought 90 minutes ticket and everytime i do so, i start a timer on my phone right away so that i can be aware of the time. Tonight around an hour mark( we still had 27 minutes left) this employee comes to my kid and taps him on his shoulder saying your time is up. When i try to talk to them about why! The dude with braces and an afro is like if you don't leave i'm gonna call security. That's when i lost it! When i asked him about his name he was the only one who was hiding his badge so I won't see his name and then he's saying it's for security purposes. What do the employees do here? When we entered, four of them were playing basketball together while customers were waiting to use the hoops. Then one donned sunglasses and took a nap on a trampoline. Another had headphones in to fully enjoy whatever he was watching on his phone, and two others continued to shoot hoops with each other? Like, what is their actual job? My kids had a lot of fully unsupervised fun. It was borderline chaotic, but I'd imagine having awake employees, or employees that could hear the crowd, or employees who were not outshooting each other would've helped. As the line grew behind us, the single employee working went to talk with his friends at least twice. Online it states to arrive by 7:30pm for glow jump. Everyone was locked out, waiting outside until 8pm. Glow Jump is supposed to start at 8pm. My son didn't get checked in until 9pm, leaving him 1hr of Glow Jump for the absurd cost of $42.18! There were 3 lines, members, pre-purchased, and need to purchase. There wasn't anyone in the member line, but the entire time kids were skipping through the line stating they were checking in for a bday party and it was extending wait times for everyone else. The member line could have been used for bdays, but regardless, the doors should have opened at 7:30pm to allow time to get through check-in. My son's friend had purchased their ticket online, but that line was just as long and she only finished 2mins earlier than him. Really bad experience having party here. We were told to arrive a bit early, but ended up waiting way pass our start time with our guests. There were zero employees by the party area, and when I found an employee to ask the first said she's on break and walked away, second told me he doesn't do these tasks- when pressed as to what to do with bunch of guest he shucked and pointed at the general ticket line. Completely disorganized checked in, no where to put gifts or party material. No one even tried to help us to organize anything for our guests- it almost seems like I was begging for service every time I asked a question. No table to put any of our stuff, shoes or even have a staff to check us in. We've bought the platinum package for the party, not only were there no one to help with our large group, the room was the same as the other packages- way too small to fit 18 kids and their parents. Most of the adults just stood outside of the party room for the entire duration. The staff did not provide plates, utensils until requested. We didn't even have time to open presents. Was treated to a session of trampoline aerobics for my birthday. $39 for two people (for a 1 hour session) which also includes the special socks that are required in the trampoline area. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it was going to be an extreme work out, but I was wrong. The instructors put you through a vigorous regimen, which is both beneficial and fun. They are patient, and assist people who are less experienced. Words alone can't describe the session...you have to experience it first hand. They also have private sessions, Party specials, and other fun and games for the adults and children. Changing rooms and lockers are available. My family attended this facility on January 16th. My son was in the foam pit with other children and a staff member reacted negatively about the foam being removed from the pit. Another parent informed my son's grandma that the staff member grabbed my son and shook him. My son had redness and later bruising in his arm. When we requested to speak to the staff members, they refused to identify themselves and said they were "owner and manager". A business card was provided with basic information and the staff refused to provide their names. I had to search online to identify the owner and sent an email promptly after the incident - which I'm still waiting a response for. There is NO REASON any of their staff should be putting their hands on our kids and if they don't know how to engage with children, they should just shut down their facilities. Went today for the first time and was hoping it would be a good experience for my 6 year old. We could only compare it with the Sky Zone in waukesha, which we've been to once and was similar. I can echo the reviews here already which talk about the trash and general grunge, and the fact there are teenagers running the place with less than great customer service attitudes. Pros: kids of all ages seemed to be having a good time bouncing off a lot of energy on a cold, rainy day. (Other people's kids, not mine. She was freaked out by the free-for -all vibe and scared of the larger bouncers). The bounce areas generally clean. Let's remember those sticky socks get worn in all areas (bathrooms, refreshment tables)and then on bouncy surfaces... Cons: Bathrooms, food area and floors need much more regular and thorough cleaning and deodorizing. It's hard to keep up with but they can absolutely do better. Other places do, this is just lazy. Shocking lack of attention to the posted rules by staff. Not enough balls for the ball areas - super frustrating and again - lazy. Kids constantly going the wrong way in the activity course, running/jumping into other people, little ones allowed in areas they clearly shouldn't be, and most of all NO visible adult management. !!! Maybe they feel fully protected by the pages of liability waivers and posted rules, but that doesn't mean they should stand by while kids put others at risk of potential serious injury. My niece and 4 of her cousins went to this Sky zone a couple of days ago and somehow the police ended up being called on them. My sister when up to see if she can view the video of what happened and the same manager gave my sister an attitude. Seeing how frustrated she was I called their call center. The lady called the Sky Zone here and came back with their version of what happened. Straight I told her it's their, my nieces story and then theirs the truth. Now they are telling me we need a warrant to view the video. We're just trying to find out the truth here. My niece said the lady was rude to them and called the police crying saying 5 black kids was threatening her and she was scared. We were told something like 10 police showed up. If the kids were wrong then they earned that no trust passing rightfully. If they were being discriminated against that's a different story. The suburbs around Milwaukee, Greenfield is one of them; the people can be downright racist. The police here no matter what city are racist. I'm not sure when this trampoline park opened, but it must've been pretty recent. On a trip to Petco recently, my son and I decided to stop in and see what it was all about. I'm always on the lookout for physical activity options for the kids during winter. A nice young lady showed us around and told us the different options for monthly and daily passes, As well as specials and upcoming events. My son talked me into letting him jump for an hour. He really had a great time! I like the fact that the space was more compact than some of the other places we've been. And it seem like they had some different equipment. Obviously it's nice and clean because it's new. I appreciate the Location, right near Southridge. It's hard for us to get to some of the other ones because they're just too far out. We had our 2nd Birthday party recently and had the same party Host. It was just as great and Zarina was just as helpful! I Love how real and kind she is. She played with my kids, helped the kids get their pizzas and drinks. She even was helping the little kids get candy again from the pullstring pinata. when we walked in she had a smile on her face and remembered us :) zarinas just the sweetest, asking if the kids needed anything or we needed anything. Shes just a Super Party Host and you can tell she likes her job. We just booked our 3rd party, requesting Zarina. she's definitely hooked our family on the party fun and showed me the ease of holding a destination party, not having to clean my whole house after is nice, watching my kids as the open gifts is great. I just really appreciated Zarina taking reign of the party and letting me just enjoy the party, our guests, our friends, and most importantly, my kids. :) Another great experience! read more
