Date of visit: September 1, 2024 I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in years and while I had heard that there were changes, I was surprised to see just how many there were: - No ball pit - No jungle gym-type equipment - Very few video games - The animatronic band has been replaced with a giant video screen - Chuck E still comes around but he's DEFINITELY been working out. The pizza also seems different but there are more options, including stuffed crust which is nice. As it's been so long since I had the pizza I can't remember if it was better or worse. I was disappointed in the lack of options for "big" kids, as it makes it less likely for me to come for a niece or nephew when there is not a ton available that I would actually play. Security is present to make sure folks aren't stealing kids, but they do not enforce the outside food rule in any way, shape, or form here, so bring all the snacks you want! read more

The only good thing about this place is the pizza, which is super expensive. Most of the games don't work, so you get to bring your point card up to the counter after every game , stand in line, then tell them it's not working (and they act surprised and give you your points back). Minimum point purchase for games is 22$ . To go into the climbing /trampoline area it's $15.89 every time /per kid (whether you bring the special socks or not). The attendant randomly leaves if there's no one in the climbing area, and closes the gate, so if you want to go back in, you have to hunt them down or go to the front desk again. Most kids want to go into the climbing area at least once, so the minimum you'll spend per kid is $37.89 per kid for games without any food purchase. read more

Disappointed and ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT ! We brought our 4yr here to play for a while. We knew she wanted toys and this was a nice idea . 20min before closing time we tried to turn in our game card the lady said they were no longer accepting cards and they were done . Absolutley horrible,unprofessional,DUMB staff. Website wasn't working,I call they "can't place orders for pickup over the phone" eventhough it says they can on the automated system. Then I place the order online and 30 minutes I go pick up my order and I'm told a door dasher picked up my order. I went there on 10/23 what a horrible experience ever. So I got the salad buffet salad bar stayed empty ask the manager and a young lady both didn't listen ignored me. On top of salad being dirty empty other people were going up there with regular plates and grabbing salad I paid $10 why can't you pay $10 but the manager let a woman slide after her putting salad on her plate. Manager is rude I pod 100.00 total and kids stealing my Kids play cards parents not caring about their children it was a circus. My rating is based on a collection of all of my visits to this location, but my last visit reminded me to write a review. I've been to this CEC quite a few times, between taking my niece and nephews and/or the kids I nanny. I always recommend going right as they open to get first pick of the games and to get your food order in. Overall, this location is almost always clean, with 95% of the machines operating normally. I definitely appreciate that they stamp hands on the way in and check them on the way out so that children always leave with the group they arrived with. Safety is huge in my book! Each and every time I have come to this location, I have used one of their online coupons. The staff is usually very helpful with finding you the best deal, which is a huge plus. One of the biggest "pros" in my opinion is how CEC is one of the few places left that is fairly reasonable for what each game costs. In addition to the option for tokens, one can also purchase "play time" instead. I believe this is a newer concept, but it replaces the game card with a set amount of time that kids get to play games (ex. 1 hour unlimited). This is a great idea for those with super little ones! My only complaint is the food prices. That said, they've gotta do what they've gotta do - and I'd rather have the games cost less if I had to choose. Plus, I'll still end up getting a pizza every time.. Beyond that, some customers do not always watch their children as well as they should. Honestly, though, I feel like that happens everywhere. It's upsetting to see that not everyone has had as good of experiences as I have. I hope CEC makes the necessary improvements so more customers can give 4 stars! read more

The staff here were amazing! Always checking to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything. This is the best place to go with young kids. Now they have the "timed" cards so you just play until time is up. Very clean, really good wings, salads, and pizza. read more

They JUST switched from tokens to a prepaid card you use for the games. THUS making it wayyyyyyyyyyyyy more expensive to play games. Chuck E Cheese is way too much $$$$. I spent $50 and my 7 year old had enough tickets JUST to buy a small snack pack of skittles & a rink-e-dink small plastic toy. It's almost impossible for an adult to get a good score on a game. This particular location is very small also. I won't go here anymore. read more

I am shocked that no one has ever written a review for this Chuck E Cheese. My hubby and I took our daughter here today and had a great time. We played a few games, crawled around in the play area, and ran around. We went during the middle of the day so it was slow and resulted in us having even more fun. read more

I give this 3 stars based solely on management! The manager was very courteous to us and even gave us free breadsticks when the cashier messed up our order. The people who come here are the worst! There is no control of the kids-parents just let them do what they want. It's very sad when I can't trust my 5 & 6 year old to play by themselves because I fear some kid will steal their cards or tickets. I will only bring my kids back during the week as soon as it opens. My husband and I usually take our 2 boys to play here at least 3 times a month . We usually seem to think this is a great place to let the kids burn off some energy and they have even made cheese free pizzas for my son who has a dairy allergy other than that the food is not the greatest but the kids don't mind. The last time we came to visit was HORRIBLE! I'm not sure how management hires the staff! As we were leaving the employee did not check to make sure our numbers on our hands all matched ( which I am pretty sure is policy)and just let us walk out !! So pretty much my kids could potentially have gotten kidnapped from a stranger while I was sitting down and I would have never known !! The cop or security guard was sitting on his phone outside smoking when we got outside so he would not have been of any help either ! I called Chuck e cheese and they stated they would call me back with any news and I never get a call back ! Well to say the least I am extremely disappointed! First we walked in the door and it was 7:50pm and the employee told us they were about to close. I said I thought you closed at 9? He said, "Ugh I guess so." Then I approach the counter to buy the 20min play pass package which includes a large pizza, 4 drinks, and 2 20minute play passes. It was on the website but there were no signs anywhere posted about the deal. So the cashier called over the manager , who is Lamont and was very nice my first visit, but then I had an incident where a teenager literally stole my sons card and used almost 30 credits before I realized what she was doing. He was on a machine and it was a two player machine and this girl saw him playing and asked him if she could get his card. Being only 5 years old and full of love and innocence he said yes. I was a few games behind him and saw them playing but thought nothing of it. Then he was there for a while and I looked and she was swiping his card on her game and didn't for him. He could barely even see the top of the game and didn't even know he wasn't playing. So I went over and asked my son to come play something else. I took his card and checked the history and there was over 30 credits on that game. And the times were a minute or two apart so I know they both weren't playing at the same time. I asked my son why he didn't play and he said she kept grabbing the card and helped me play. So I was furious. That is pretty low to be almost an adult and steal from a child. So I went over to the kid who I thought was an adult and said next time think before you steal from a child and if you needed money that bad for games I would've gladly given some. And I honestly would have because I have bought tokens or credits for other kids who are wandering around alone with my kids and have no credits to play games. So after I said that to the adult looking teenager, her mother and a couple family members come rushing up to us as we were leaving and started yelling and screaming that I came at her 12 year old girl and she's a minor, who HONESTLY LOOKED OVER 18, and that I was wrong and kept yelling about how I wasn't listening. I kept saying ok, I understand your kid is a minor but she should know enough not to steal from a child. But that of course wasn't the issue. I was wrong and the whole time the mom and the family kept getting louder and yelling closer all while the supposed 12 year old was literally laughing while her mother yelled at me. So Lamont came out and said to quiet down and pulled her to the side and I apologized for my role and he gave me a dirty look and was rude and said nothing. Even though he spoke with the woman yelling at me for 5 minutes and were all smiles by the end. But I guess I'm the bad guy. He never said a thing and acted like I was wrong. So we left and came back a week later and he was cold, rude and completely treated us with disrespect and you could tell he was holding a bunch of anger back. I then apologized again and explained what happened the week before. And all he said and did was give me a blank stare followed by I already talked to you about the situation. I was shocked because HE NEVER EVEN TALKED TO ME ABOUT ANYTHING THAT HAPPENED. HE JUST GAVE ME A DIRTY LOOK. So we proceeded the night with a strange feeling of not being wanted there. We got there around 745 and they shut the lights off at 850pm and we got up to the ticket counter to exchange our tickets for toys and stood there until 857 until I had to walk over 2 feet to an employee that I had tipped $5.00 earlier for Christmas to be kind and she said they were closed. Then Lamont walked passed and my daughter said can we get our toys and he said no we're closed and locked the glass case right in front of my daughter. She was balling and he then literally came around the corner walked us out and as soon as my foot was out the door he slammed it shut and locked it. Now this brings me back to tonight. Lamont had a smiley face towards his coworkers but would give me the dirtiest looks. As we were finishing our pizza and grabbing our coats at 835. He came up to our table, while we were grabbing our coats and eating our last 3 pieces of pizza, with a huge push garbage/dumpster can and just starred at me. I kindly said were not quite done yet. He gave me a dirty look and walked away. was 8:43pm and they close at 9pm and we were up at the toy counter where you trade in your tickets, we looked around and there were still customers playing the basketball game and another group packing up from the back and a person was trading in there tickets literally 2 minutes before we went up there to do the same. And so we asked the front door employee can we exchange the tickets he said they close it at 830 and made an announcement. I never heard any announcements and tried to get up there by quarter to 9 so we could be out by 10 to 9. But he made us leave and again my daughter cried and he locked the door after us. read more
