I had an amazing experience at SkyZone! The place was clean, energetic, and so much fun, but what really made the visit stand out were the employees Abby, Sean, Isaiah, and Nimo. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcomed and had a great time. Abby was super friendly and helpful, Sean kept everything organized and running smoothly, Isaiah had the best attitude and made the environment fun, and Nimo was incredibly patient and kind. Their customer service was seriously top-tier. SkyZone is lucky to have such an awesome team. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Truth be told, it's a ZERO for me as a mom. My twin 14 yo boys had fun despite areas being closed off and I raised it to 2 stars just because my boys needed a place to let off some energy on our RV trip and they had fun, though also asked for hand sanitizer before we even got in the car. The place is run by teens, which having my own, I totally support. However, there doesn't seem to be any oversight. Not a single employee during our visit had any care in the world to make this a "wonderful visit". We were greeted by a young woman that didn't really "greet" us at all. She just stared at us until I said I wanted to pay for 2 "jumpers". We got the standard "have you been here" and "filled out a waiver" questions. Me, "No". She pointed to the sign with a code to scan to get the waiver. I asked since I had to scan with my phone, is that the only way to do the waiver by phone? I didn't have glasses. Hate completing forms on my phone, but nope, she said that was the only way in the most monotone uncaring voice... ok.. That was done. Then the anticipated question about socks. Knew we would have to buy some. If I'd never been to a place like this I would probably not have understood her. She mumbles so quiet. I was like, oh yes, socks, we need those. How much are they. She literally turned her back on us to walk to the socks behind her and even my boys with supersonic hearing were like, "no f'n clue what she said" when I asked them what her answer was to how much they cost. We didn't get a receipt for the two entry fees at $22.99 + socks around $59. So, whatever.. we just won't ever know. Please train your employees to look at the customer when they answer instead of walk away talking quietly.. she didn't seem to like her job much honestly. My kids got in and I just wanted a quick bite before running a couple errands. I ordered waffle fries with cheese on the side and waited 15 min. Looks like there was a shift change right after. I finally asked the blond guy at the counter if my food would come out front here or if I should go somewhere else.. I mean, I was literally the only customer sitting there waiting and staring at the counter as he stared out into space.. He said they must not have started it and he would go do it. So, another 10 min, in the end it was 30 min before I got my nasty soggy greasy waffle fries with the canned cheesy sauce all over the top. One of my kiddos won't eat cheesy anything. I just said thank you, ate half of them on my own, tossed the rest as my kids won't eat and left. I came to pick them up about 30 min later with the worst stomach pains ever.. ack, I knew the soggy greasy food would get me.. I felt wretched for 2 hours more. I'm writing this in the wee hours still unwell. DO NOT order the waffle fries and nasty cheese. Probably do not order anything.. this place is just not clean nor are there any protocols, so far as I can tell, for the staff to sanitize or clean anything, much less their own hands. The place had many employees that were available, but nobody cleaned anything or really did anything but walk around. The tables were gross when we got there and I sat and waited while 3 employees just stood there and did nothing.. no customers, nothing.. yuck! Your place is gross and nobody cares. The bathrooms needed attention as well.. both men and women. I would not return here. It was dirty and the food made me sick. This happens to be one of the biggest ripoff places around . I thought it was about 10 dollars for the kids to jump. Nope, huge mistake....it was $67 dollars for the kids to jump and then it's on a time restraint. Also when you go to play the arcade games at a dollar a try. You end up with NOTHING! YOU can get the item in the claw but as it reaches the top to carry it over, the machines (at least 3 of them) SHAKE, and at that time the item you really hope you have FALLS BACK INTO THE PIT! I UNDERSTAND THE MACHINES ARE RIGGED TO A DEGREE, however to actually have a hold of the items, more than once, and have it drop...UNCALLED FOR!!! This was the biggest let down, disappointing visit EVER... All around it was a waste of my time and money. I will never promote or support this establishment after my one and only visit! read more

Paid for the Mega VIP birthday package. We didnt get a host, there was no food to cook at the concession stand. So no one could order a snack. To say the kids and guests were starving is an understatement. I ended up spending $200 on pizzas from Dominoes since there was no snacks to hold the guests over. I had to ask for everything that was included in the party. Drinks, water bottles, jump passes....even the straws for the water bottles. We also were placed in a smaller room when I paid for the Mega VIP. Im still waiting on corporate to get back to me. I will never go to Blaine Skyzone again. I want some of my money back! I did their job for them and ran around that building for the entire 3 hours trying to figure out what the problem was and how to fix it. read more

My child enjoys coming here and has a fun time but it is always overrun and frankly kind of gross. I've never seen anything being cleaned. He was there about a week ago and came down with impetigo (a staph infection) with blistering oozing sores and needs antibiotics now. This was the only place he was in those days other than home. So, skyzone used to be fun, my kids and I used to be able to jump and play together even with waviers filled out. Today we we notified of the new management and wow have they cracked down on policing everything. The whole time you hear whistles being blown and yelling no running, only one at a time, only one person on a trampoline! Only lady was confronting people on there wrist bands based off of color that they needed to leave. We got there at 2pm and received yellow wrist band and 15 minutes in there was an announcement that yellow wrist bands, time is up. We stayed because we still had a hour and 15 minutes left, but the new management is really aggressive and definitely made the experience less enjoyable. I was separated from my kids multiple times for being on the same trampoline with them when we weren't doing anything dangerous and just jumping. I'm sorry my kids want to play with me and I want to play with them. I will be trying urban air with the kids and hope they run things better, allowing me to play with my kids. It's a lot of money to go to skyzone for that type of experience. read more

Some of the attractions were closed or not yet finished, something that could have been shown on the website prior to me telling my kid that there was a great new attraction the he would love (Megalauncher) and that his favorite thing to do (warp wall) would also be closed because of that. Witnessed a bunch of employees going at it with a mom. I then overheard the mom say "he called his people". Minutes later a group of 5-8 walked into skyzone and surrounded the mom. Cops showed up. Manager defended the employee while the mom and her children got kicked out of skyzone. Whatever the reason is, it is very unprofessional to have a group of your employees gain up on 1 customer & then allow outsiders to come in and intimidate paying customers. I felt very unsafe and will not be returning to this location, this location needs to be shut down. read more

Ok, a month ago, I posted about my dissatisfaction with Sky Zone experience. I did meet with the chief operations officer after a lengthy phone conversation. He apologized. He took responsibility and said he would discuss with staff. He was NOT defensive. Said it was their first of a "lock in" event. Insisted on meeting me. After the meeting, I was pleased with the way he and one of his other manager treated me and how they were intent on rectifying and mistakes made. Case closed read more

We have gone to Skyzone in Oakdale MN many times and it's always fast service and fun! This was my second time in Skyzone Blaine and I will never return ever again. First, the service to get signed in was incredibly long both times at this location for a birthday party. But that wasn't even the worst of it. The employees & manager here are another issue. A bunch of young employees cursing, smoking right outside the door, talking about guns/shootings and whatever nonsense outside around customers. Then I witnessed an employee call his friends/family to Skyzone to intimidate and accuse an older woman (customer) of "threatening" the employee. The customer tried to explain herself and the situation that involved her 6 year old son who was autistic and couldn't speak. The employee, his friends/fam, other employees crowded and yelled at this customer while kids are running around them. This issue went on for quite a while, moving from the back of the room to the front and then again to the back of the room. The employee and his people would not leave this woman alone, even with her children around. Cops eventually show up and what was most upsetting was the Manager not taking any accountability for what her employees did. Instead They asked the customer to leave with her family.. and this employee remained (even after calling friends/fam to come intimidate a customer!) The mistreatment of this customer was very upsetting. The managers and employees made it such a terrible and unsafe experience that I never want to step foot into this place ever again.. someone needs to go and re-train this manager and her employees! (Sorry- I don't know her name but she had short blonde hair. That's all!) I would suggest going to the Oakdale Skyzone location and stay farrrr away from this unsafe location (Blaine)! read more

Hello, do NOT go to this trampoline park. There is no safety at all, I saw a 2 year fall from 6 feet into hard concrete floor. Also, one employee was bullying a 7 year old because he didn't want to leave. I also had bad experiences, the "Sky Ladder" is made from rusty metal and I heard it crack when I was trying to get to the top, also "The Ramp" was letting toddlers climb it, and one got a extremely bad cut. The huge problem is how they charge. It's not until you pay for your time that you're given a locker. Then you have to take the time to put away shoes, purses, coats before you can actually begin enjoying yourself. By then you've wasted 15 minutes. Yes, you've paid to put your belongs away. They would get a much higher rating if you weren't charged until your stuff was put away. read more

When we arrived, it did seem rather disorganized and I ended up having to help cut cake and pass out drinks/napkins/cake/etc. I likely will not schedule a party for one of my children since when I'm spending the amount that they charge, I do expect to be able to "sit back and enjoy". read more

The price was very reasonable, it was clean, felt very safe and everyone had a absolute blast! We had a bunch of kids unexpectedly cancel for our son's birthday party and decided to cancel the party portion, but still wanted to bring a few kids to play for an hour.
