But when she fell last week and the coach did not even bother to check on her was funny to say the least. It was a hard cry and she wont move her right arm. She was so guarded and wont stop crying the whole place can hear it. We decided to just go with our instinct and took her to ER where they diagnosed her with right elbow fracture. Yes it is not their responsibility. But in this kind of space, IMO coach should be train to evaluate situation and guide parents. Heck! I am not even expecting first aid but to at least evaluate situation lol All we got was a generic email that she will be missed and that they understand life gets busy and that they offer other classes. And pay extra 139$ once life not that busy anymore that we reenroll Lmao Of course! We had to hold off their auto monthly enrollment since we do not have an idea about how she would recuperate! Ortho peds soonest appointment is tomorrow, so a temporary splint is on. I was not gonna say anything , until i saw their email! That just blow me off! This place suddenly just feels like a joke!

It was our first time, and both the inside and outside were a little run down. I was happy to see there was a police there to secure the parking lot. The crowd that was attracted to "family night" hardly fit the category, it looked more like "discount night." But everyone kept to their own for the most part and cooperated smoothly on the roller rink, so I had no concerns. The music was also not very family oriented. Near the end the music was toned down a bit and I saw a few more families arriving with small children which was nice to see. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the small arcade or any food/snacks they also sell, so I can't review those. But based off the helpful staff and our children enjoying roller skating, we will be back. Hopefully the music is a little more family friendly.

Was looking for unique child birthday party ideas and came across this business. It was amazing!!…read moreGreat for children of all ages and gender. The options are customized to your preferences. The girls gravitated to the culinary arts while the boys were interested in building the super fun robot options, both girls and boys were into the fun of making "slime". There was no down time for the kids as there was always something to do to keep their attention. Rigatoni and Robots was super clean (sanitary), super organized, the staff was amazing and friendly - great for all guests, young and old. Highly recommend and look forward to signing my daughter up for the monthly membership.

Although this is a wonderful program for children, there have been many issues within the workplace…read morethat I personally have experienced. I think it's fair to share with all past/current members that the you've been fed false information... These issues include: * Promises that cannot be made * Workers have to ensure no projects are broken as there are no backups * Inventory leaves no space or time for errors * Inventory is almost never sufficient, so workers are frantic * The children are rushed through lessons, instead of a 45min rotation as parents are told * Most of the time, teachers are completing the projects for the student * Overall unpreparedness/unorganization on the owner's part * Literally a sweatshop * The owner displays inappropriate behavior in front of members' children * Each of her employees are NOT background checked (this, I know to be true). I can confirm that 8 of her employees were never fingerprinted, myself included * She denied her employees 10min breaks (which is required by CA law) when asked * Her payroll has failed to be paid out to her emloyees as a business owner. When 7/8 of your employees refused to work under these conditions, you have to question what/who the real problem is. * When payroll is delayed, we (the workers) are made to feel guilty about the ownerms financial issues, yet she's out on vacations and throwing the responsibilities on the employees. * When problems arise and need to call, she does not pick up the phone

Unfortunately, this park has a lot that makes me really think if I want to come back. The reason I…read morekeep coming back is because it is so close to me. I don't mind coming here in the morning or afternoon. I just don't like coming at night. The park is way too dark. They have light, but they are way to dim. They need to change the light bulbs or clean them. It hardly lights up the park. When you walk on the sidewalk it is almost pitch black. I love walking at night, but I honestly hate that the park is so dark. Also, I don't look to judge a book by it's cover but it's very hard not to with certain people. I have come a few times and I see the same "homeless" people at the same spot. I feel so uncomfortable going to certain parts of the park because they keep staring at you. Not sure if they just stare or really want to make you feel uncomfortable. I also see a lot of certain adults smoking and acting crazy at the benches. I try to avoid them as well. Others are digging threw the trash and some are just walking around looking crazy. I'm sorry if I seem harsh, but I'm just trying to be honest. My husband has told me that a lot of them come to do drugs. I don't know, but like I said they do look weird. Now, for the positive. I love that I saw a water/spray section. The water wasn't on, but I think that during the summer they turn them on. I wanted to let my son play there but there are two people always sitting near that section. If I let my son play there I think he will go and bug them so I rather not have him play there. Right now, the play area is closed. Bummer. Great news though. It is closed because they are remodeling it! Yay! Now this I do love. It started to look so nice. They put a huge slide that I know kids will love. They are putting so much playground equipment and it is making the park look much better. They put up a sign that states they play area will open in mid October.

This is my son's first season of basketball here (after playing through other organizations in…read moretown), he's in 5th grade. We weren't sure what to expect, but we absolutely LOVE Game day sports! The atmosphere is great, we have a wonderful coach, and they are big on instilling values and teamwork in the boys. My son has improved his skills a lot, made friends, and is already asking me to sign him up for another season! It's very comfortable as well- plenty of chairs and space for parents to hangout and watch the practice, either on the court or in the quieter area off the courts. They have a food bar with a variety of items to order, tables to sit at, and vending machines. The basketball team practices twice a week- once on Mondays with everyone (split into different groups each week, so all the kids eventually get to know each other a little), and then an independent team practice another day of the week. I love the way they organize this, because come game day, most of the boys have already practiced with each other during the week (on the opposing team they play). At the end of the day, it feels like one everyone is on one big team here. I have nothing bad to say about this place overall.. however there is one coach I have heard drop the F bomb several times (not our coach), and I would love to see him clean up his speech. Anyway- my son loves it here and wishes he could come more than twice a week. I'm really glad we found this place! Shout out to coach Henry- he is awesome with the boys and goes above and beyond to help out, say hi to parents, and pep talk the boys. If you're looking for a sports place for your kids, this is the place! Bonus points for being a vendor for Heartland charter school!
