I made the EASIEST decision to withdraw my child from Childtime today, September 18, 2025 and I…read morestrongly urge other parents to do their research before enrolling. Please do not assume that paying a high tuition will guarantee your child better care--unfortunately, that was not my experience here. The only staff member who truly showed a teacher's spirit and a genuine, caring heart was Ms. Maria. She was the main reason we decided to enroll, as she is compassionate, nurturing, and clearly dedicated to children. Unfortunately, she was not my son's full-time teacher, and the quality of care he received otherwise was extremely disappointing. During his first week, when he was understandably adjusting to a new environment, he was not met with patience or understanding. Instead, he was ignored and even told that his emotions and behavior were an "inconvenience." Children--especially little ones experiencing big feelings--deserve patience, empathy, and guidance, not dismissal. The breaking point for us was an incident I personally witnessed on the school's live feed today: * My son and another child accidentally ran into each other and fell. Rather than addressing the situation fairly, the substitute teacher immediately singled my son out, instructed him to sit down, and then took away the small toys he had been playing with--leaving him visibly upset and confused. * Instead of comforting him, she ignored him. When she finally engaged, it was to point to the kiddo my son could go apologize--though he had done nothing wrong. * To make matters worse, when I called to address this with the front desk, I was hung up on. When I arrived at the school, the story I was told did not match what I had seen on the live feed. The substitute even responded to me with a message saying, "I apologize if it looked misleading," attempting to downplay what I CLEARLY observed. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially at a school where parents are paying nearly $300 per week for part-time care only 3 days a week. Every child is different and some need more support than others, but ignoring or mis handwriting their emotions is not the answer. Teachers should meet children with patience, love, and respect--not frustration and dismissal. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES! BUT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARR PAYING THIS MUCH. My family is deeply disappointed by this experience. As a parent, my heart hurts knowing that my child was treated this way. I sincerely hope that Childtime takes this feedback seriously and reflects on the quality of care they are providing. Children deserve better.

My kids have had a great experience here and they're fully licensed, have great balanced meals and snacks, and maintain a rigorous learning through play program.

Only reason I kept my child here is so she can socialize. So far coaches have a different approach…read more We do not mind since we are not pushing our 2 years old for anything but have fun with her age group. But when she fell last week and the coach did not even bother to check on her was funny to say the least. It was a hard cry and she wont move her right arm. She was so guarded and wont stop crying the whole place can hear it. We decided to just go with our instinct and took her to ER where they diagnosed her with right elbow fracture. Yes it is not their responsibility. But in this kind of space, IMO coach should be train to evaluate situation and guide parents. Heck! I am not even expecting first aid but to at least evaluate situation lol All we got was a generic email that she will be missed and that they understand life gets busy and that they offer other classes. And pay extra 139$ once life not that busy anymore that we reenroll Lmao Of course! We had to hold off their auto monthly enrollment since we do not have an idea about how she would recuperate! Ortho peds soonest appointment is tomorrow, so a temporary splint is on. I was not gonna say anything , until i saw their email! That just blow me off! This place suddenly just feels like a joke!

I've never had an issue with American kids until just now. I have two of my kids in swim class…read moreright now and for the first time I forgot to pack towels. There wasn't enough time to drive home during class time to get them so I kindly asked the front desk if they by chance allow me to borrow one. They obviously have some for the employees here. The lady said "you can buy some" and pointed at the shelf where they were located. I'm sorry, but I find this inconsiderate. How can owners/managers not train employees to empathize with a parent in a situation like this. Especially when it's 50 degrees outside and even more when paying the money that is spent for tuition.

Overall great staff, only problem is the school secretary. I believe her name is Sheila. Not sure…read morewhat the lady's problem is but she needs to learn how to communicate with parents and people in a way that isn't sarcastic and belittling. It's a shame because she's essentially the face of the school but until she either fixes her attitude or they get someone with actual people skills in her place the image she gives the school won't be good. It also concerns me as a parent that if she talks like that to parents how does she treat or talk to the kids? Crazy that her attitude would be tolerated in an elementary setting.

This school is a new school in a very nice area. School looks huge and very beautiful!…read moreMy 10 year old attends Old River Elementary, but through Panama Buena Vista, there were programs we were able to sign up for for free at a few different schools. My little girl chose culinary and gardening at Whitley Elementary. Yesterday was her first day, and there were staff at the front of the school with badges to assist kids and to answer parents' questions, which I appreciated. I am choosing to drop off my little girl every day, but they do have busses that will pick up the kids from their home school and take them to their designated schools, which again I appreciate. My little girl said her teachers were nice and the school served breakfast, lunch, and a snack. The summer camp program runs until July 26th, 8 am, till 5 pm, but kids are able to be picked up early, which I appreciate. I'm excited for her to have this experience, and I appreciate this school as all schools involved in these programs!
