The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, which include a walking path, pond and large green fields which transport you to another realm. The center is led by English speaking Vietnamese Buddhist Nuns, and one American nun. Meditation class in English meets on Thursdays at 7 PM. The year is full of cultural events and as an involved student, you will learn more about yourself, practice different types of meditation (walking and sitting) and with a little practice reap the benefits of finding your inner happiness.

I was not at all surprised to find that Victoria was booked out (because she is THAT GOOD). However, the universe brought me an opportunity to connect with Simply Reiki's, massage therapist, Angelica Torres, for a Sunday morning appointment. I had never experienced a Reiki treatment with massage therapy (I added the hot stones + aromatherapy) and OMG it was surreal! It was the quiet, physical healing that I needed in that moment of sitting with utter chaos in my nervous system. What also blew my mind was Angelica's intuitive gifts. I was not expecting that, but she read me like a book before she even laid hands on me, and without me telling her one word about what I was going through. Her presence was gentle, grounded, and comforting like a soothing balm. Her energy, and her words were incredibly powerful and validating and exactly what I needed to hear that day. (Bonus she spoke to me in Spanish!) She's a true energy worker and worth every penny. I highly recommend Angelica for the massage + reiki treatments. You will be glad you did. The reviews were all over the place & none were recent so I decided to try it & get my own opinion. I called about 8;45pm on a Friday night knowing they closed at 9. Then I texted the # apologing for the late hour & let Crystal know we could talk the next day. She was so sweet & opened up a session the next day at 2:30 for me. I loved the massage & after she did something to my back I actually smiled when the pain left my body. I didn't realize before then that I have RBF (resting B face). Not intentionally but because I'm worried about everyone in our family. My current health situation is not good and for some it's fatal. So I've been cleaning out closets, gave jewelry to my grown kids, and am currently looking for a cancer retreat center where I can heal, get some strength back, & work on my diet & exercise. I shared my situation with Crystal & she focused on removing the toxins from my body that the chemo & radiation have caused. She is a professional & very good at her craft. She suggested I come back & start some very basic intro yoga classes they offer and can work my way up at my own pace. I have rented an Airbnb in Mexico so I can afford to have a personal trainer, chef, & hopefully a driver but I plan on back to Crystal until I leave. She's wonderful, caring, & I'm so glad I decided to make my own opinion. I live & breathe with reviews & never try new places without checking Yelp first. I attended PHP and IOP - and cannot say enough positive things about these outpatient programs and the therapists and nursing care I received. I was fortunate to be in Cassie's group and was truly amazed at what I learned from her in group. She recognizes and hears what clients say- this is clearly evident by the topics of discussion that she teaches. I felt like she heard me when I spoke and in turn addressed topics which were of concern to me. Cassie recognized my struggles and made suggestions - and I'm taking them seriously. I want to be okay!!!! I would recommend the outpatient programs and care to anyone struggling with addiction and/or psychological issues. This place has helped me to save my life! I'll just mention quickly - I read some of the other reviews and strongly disagree with them. The outpatient programs and staff there are caring and experts in their fields - and I'm grateful for Westpark Springs OP care and staff! I would recommend to my family and friends. be careful of staff thefts in my last hospitalization to my…read moreson in January 2026, they did not give my son any of the clothes I brought for him, he stayed in same clothes he get in 15 days back and they just hide and took the 7 changes and the boat I brought during two visits. they just hide them for themselves as most of the clothes was new and good quality and brands! in his first visit in 2023, per my son the staff stole $300 from his becket while they were cleaning the room. However, Dr. Tawfik was good but the staff was disaster No one knows what treatment given to each individules, even teh medical report was not clear in this regad. My son left out and we were not able to get confirmation if they ever gave him a specific shot although my son signed authorization form for me.
