The sandwich itself was sizable, lots and lots of meat, peppers, onions and melty cheese. The meat was seasoned perfectly, and tender with crispy edges. Yummers!! The pile of fries was enormous! I normally don't like thick cut fries. These were great --- fully cooked through with a good crunch outside and good potato flavor throughout. They appeared to be hand cut. Right amount of salt, not greasy. In fact, I took half home and air fried them for lunch the next day. Very little oil on the surface and crisped up nicely. Judging by the other reviews, Eddie's is apparently the real deal and high quality for a cheesesteak. All I know is this food was really good and reasonably priced. I am going back whenever I get the craving!

She told me it was warm so I ate it after she arrived. It really reminded me of Pot Belly, and I have always considered them top of the class when comparing Sub Shops. My wife was thrilled that a hummus sandwich was also on the menu. She did state the hummus was not spread on the roll allowing one to have hummus in each bite. She stated that it was thick in the middle and none on the ends. We will be back, as it is also affordable...but most importantly...it tastes great and has tons of flavor.

Once you're done, you sit and they will bring it over. There is also a jug of ice water you self serve from. Seating is a little limited, as the restaurant isn't huge, but hasn't been an issue when I have gone. They also can open up the doors/windows which is really cool when it's nice out. The Cuban came on toasted rustic roll, which was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The pork shoulder and ham were cooked perfectly and had such an amazing flavor. The grain mustard and Swiss cheese really brought everything together though. The chips were nice, salty, and very crunchy. Nothing crazy to write about, but I still enjoyed them.
