I was at the Clover Rd/In& Out bus stop and according to their published schedule, there should have been a 1 pm bus going towards the Mall. I've been sitting here since 12:50pm and the only bus that stopped here was at 1:15pm. It was the same bus driver that dropped me off here from the Transit Center heading back to the Transit Center. The 1pm bus heading towards the Mall never showed up. The next bus is listed to arrive at 1:50pm l, an hour after I first started waiting.

I paid for priority seating which does not exist come to find out ; the plugins that are supposed to be available for your phone were not available, assistance with luggage by labeling the luggage with a provided Yellow Tag was not as stated and one baggage handler looked at me like he didn't even know what it was. The buses are supposed to have more leg room again something that wasn't available the seats were narrow very uncomfortable and made of I guess leather every time the driver put on his breaks, you slid out of the seat. This was a 20 and a half hour trip that was absolutely miserable I will walk before I'll ever take a Greyhound again

He arrived 15 minutes early, the party bus was beautiful, John was very nice, chatted with the kids and parents before they headed out.
