Richard's Happy Water and Rain Water Tank Town. Richard sold his Tank Town business but kept the Happy Water business. It's located in the buildings to the left. Love Richards Happy Water! Bought 6 cases of the Sparkling Rain Water to take back with me to DFW. $15 case. You need to be sure to call in advance to make sure they are on site to sell you their water. You can purchase still water in plastic bottles, or glass bottles of sparkling water. When you pull in the drive way turn to the left and park in front of the steel buildings.
