I was greeted with a smile and led to the treatment room. I only had to take off my shoes. The bed was comfortable but flat so I needed extra support under my legs and she provided it for me. I enjoyed the treatment and massage. She was really gentle. The only time I was uncomfortable was removing blackheads around the nose. But that's normal. When it was over she didn't try to sell me a bunch of product. She just asked if I liked it and if I want to come back. It was nice.

I have been visiting Health Day Spa usually once a week for about five years…read more My go to person lately is Susan. She provides exactly the massage I request. Swedish massage, medium, not too hard. Most massage spas offer soft, medium, or hard pressures. I prefer soft to medium. That's exactly what I ask with Susan and that is what I receive. If you want a hard deep tissue massage, I'd recommend Carmen. She's very experienced and knows exactly where your pain or discomfort is, and believe me, she will definitely get your pain out. Depending on your pain, depends on how much pressure Carmen will put on you. Two different times, Jenny (the owner) performed Thai massages on me. She does not offer that massage. She only performed Thai massage because I have been going there for years. Omg, that was so painful. However, when I walked out, my body was like jello. At that time, I didn't live far away. I was able to drive home and fell right to sleep, waking up totally refreshed. Today, Susan worked on me. I always get a 90 minute massage, which costs $98, plus I give 25 to $30 tip. That's just me. My tip is giving extra thanks. Today, though, I caught myself snoring twice. I love Health Day Spa. It's dark, always quiet unless a guest is talking loud. There's soft relaxing music playing. As I have mentioned before, everyone that works there does not speak English well. I suggest you speak slowly and clearly, or use your Google translator, as I do. Jenny, Bill, and maybe a couple other employees will understand English. I have also mentioned, if you want a happy ending, go somewhere else. Health Day Spa is 100% legit, with trained massage therapists.

Hard to find words to describe the most amazing spa/facial experience I've ever had! I haven't had…read morea lot of facials or spa experiences in general, but I am an avid ASMR facial watcher (lol!) and my experience with Nicole was truly a dream! I've never felt more relaxed in my life! My vision board for 2026 included more self care, and the first step to taking that was going to a professional to get treated and hear their insight into what I should be doing for my skin. I actually booked this appointment originally for November 2025, but had to reschedule twice because I got really sick both times. I was finally able nail down today's appointment, and the process was super smooth! A deposit is taken upon making the appointment, and the rest is paid after the service. I booked for the Personalized Facial + Manual Lymphatic Drainage (1.5 hours). There is a consultation form that is sent a few days before your appointment so that Nicole can better understand your skin type and routine. I am a combo skin girly with literally only 2 steps to her routine (cleanser and moisturizer, and an occasional toner), but I want to improve my tone and texture. During the facial, Nicole talked me through what she was doing and what products she was using that were tailored to my skin to target my concerns. In the end, she recommended a few products that fit my needs for both my skin and the simple routine that my lifestyle requires. She is incredibly knowledgeable. The massages were also amazing omg, I definitely fell asleep a few times during the facial! It was so relaxing, especially the Manual Lymphatic Drainage at the end of the facial. And Nicole has a super relaxing voice! I am so excited to try out the products she recommended and will definitely be coming back!

She thoroughly explain her procedures her steps on how she's going to you know cleanse your face first and then pick away any extractions and then how she goes about with the lymphatic massage part. Love the initial calming lavender spray that she sprays first before starting to you hope you relax and gave a bunch of great tips for aftercare and showed me tips how I can also do gua sha at home. I love the fact that Nic's is the only place in the Bay Area that does Manual Lymphatic facial massages!! I highly recommend her. If you want something to help you detox, the toxins and the fluids from your body. It's so soothing and relaxing I also wanted to point out the fact that you after the massage, you see a slight difference, difference immediately as your face is like slimmer down and then the next few days it continues to flush out the toxins, and you see your face like slimmer and less puffy, which is amazing.
