We just used them for three airport trips (PHL) and all three times the interior of the cars were dirty. The first trip was for someone coming to see us at our home and he reported the car was dirty, with coffee spills down the door, dog hair and dog slobber on the window. We used the service a couple of days later and had the same driver/car (which prompted us to ask our guest about the condition of the car when it picked him up). We actually had to give the driver a lint roller because the dog hair in the backseat was so bad. Same coffee spill and dog slobber, plus the back of the driver's seat was coming off. Just unacceptable. We were picked up 5 days later by a different driver, and while the car was a bit cleaner, it wasn't up to what we expect from a $120 limousine service. I called the company after the second ride because our flight home was cancelled and I needed to reschedule the pickup to the next day. What I find really annoying is that, even though I reported the two problems, the car that picked us up wasn't much better. Plus there was no offer of any discount or adjustment for the filthy conditions we endured. I definitely won't be using this service again as they don't seem to care about the conditions of their cars. I normally wouldn't be this harsh in a Yelp review, but the fact they did nothing to address my concerns after the phone call is very frustrating.

My Mom found SJL and, though we had no previous familiarity with them, decided to go with them for our needs. Ashley, who coordinated our SJL reservation was so helpful. She was easy to talk to, and was accommodating to our requests, which fluctuated because of the hospital's scheduling process. We initially coordinated a 9 am pickup and later - the night prior to the reservation - had to reschedule to a pickup around 4 am, and SJL had no problem adjusting. The entire service was perfect. Ashley took great notes of everything that I explained to her about our situation, and the notification emails provided by the service reflected all the details that I had shared with Ashley - confirming that communication was flowing from me to Ashley and, ultimately, to the driver. The SJL web portal worked well. The driver, John, was on time and my Dad appreciated John's friendliness and good company. I can't thank SJL enough and hope that my strongest recommendation here expresses some of my gratitude. My Dad's hospital procedure wasn't comfortable for him, my Mom, or me.
