From the moment my bride-to-be made the first call to Secrets, we knew we had made the right choice. She spoke with Flo, who walked her through every step of the process. She was nice, fun to speak to, and actually engaged her in conversation. Subsequent conversations were equally wonderful. We changed the pickup/dropoff times more than once, and each time they made it easy. The day of the wedding was just as excellent. Our driver, Bryan, was super relaxed and level-headed even as the bride and groom were crunched for time. He came into the house, grabbed the dresses, gently tucked them into the back of the van and was a general help. Once there, he brought everything inside and simply went above and beyond the call of duty. Bryan listened to our suggested routes and changed on the fly, without as much as a peep of protest. On the way home, he assisted us getting in and out of the vehicle, even moving the van closer to our reception site just to make it easier on some of our less-agile passengers. Total professionals. My Dad was scheduled for a pretty significant medical procedure and had no method of transportation to get him to and from the hospital. I live on the other side of the US, so I couldn't provide much help, other than to coordinate service. My Mom found SJL and, though we had no previous familiarity with them, decided to go with them for our needs. Ashley, who coordinated our SJL reservation was so helpful. She was easy to talk to, and was accommodating to our requests, which fluctuated because of the hospital's scheduling process. We initially coordinated a 9 am pickup and later - the night prior to the reservation - had to reschedule to a pickup around 4 am, and SJL had no problem adjusting. The entire service was perfect. Ashley took great notes of everything that I explained to her about our situation, and the notification emails provided by the service reflected all the details that I had shared with Ashley - confirming that communication was flowing from me to Ashley and, ultimately, to the driver. The SJL web portal worked well. The driver, John, was on time and my Dad appreciated John's friendliness and good company. Hassan responded to my inquiry within minutes and gave a price quote for the type of car service that I need. He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional.
