The driver has always been at my condo 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup for early morning departure. Last Saturday we came back to PHL (1/14/22) from Palm Beach, Fl around 5:15 pm. The driver called and texted us to let us know he was waiting in a White Lincoln, clear instructions of meeting place, and we found his car as soon as we left the terminal. I Googled car service in my parents' town, and Airport Transportation's name came up. Well, it must…read morehave been destiny that connected me with Ed, the driver/owner/operator! In the midst of a major snow storm, I needed to transport my elderly parents from their home to a hotel with a generator, where they'd be safe and warm in the event of a power outage. Nobody enjoys leaving their home under such circumstances, and I suspect that such actions become even more difficult as we age. I'm thrilled to report that Ed was a godsend. He arrived at their home, collected their bags, and returned to their doorstep to escort each of them through the snow to his awaiting vehicle. He treated them with kindness, respect and consideration, making a concerted effort to put them at ease. I had been hoping to identify someone good in the area to assist my parents periodically, so it looks like my search is over. Although senior transport is not Ed's specialty, I will keep my fingers crossed on his availability, and he'll be the first call from now on.

He arrived early (but didn't come knocking on the door) and waited outside until we were ready. He was very friendly, carried a conversation with us, but also gave us our privacy. We added additional stops to our itinerary at the last minute and he very accommodating. The car (Chrysler 300) was very clean and spacious. My only recommendation to the company would be to keep cold water on ice in the trunk and place it out right before customer is picked up. The complimentary water in the car was actually hot, beyond just lukewarm. So obviously it didn't taste well.
