However, when we were getting initial quotes from various roofers, they spent the most time on our roof (and actually made return visits) as well as gave us specific issues to look at for the roof replacement. Meanwhile, they were able to come out and take a look at a roof leak we had (one of the reason we're looking at replacement) and they narrowed down the issue to a roof drainage problem and took care of it quickly and efficiently.
