If I could give a zero for the eyebrow waxing I would. I had the worst experience with the girl who did the waxing. She was rushing to do my eyebrows and never showed me the end result. She waxed to much on one eyebrow. After that she goes in the front and tells the girl she needs to go to house quickly. The front customer service needs an upgrade also. Will never get it done at this salon. Over rated salon. Found a new girl that is an artist in doing the job perfect. Will never leave. Thumbs down for H. However, my only complaint is that I just went there for a trim and long layers on my medium long hair, and didn't even get a blow dry and I was charged $80?? It's ridiculously expensive. read more

From the moment you enter the salon, you'll notice that the entire staff is friendly, smiling, and really seem to enjoy their jobs. That rubs off on the customers, or at least it does on me. As some of you may know, I'm not especially easy-on-the-eyes (anymore), but by the time I leave this salon, I feel like a new man ready to tackle job interviews, holidays, slow bartenders, and just about anything else. My preferred stylist, Andrea, spends a ton of time massaging the scalp & shoulders while inquiring about my satisfaction with the prior haircut, then it's off to the hair wash station for more massage & relaxation. I typically ask her to focus on cutting only the gray hairs, but that's become an unreasonable request at this point in my life, though she also trims my mustache, sideburns, and goatee which is a nice bonus. This salon does EVERY. THING! you name it from waxing to make up to massages to haircuts to nails along with selling products upfront. Keep an eye out for their hours, they vary everyday. You need a wax, I highly recommend Harmony! Super sweet lady. Gave every tip & trick that'll do your skin good & healthy. I called in to make an appointment. Walk-ins are okay, but they recommend making an appointment just in case the one person that does what you need to be done may not be there. Atmosphere was very welcoming! The whole ambience of entering in & being welcomed by the staff was sweet. Magazines laid out while you or a friend wait by the door/chairs & table. Today i called to make an appointment for a haircut for myself. I have been getting my hair cut here for some time . After my regular person moved on from the salon i requested that i would like to have my haircut by an atractive blond hair stylest . Today when i called i got put on hold then passed to the owner of the salon who proced to Swear at me calling me Sexist . To what I replied I have never been inappropriate with any of your hairstylist in fact I have been a good tipper 20% every time. Soon as I told her that I record my phone calls and that I could post our conversation her demeanor changed. After about 3 years of doing my own color and bleaching my roots I finally decided to go get my hair professionally done and I'm so happy I did! I made an appointment for 2 days in advance and saw Abel today, he was awesome! Asked me what I wanted, my hair history, how I style it, etc. and was very knowledgeable. He got out the orange tones in my hair that I've had a hard time doing myself and I haven't felt this confident in my hair in a while! I took all of my bridesmaids here to get their hair and makeup done! Positive Feedback: (1) The employees listened! They were masters at listening and portraying what I wanted. (2) If we weren't happy with something, they continued to try until we were happy. (3) When we got breakfast, they brought out little tv dinner tables for us to sit comfortably. A few years back, I started going to Sky at the suggestion of my best friend. I had been henna'ing my hair for years and was starting to get tired of the red, but I was afraid of any possible chemical reactions occurring if I chose to dye my hair. So, Jenna and Lexi started doing the Malibu treatments on my hair every few weeks or so to help gently pull any henna left from my hair. Eventually, Lexi was able to do highlights and lift the remaining henna from hair. And she went above and beyond and stayed after close to finish my hair. She was also the first person I trusted to cut my daughter's hair, and I would trust her with my whole family. The only downside to the entire salon is the prices. I understand the products being used are top of the line, and the services and stylists are amazing, but I really can only afford to splurge on going to Sky about once a year, now, if that. I highly recommend Harmony! She was friendly and personable. As a person with highly textured hair, I don't trust a lot of people cutting my hair. Generally, I have my hair cut dry or after styling because I have had my hair butchered in the past. With Harmony, I felt comfortable letting her cut my hair curly and she did not disappoint. She was very knowledgeable with how to deal with textured hair which differs from working with non-textured hair. My hair has not looked this great in a long time, especially curly but also flat ironed. If your looking for a great stylist, she's your gal! read more

The service was great...everyone was nice, warm and welcoming. We had our ( there were 6 of us) hair done for our nephews wedding. The price was shocking!!! For curls and braids in short hair or long hair they charged $85. When I booked on the phone they quoted me from $35 to $55 based on style. They didn't even wash and blow dry. When I spoke to the manger they told me that the stylist each set their own rates...outrageous!!! What is point in have pricing on your website if you are going to rob out of towner. I went to see Chris to cut my fried hair into a pixie and color it within the human color range, and I was amazed. I went to get a haircut here and I told the stylist I wanted my hair shoulder length and layered. I didn't want my hair too short where I cannot place it in a bun yet I didn't want it cut one length so when it's not in a bun I have some kind of style in my hair. Mind you this is how I get my hair all the time. This person told me it cannot be done and proceeded to cut my hair one length and shorter than what I requested. I found myself using a lot of hairspray to stay in uniform regulations (I'm in the military). She didn't know to cut my hair. She could have cut my hair below my shoulder length or a little longer and started layering from there but no apparently it cannot be done. I will not be coming back here. read more
