While I got natural nails with tip extensions this time around, they have a large color variety so It'd be fun to get something colorful or shiny next time.

May Nails is extremely sanitary, which is one of the reasons I will always go back! They open fresh tools for each customer, and the pedicure bowls are lined with fresh plastic before each service.

Two weeks later, my regular nail salon discovered a fungal infection under one of my nails, which I've never had before despite years of getting my nails done at various salons in the area. I created an appointment, however, I unfortunately chose a "gel manicure" instead of the correct "acrylic-full set" that I usually get. Definitely a mistake on my end, however, the nail technician was able to explain to me the error in my booking and how she does not work with acrylic. I instead opted to have my daughter get her nails and toes done. The process was very easy and Vladlena made sure that she was comfortable, however, by the time I got in the car my daughters toe-nail polish was coming off and by the time I got home she only had polish on 4/10 fingers which was a huge disappointment due to the fact that my daughter was very excited to get them done. Moving forward, I really hope this issue can be rectified.
