Ms. Lee is my GIRRRL since my Original review, my nails have only gotten better. I'm SOOOOO happy with my sets now. They're crisp everytime, and 9/10 times, I don't have to say anything bc Ms. Lee pays CLOSE attention to the details she's 10/10 -- and I only go to her! I'll also say, she's so polite and makes me feel so welcome!! She's the reason I come back. I tipped a little extra for Christmas, and in return I got a little bag w lotions!! This is the Go-to place for my mom. Momma Georgie Lee is 101 years old and she is always treated like a queen and with much respect. She is a regular for mani-pedi and gets "fills" in her nails. I'm her son and I also get a treat every once in a while myself. No drama, calming music and massage chairs, with a welcome over abundance of cleanliness and continued COVID protocols. I gave it 4stars because, personally I don't believe anyone is perfect and when I see 5 stars, I think the person is a friend of the owner. We made an appointment for two mani/pedis and arrived on time. No greeting, just a "Yes?". We were told to have a seat. I can follow directions pretty well, the only problem is all of the chairs either had objects placed on them or were pushed up against each other. Eventually we were told, "One and two!" Neither one of us knew what she was referring to. The lady said it again. Apparently I am intellectually disabled because I still didn't know what she was talking about, so she pointed to two stations. I can grasp pointing and grunting, so we sat. And sat. And sat. A nail tech came over and started working on my daughter's pedicure. I still sat. My water got colder. Did I mention that I sat some more? The nail tech finished with my daughter's nails and started to slide her chair over to my station. I decided to cut rope at that point. It was close to 7 pm on a work night and I didn't want to wait for one person to do two mani/pedis consecutively. So much for reservations. read more

This was my go to when it came to nail services but after today I'll be finding another place. I brought my 9yr old and 11 yr to get a full set. I understand prices my have changed or whatever. MONEY IS NOT AN ISSUE! The fact that they charged each child $30 bucks for a full set is ridiculously insane. What really RUBBED me the wrong way was the fact that I'm standing waiting to pay and the lady who did the girls nails must have asked "the owner" (I'm assuming) how much while reading the price chart and she's laughing historically and says $60. To the place I swore by and recommended today was my last day to ever receive services from them. read more

Sky Nails gets 4 stars for excellent customer service. I found this business after walking out of NY Nails. The wait was a little long but there were ample magazines available to pass the time. The manicurist was very polite and patient with my mother who has Alzheimer's. read more
