It wasn't cheap but they duplicated my keys in under 20 minutes! I've had keys made that didn't work properly and needed to go back to have them re-cut, but Sky Locksmith did a great job on the first try and all the sets they made worked perfectly. The key cylinder on my microwave-sized safe was stuck and with my own eyes I saw him and his years of experience wrestle with figuring out what was wrong - it wasn't obvious. Thankfully it was a slower morning and he could afford the time. With my permission, he disassembled the entire cylinder down to the pins and put it back together. But I couldn't get the flimsy tag onto the thick collar. Excellent and expedient service. Called Sky Locksmith on a Sunday for an emergency door hinge repair after I accidentally pulled the bottom hinge out of the wall a tiny bit, preventing it from closing into the doorframe properly. Obad (Obed?) came at 9am the very next day to check what needed to be done. This particular door is one of those heavy duty 5-screw hinged doors, so he needed to order a new hinge specially, which he said could take anywhere from 1-2 days or longer. Obad came back ON THE SAME DAY just 4 hours later with a bunch of different hinges to try. 1 hour later, the door was good as new! He even helped fix the sticky lock. 12/10 would use Sky Locksmith again. read more
