Sky Klean came out to see the work I was requesting including pressure wash and window cleaning and I was told they can do it, including some stains and dirt/mold on patio cover. They came and pressured washed areas we wanted, and window cleaning. I honestly don't see any difference. The stains they said they couldn't get out, and with the exception of an area where water couldn't drain, the other areas not affected by this look no different. I had to have them come back for windows because they totally missed cleaning some of the tracks, and it wasn't a detailed clean, just a wipe down with their rags. Additionally they didn't get the dirt off the patio cover, and when I contacted them to follow up on this I haven't had any response. Although they were probably at my place longer than they anticipated due to the drainage issue and they worked hard to clean that up,it feels like they just came to do the motion of pressure washing with their machine without any attention to detail or effort. read more

Would not recommend this company. I hired him to power wash my outdoor furniture, and when he was finished there was literally dirt on the front of the cushion that I could flick off with my finger. The bottom of the cushions were still dirty - like he never turned them over - and there were actually still spider webs on the frame. When I told him I wasn't happy with the job, he said he would fix it and then I immediately saw him put the hose and power washer away, as if he had no intention to fix it. He moved on to the next project, which was staining some outdoor teak furniture. For this, he charged me $135 (on top of labor of course) for 4 quarts of paint and "couldn't find" the receipt when I asked to see it. I had to run because I had people coming over that night. He left soon after me and didn't clean up the job. I know he left right after I did because when I called him about something 5 minutes later, he was already gone. A big rip off. read more

I hired Sky Klean through Dedicated Cleaners after a floor/kitchen remodel at my home. I was very impressed that Juan came to my house prior to appointment date to view the condition of my windows ahead of time and give me a reasonable quote in person so I knew what to expect and his scope of work. There was dust and debris everywhere. Juan did a great job washing windows inside and out to that squeeky clean look. I thought they were open when he was done since they were so clear. He even took care of our garage door windows. He took extra time to get the dirt out of the tracks and used a lubrication spray to unstick our older windows to slide easier. With my retired Marine as a husband, poor Juan had to endure lots of added supervision and spent longer than usual to please my husband's military cleaning standards. Yet, he kept a smile his face the entire time and was extremely polite.
