I was a bit disappointed that some stains (from beer - super bowl) spilt on my couch and the two younger guys that initially came out seemed to work very hard but for some reason could not get the stain out. After they left and the couch dried, I called Richard and asked him if there was a product or any other way I could get the stains out. He asked if he could stop by and take a look. I replied sure. He showed up the following day on time and spent at least 30 minutes of his personal time in efforts to remove the stain entirely and he did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. I took advantage of a promotion and I couldn't believe I paid so much less than I've been paying in years. I'm very impressed.
