Most of them, like us, were ordering drinks only. Our table, however, was completely ignored. We made multiple attempts to flag down our server and were repeatedly overlooked. On more than one occasion, she made direct eye contact and still did not come over. As a result, we were forced to stand in line at the bar for 15+ minutes every time we wanted a drink. Due to the two-drink maximum per person, we couldn't even order efficiently for the table. I also requested to speak with a manager twice, and no one ever came. For a paid cover show, table seating, and guests who planned their night and stay around this venue, this level of service is unacceptable. It genuinely spoiled what should have been a fun night out. As I pulled forward the barista went to her station and the cashier took my order. I pulled around and sat behind the truck as the barista and driver continued to chit chat. I watched as the driver was handed his drink, the truck did not drive off. It sat there as the barista made my coffee. Once it was done, the truck pulled away and there my drink sat on the counter.
