I love this best coffee place in Poulsbo! Totally coming back! My new coffee stop!!

10/10 recommend! Love this! Everyone working here is so sweet! My new favorite coffee stop! I got the iced carrot cake latte it was so good! gone in 5 minutes! The vibe was amazing! I love how they centered it around their dog!! Coming back!

This small coffee spot of the main strip of road has some unique options when it comes to their beverage choices. The barista was very friendly when I ordered and I wasn't left waiting too long for my drink to come out. Overall, I would recommend this spot if you plan on spending some time walking downtown or are interested in checking out a spot with some different caffeinated options.

We stopped here for some coffees and for a Californian, the prices are great! For just under $40 we got a green juice and 5 specialty coffees, all medium except on large size. My iced vanilla latte was delicious. It's a cute little shop just at the end of the main area - give it a try!

Delicious coffee from a sweet window shop with reasonable prices. The coffee was well made, quick to order. The flavors were subtle and didn't overpower the coffee flavor. A to go spot as there isn't seating.

such a cute little shop! we stopped by for some morning drinks and i got the banana cream matcha. the banana flavor is pretty faint but it was still a solid matcha with this flavoring. the prices are pretty reasonable and the worker was super sweet. there's only one person working so keep that in mind! they also have many seasonal drinks which is fun to choose from.

Flavorful drink specials in this walk-up window cafe. 2 people behind the counter to speed up the process . Fig and caramel latte was flavorful and they know how not to make the drink too hot.

Very cute little walk up coffee window in downtown Poulsbo. They have delicious seasonal drinks as well as regular faves. Not much in the way of snacks, although they sometimes have local baked goods and fresh local flowers. The girls who work there are nice and constantly busy so be nice and tip well!

We were looking for a good coffee shop in Poulsbo and stumbled on this cute little coffee shop in the main street of town. We've tried a few other coffee shops in the area but wanted to try something new. They had a cute stand to purchase flowers in addition to their drinks. We ordered two of their seasonal drinks: the ferry girl and the secret garden matcha. I'm a big fan of matcha with strawberries or blueberries, so I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it was one of my least favorite matcha lattes I've consumed. The barista added about 4 pumps of sweetener to a 12 oz latte, and the smallest amount of matcha you can imagine. Not saying I expect all matcha to be whisked traditionally, but you can't even taste it at all in the drink since it was majority syrup and milk. I couldn't finish it because I couldn't take how sweet it was. If I were to try it again, I'd ask for less sweet. However, I passed by another girl who ordered a matcha latte and the color of it was just as dull as mine, so not quite sure if I'd opt for Byrdie's for matcha again. The ferry girl latte was good though. It was a cookie butter latte that had the right amount of sweetness but was very coffee forward. I liked that there was some crumbled cookie on top for texture and decoration as well. The seasonal menu looked great and the prices were reasonable within a tourist area of Poulsbo. I wish I had better things to say about that secret garden matcha, but it was more of a strawberry coconut milk than a matcha in any way. The coffee is great and customizable. Overall, I think I'd stick to some other coffee shops around the area, but it's an alright place for a quick pick me up.

The bakery is located in the heart of Poulsbo, a charming Scandinavian-style town. There's usually a line, but we've been lucky during our visits and haven't had to wait too long. They offer a wide variety of freshly baked pastries, cakes, bread, and other sweet goods. We've tried several of their danishes and bundoughs, which were good, though some are bit on the sweeter side. Overall, we enjoyed our visits and the experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

I thought the items we grabbed were excessively sweet. Keeping an open mind that they offer a larger variety of pastries and goods I didn't try but my visit felt just average. While not overly impressed, I can appreciate a solid spot with fresh donuts and pastries managing high traffic. Line tends to be long but moves at a moderate speed, as the employees are open to chatting. Large Butterhorn - excessively sweet to a point where I felt sick of sugar because it's also pretty big. I personally would rather eat a fluffy donut because this felt more like a condensed block of sugar, but seems to be a favorite for others. Might just not be for me. Swedish Almond Pastry - while this was also super sweet, the almond flavor was able to pop out at times. Sliced almonds on top helped sprinkle some extra flavor but were ultimately consumed by the sweetness. A little flakier in texture which helped dissociate with the dense sugar block.

Same size cup, which is very odd to be charging If someone's looking at their receipt and asking questions, it's gonna slow the line down and probably add stress for the cashier as well as possible negative energy Just sharing the data points I think they should streamline this. I like that they don't want to waste, but at least almost everybody even who's drinking inside has plastic so it's a little confusing. If you ask for a glass of water, they will charge you a dollar but if you get it in glass and drink while you're on site, there is no charge Again, I appreciate that they are trying to reduce plastic for the to go water, but doesn't make any sense to me because I'm seeing plastic drinks inside the restaurant Also, I asked if I got a ice latte if it came in a bigger cup because otherwise you're getting less of a latte. A lot of places give you a bigger cup for 12 ounce latte since they're adding an ice but they don't do that here. Mocha was not hot. Coffee was so so. Barista was great. Cashier a bit annoyed with the questions. But I can understand her position especially as line begins.
