They have fresh flowers for sale and tote bags that one of the baristas designed herself! The barista was so sweet and made the visit go so smoothly. The drinks were delicious, creamy and you could taste the different syrups. The flavor combos and specialty drinks were so unique and if I lived anywhere nearby this would be my routine coffee stop, I am OBSESSED with their flavor combos. Their customer service is inconsistent which keeps me away. Each time I go back I regret it. Today on my way to work I stopped. I pulled up and was car number two, NO other cars! The vehicle ahead of me was a flatbed type truck. I sat behind the truck for 3 minutes before the chit chat ended and the vehicle moved forward. As I pulled forward the barista went to her station and the cashier took my order. I pulled around and sat behind the truck as the barista and driver continued to chit chat. I watched as the driver was handed his drink, the truck did not drive off. It sat there as the barista made my coffee. Once it was done, the truck pulled away and there my drink sat on the counter. It was handed to me with no thank you or words said. What a way to start my workday! Unbelievable poor customer service! I'm done with Urban City!
